La stanza del primo giorno ha un odore molto strano fuori dalla stanza. Fortunatamente ci hanno anche cambiato le stanze di altri piani dopo aver riflettuto con il personale di servizio il giorno dopo. Il luogo è molto conveniente, quattro e otto, solo un po'di caldo sulla strada del fine settimana, e si risolve dopo la finestra.

Il hotel è stato ospitato a numerose occasioni circa 4 anni fa, a causa di elevati standard di personale e di servizio. Ora hai un vuoto spazio dove il frigo era, sono forniti sticchi invece di stip per tè/caffè. I tessuti scadono dopo tre usi, le porte di tappeto non sono correttamente allineate così dovevano essere chiuse. Nella letta trovato dolce, polvere e carta. Doveva pulire lo specchio, come era stato chiaramente svuotato con un vestito sporco e lasciato a secco. I prezzi sono aumentati in misura significativa dal pandemia, credo. Non è quello che è stato, spero che solo un bell'aspetto e la situazione migliorerà, poiché tutte le altre strutture, tra cui ristorante e posizione, sono eccellenti.

La posizione è così vicina alla stazione di Surbiton, che dopo un rapido check-in è stato in grado di arrivare a Londra per catturare uno spettacolo. Il parcheggio non era disponibile a distanza, e per la fretta di un treno il bagaglio era portato nella nostra stanza pronta per il nostro ritorno. La diffusione al colazione mattina era deliziosa, e mentre non c'era nessuna opzione di cucina, ciò che era disponibile era delizioso. Succhi freschi - arancione/mazza, yogurt, granola compota, cereali, pane/toast/bagels/muffins, carne fredda, formaggio, salmone fumato, pomodoro, cucchiaio, cucinare le vostre uova bollate con timoniere, frutta fresca - mele/banane/satsumas/uva, croissants/pastri, scelta di caffè e tè fresco. Sceglici per il giorno della visita! Tutti gli interazioni con il personale erano professionali, utili e autentici! Tutti con un sorriso 🙂

La stanza era pulita, con una vista molto bella sul terreno e sul fiume Tamigi. Il club di salute era occupato ma bello, ci piaceva la piscina, la sauna e la stanza a vapore. La porta del letto era in basso, non era molto forte, così potevi sentire la gente venire e andare in corridoio.

Hotel, senza aria condizionata, senza una colazione continentale decente e sufficentemente varia, cambio lenzuola ascigamani, pulizie scarse, privacy 2° piano inesistente prtesenza park a livello, riscaldamento con stufetta a muro, rivambio aria scarso, le camere con letti separati hanno un letto attaccato al muro e non forniscono lenzuola per letti singoli, ma adeguano quelle matrimoniali piegate a metà i materassi sono ottimi ma non hanno biancheria adeguata, si vede che mancano i controlli di gente preposta. Pubblicità ingannevole di rinnovato c'è ben poco.

UUtente ospiteCompletamente raccomandato 100% Questa è la nostra terza visita a Warwick Lodge. Un'altra grande soggiorno. Grande posizione, molto pulita, accogliente. Facile andare e ospitare. Parcheggio gratuito letteralmente sul passo della porta. Camere abbastanza. Tutto quello che si potrebbe desiderare per il costo.. grande valore per soldi. Sicuramente restituirà 👍👍👍
