Following a mishap cycling a nearby trail I came across this pub/hotel and fortunately for me there was a vacancy for the evening so I booked in to rest up . The stay was one of the best I’ve experienced, the room super cosy , spotlessly clean , warm and well equipped . The bed was incredibly comfortable . Tim , the host came over to check on my health and was an incredibly helpful full of life character, nothing was too much trouble . The pub was equally as special as the accommodation, a typical village pub with a friendly mix of both locals and travellers all being well looked after by Tim and his superb staff . The food was sublime all organic grown and produced on the Farm of the premises . This was undoubtedly a pleasure to stay at from arrival to departure and I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a destination to stay , you will not be disappointed !!!

On arrival, first impressions are very favourable. This is a nice-looking inn with loads of character. We arrived out of hours and had to call the number for check-in advice. No problem, this was fairly smooth. Unfortunately, our room, which was otherwise OK, had no aerial cable to reach the television. After 5.30, when the bar opened, I popped in and asked about this. We were promptly swapped to another room, room 3. Room 3 needs to have the toilet properly plumbed in. At the back of the lavatory, there is no drop. In fact, the waist is actually having to work against a very slight upward gradient. This meant that every time I flushed, I had to help the flush with a bucket of water. Sometimes, even then, taking several attempts. Otherwise, the room was clean if not a little tired. There was no housekeeping on our second day, so I had to ask for tea and milk top ups. Apart from that, it would have been fine as we only had 2 nights. On the second night we ate in the restaurant. The food, though it took a while to arrive, was very nice. Although when we were asked if we wanted gravy, which wasn't on the menu, we were charged £1.95 each. While one of our group couldn't have a banana split, we were still charged for it. In spite of her alternative being cheaper. So a nice It was our first time at the Carpenters Arms and a few nigles that could be ironed out fairly easily for a more memorable stay. Would I return, perhaps, I wouldn't rule it out.

Ottimo. La posizione a m4 è grande per lavorare sulla strada o per scopi ricreativi. Molto pulito e eccezionalmente efficiente con giro. Controlla veloce. Personale molto accogliente e amichevole. Le opzioni per il servizio in camera sono una delle migliori che abbia mai avuto, meglio di alcune stelle 4/5! IHG sta impostando il valore, il servizio e la performance complessiva molto elevati e il mio gruppo di hotel va al momento. IHG è Holiday Inn, Hilton e Roko per citare alcuni.

La prima stazione britannica non è lontana da qui. L'hotel è molto buono, la stanza è anche grande, e la colazione è molto ricco. In Gran Bretagna è un hotel ad alto rapporto costo-benefici. Ci sono stazioni di benzina e supermercati vicino.

What an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days

Great hotel to stay while visiting Avebury Henge, Stonehenge, REME Museum and Salisbury. Booked an executive twin which was comfortable and very quiet. It was a very hot evening and we ate a delicious dinner on the front terrace. There is no air conditioning in the room, however, an electric fan was provided. Tea and coffee available with kettle in the room for that early cuppa followed by an excellent cooked breakfast, unfortunately no baked beans!, but still tasty. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in that particular area.

Io mi sono fermato per due settimane, mentre ero in affari. Il prezzo per una camera unica e doppia era lo stesso, quindi mi hanno dato un doppio, considerando quanto tempo ero con loro. La camera era bella e spaziosa, abbondante spazio di magazzinaggio. Negli ultimi anni tutto sembrava essere stato riqualificato. Il personale era molto amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutarmi: mi fecero un pranzo in pacchetto invece di colazione perché lo chiedo, lasciarono la mia ragazza rimanere per un fine settimana senza problemi. Hanno anche cambiato il wifi per me, in modo che potessi avere più banda per fare il mio tutorial online.
