The booking email gives you the code to enter the area with the rooms and your own room but it doesn’t tell you that you need to press a star after you entered the code so it took us a while to work it out and to enter. The car park was full when we arrived and we needed to charge our car but another car was parked in the space for electric vehicles. It was owned by one of the employers so we had to ask him to move it. When we entered room number 2, it was FREEZING! The window had been left open and even when we closed it, the glass was so thin that it felt like it was still open. One of the panels of the blind was broken and hanging. We had to hang a blanket over the blind to block the cold air coming in. With a small radiator in the room, candles we brought from home and a hot shower on, eventually the room warmed up. The water pressure in the shower is very weak so it took me a while to wash my hair to get ready for the evening. We went downstairs for dinner and they were short of staff so it took ages before someone took our order. The food was not great. Chips were fried in old oil and the burger tasted very raw. The Camembert cheese was not melted properly. The breakfast in the morning was not too bad but the one piece of toast they serve was very hard. Again, short of staff in the morning. The coffee machine was not working properly and we had to turn it on and off to get a cup of coffee. The staff are lovely and they are trying their best…

La casa di ricevimento era molto bella, e la casa di ricevimento era molto bella, e la casa di ricevimento era molto bella, quando abbiamo chiesto di lasciare il bagaglio prima di controllare in tempo. La stanza era molto confortevole e molto bella, con un'altra suite che era quella che cercavamo. La casa è molto ben mantenuta e guardata, grande posizione e bellissimo personale. Sarebbe stato bello sapere in anticipo che ci sarebbero state così tante scale per salire/sul piano (siamo stati al primo livello - 2°), ma abbiamo fatto senza alcun problema. Non riesco a battere i loro prezzi, prenotare direttamente con loro per ottenere i migliori tassi. Don't hesitate and book this B&B for your stay!

Hubert House was great. We were 2 adults and 2 kids in one room. There was ample space. The room had a couch, chair, fridge and desk area. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. The woman managing the house, Farrah, is amazing. We payed for laundry service, dropped off our clothes and left for the day. When we came back, she had all of our things cleaned and sorted. We came in late drenched from the rain. She handed us another bag for wet clothes and then washed and dried those. She left us snacks and breakfast since we were packing out the next day. It was one of my favorite stops in England.

Stayed overnight as part of a large coach tour heading to Holland next day. Check in was smooth and I think we were upgraded to an executive room (maybe because we’re IHG rewards members?). The room had a fridge as well as tea/coffee making facilities and although the bed and pillows were comfy, for some reason we both had a restless night but that was more than made up for by the superb buffet breakfast (we also had an evening meal in the on site Bella Italia restaurant). Rooms and public areas were clean and there’s plenty of parking (although the layout is difficult for coach manoeuvring!). There’s not much in the way of amenities close by and it’s also a 10min or so drive from Dover (not necessarily a bad thing!). All staff were helpful and friendly so we’d be happy to stay here again next time travelling in the area.

Ho prenotato una camera unica, e era più bello di quanto mi aspettassi! La camera da letto è molto pulita. Ho usato brevemente la struttura del bagno. Il personale mi ha aiutato a prendere le tute, i bagni e i pantaloni. Diversi ristoranti alimentari rapidi disponibili a 10 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso di Dovercliff è a circa 25 minuti a piedi.

Non è un buon senso dimenticare di annullare.
