E la ragazza che stava per sbattere la porta alle 11:00 quando ero a letto, mi ricordava di casa in Ucraina.La migliore vacanza che abbia mai voluto lasciare la stanza.

I made a booking through *********** at this place for my nieces and nephew to stay for two days. They were returning from Ireland before flying out of Heathrow and, due to the planned transport strike, it made sense to book something near the airport. I had read through the terms and conditions of the booking and had made the booking under the name of my niece who is 25 years old. After the booking, I received an email from the property that required supply of ID for all persons staying at the property and pre-authorisation of a credit card for a £200 deposit. The requirement of ID prior to arrival is not on the hotel policy, which states that “Guest are required to show a photo identification… upon check-in.” Never have I experience this before! After the the IDs were provided I received a ”We are sorry to inform you that you don’t meet our minimum check-in age which is 25 years, as the reservation is on your name we require you to be at least 25 years old to check in. Additionally, it’s not possible to change the name on the reservation. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause. As your reservation is non-refundable, we are unable to waive cancellation fees for this reservation. The minimum check in age alongside other policies and house rules are clearly stated on *********** for all our guests to read before selecting to book and paying, etc”, All this was incorrect. I called the hotel and was told that although the named person was 25, the others were not. It is not in their policy that “all people” must be over 25 and I questioned the requirement as they obviously allow families with children to stay. I was told that it didn’t matter and they would not be allowed to stay and I wouldn't get any refund (even though the booking was in line with their policy). The pure rudeness, lack of integrity and honesty of this hotel astounds me. I am so disappointed that *********** continues to supports this place with so many poor reviews. So much for a customer focused industry! STAY AWAY PLEASE.

Bella decorazione, semplice ma moderna e classica. Opzioni pulite, accessibili disponibili. 24/7 servizio in camera è un grande servizio soprattutto per i viaggiatori tardi, ma più opzioni sarebbero grandi. Doccia e sapone erano carini, il letto era grande e molto comodo. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente, sono in ritardo di gravidanza e il personale mi ha ospitato offrendo una stanza vicino alla ricezione. Il prezzo è molto equo per l'esperienza generale.

Quando dici Hilton, puoi essere sicuro di avere un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione del Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow è adatta e a soli 6 minuti di auto dai terminali 2 e 3. Fate attenzione a non mescolare il Hilton Garden Inn che è direttamente nel terminal 3. Il parcheggio spazioso dell'hotel è disponibile con 15 sterline aggiuntive Bella accoglienza con ambiente. Camere di Hall con stile Hilton. La stanza è un po 'piccola ma confortevole. Ma i migliori letti, le mutandine e le cucce per il sonno più confortevole sono qui!!! La camera dispone di doccia e tubo. The hotel customer service is perfect since before I stayed with them. I queried at a late night before I booked the hotel about the airport shuttle bus as I am flying from a different terminal. The staff on the line is very kind and helpful. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient on check in at late night. I have paid for the breakfast but I left very early. So they have offered me to go to the holiday inn to have the breakfast instead because holiday inn breakfast section will start earlier. They provided fast checkout, similar to other airport hotels. The walking area from the tube station to the hotel is all covered and not too far. So I don’t need to worry when it is raining. But it is a bit cold in April, so make sure you have enough clothing. The hotel room is reasonably big. Only shower area is available in my room. The room is clean with a notes left by the cleaner, not sure if this is IHG policy or not. But this is really responsible. Bed is comfortable and there is charger next to it as well. There is free water bottle available in the room as well.
