Il bar è un pub di villaggio che fa camere e, come molti pub di paese, fa davvero un grande cibo. Anche se lo chiamano B&B piuttosto che hotel, le camere sono dotate di una catena di hotel di bilancio (spazzatura in camera, tè, caffè e biscotti di fantasia, TV con Freeview, ma la tariffa della camera include un colazione con lo stesso livello elevato del resto del menu. C'è, naturalmente, un inglese completo con salsicce che provengono chiaramente da un macellaio locale, ma anche tutte le altre opzioni che abbiamo appena preso per aspettarci di un buon menu di colazione, come l'avocado spezzato sul toast e le opzioni vegetariane e vegani. È tutto cucinato per ordinare - solo i cereali, i succhi di frutta, ecc sono su un buffet per se stesso. Se dovessi trovare qualcosa che potrebbero migliorare, sarebbe che il servizio per la colazione potrebbe essere un po' lento se alcuni arrivano in un momento di abbattimento, ma non al punto che sia problematico. Inoltre, come donna che viaggia da sola, mi piacerebbe se il personale potesse fare qualche gesto per farmi sapere che mi hanno notato quando sono arrivato al pub per accedere al colazione o venire a colazione. So che lo sanno, ma un sorriso veloce o un nodo mi fermerebbe a sentirmi invisibile mentre mi girano intorno.

Arrivò tardi poco dopo la notte, nessuno si trovava intorno a piangere per qualcuno, così potevamo andare a controllare. Infine, abbiamo trovato persone che si trovavano in una sala di riunione. La stanza era pulita, anche se un po' stanca. La stanza era sulla strada principale e si unì alle scale, così rumoroso al mattino. Anche alle nove, il puliziatore si scontrava e cercava di accedere alla stanza, fortunatamente abbiamo chiuso la porta. La colazione era buona, anche se il cibo caldo era asciutto e cotto in eccesso. La velocità di Internet era OK e la TV ha bisogno di aggiornamento.

We were visiting this area and whilst the hotel is in a predominantly industrial area it offers everything you need as a base if you are happy to relax in hotel in the evening. Very friendly staff at check in and at breakfast and reasonable priced bar prices so really met our expectations

We booked to see the theatre Production show Signing in the Rain on Saturday 13th July , the show was as good as any West End production we have seen, simply put it was fantastic. Booking by phone was easy and simple too. we were married on the 13th of July 2014 at Kilworth house so this been our tenth wedding Anniversary I wanted to make things special for our stay for my wife and book back at Kilworth house , I had only one disappointment when booking i could not book one of your luxury room , fully booked up in February . Friday 12th July I traveled down to the hotel to leave flowers and gifts for my wife to be placed in the room and was meet at reception by Mal , I requested everything to be placed in the room for when we booked in the next day , Mal told me this would not be a problem and she would take care of this personally for me, I also asked Mal if possible could we have a tablet reservation for two next too the orangery French doors on the evening as this was were we stood for our wedding vows , Mel asked me to give her a moment and went too spoke to the Maitre d , when she returned she told me everything would be sorted , my last request was if possible could we book in at 3pm she said she would try . Saturday 13thJuly we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and was meet at reception by a smiling Mal and her colleague Mel spoke to me like she had not meet me before (great) I asked if we could book in , Mel rang house keeping and we were told the room would be ready in thirty minutes ( not a problem ) we went into the lounge to have a relaxing drink whilst we waited we were asked about luggage which we had placed on the luggage trolley Mel told me our luggage would be taken up to our room once it was ready . whilst my wife had her drink I went and spoke to Mel she told me she had take up the flowers and gifts for my wife into our Garden room herself .The Theatre Dinner Meal on the evening was superb ,service was fast we did not have to wait long between courses , nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff . we had a great dinning experience seat at our table which was reserved for us . Breakfast was self service the hot food arrived fairly quick ( very Busy ) the self service cold food was plentiful and a good selection which I observed was replenished at frequent intervals . my wife had only one complaint when we checked out which this was behind the hotels control noisy guests who wake my wife up when entering there room next too ours ” Quite Late ” honestly I heard nothing i am a heavy sleeper . Checking out we were meet Again by Mel who enquired how our Anniversary stay went . lets just say my wife was smiling all day Sunday . Mel and all the staff at Kilworth House made our Anniversary stay special nothing was too much trouble ,thank you everyone . Steve & Trace L , Room 203 .

On arrival the friendly receptionist not only helped us she was absolutely fantastic and so kind understanding and generous giving my daughter some sweets to entertain her and really talked with us. Advised us on locations and talked of different subjects. The stay was brilliant the night reception was lovely and kind on speaking with my husband. The stay was lovely clean spacious quiet despite location it was very quiet, the cleaning staff was understanding on my daughters mini accident and we tried to leave the room tidy for them also. On leaving the friendly reception was lovely also and very kind :) I totally recommend this as your stay for whatever your needs. Please note upon the telephone line it’s card only but other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay whether it be for work to catch some of them special Zs or a quick stay for friends family etc. very accommodating with our baby and myself being pregnant also, Great place and cannot recommend enough and I cannot sing their praises enough honestly best we have ever been to
