Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso in questo bellissimo hotel. siamo arrivati molto prima della ricezione alle 3:00 a causa di un volo precoce, e ci siamo chiesti se potremmo entrare nella nostra stanza prima. Non aspettavo che fosse fatto così velocemente! Sono salta in azione mentre noi esploriamo le straordinarie aree e abbiamo fatto un bel colazione, e entro l'ora siamo stati nella nostra stanza. La casa aveva creato un bellissimo display swan con le tovaglie e le petali rosa, con una carta di compleanno scritta a mano per il mio ragazzo mentre eravamo li per celebrare il suo trent'anniversario. Il personale non poteva fare abbastanza per noi, soprattutto la signora molto gentile della ricezione che era brillante e il viaggio si sentiva così facile e confortevole. Grazie tante per un fine settimana meraviglioso e memorabile, non posso davvero raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza. Valete ogni penny e solo un breve uber (20-25 min) alla città, allo zoo, e la maggior parte delle attrazioni principali. Ci ritroveremo!

The overall experience was alright but not highly satisfied. I chose the hotel because we hope to stay in the Mansion with long history and heritage that hopefully make our family journey more enjoyable. Before we go, I searched for the comment on websites and found some travellers give bad comments e.g. small bathroom with mold, dusty table and floor mat, etc. Thanks for providing these honest comment so I reduce my own expectation a little bit. When we enter the hotel room, warm welcome received from hotel staff. We arrived at 15pm and thought we can have some teatime in the hotel but sadly we were told teatime must be book 24hrs in advance. They can serve us scones and tea instead. Then we went to our the double bed room 14sq.m one and it does look small, especially the toilet is small like a hostel or affordable stay instead of a hotel room charging gbp170 a night which we have expected it should be more than that. The sink was so small, have to wash hands really carefully otherwise water will be spitted everywhere. The tea corner, the alarm, the window were dusty, The cup and spoon were not clean properly. Despite all these, The bed was fine and comfy. The hotel building itself is historical and beautiful, with multiple dining rooms serving lunch, tea, dinner. Bar service serving drinks, large library, board games available for kids, very spacious greenfield and beautiful rose garden. Morning breakfast 8-10am is a self-service one and the food were hot and fresh. In overall, the beautiful nature surrounded and the historical building itself make the whole experience happy, but the hotel service and hygiene level do recommend for improvement.

Camera tripla spaziosa, con letti matrimoniale e singolo molto comodi e più grandi dello standard! Molto pulita e con arredi moderni e gradevoli. Bella posizione vicino al mare, non centralissima ma molto comoda sia per il centro che si raggiunge in 15 minuti, che per l'aeroporto che dista neanche mezz'ora. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (solo pernottamento).

È stato prenotato solo per una visita di notte e la cosa più che posso dire è che è se siete solo dopo un letto di base per la notte questo è il posto . Potrebbe fare con un aggiornamento e la camera che ero in doccia era coperta in forma, dovevo controllare presto per il lavoro così non posso commentare il colazione perché questo non è servito fino 0800.Overall abbastanza costoso per quello che si ottiene le camere erano abbastanza tranquille.
