If you want to park your car at the George there is a small car park which is accessed through a narrow alley way, i got my freelander in but it is a good idea to pull your mirrors in. we turned up on the saturday evening and got a nice welcome, given our key and shown to our room, whish was nice, warm and comfortable. a nice en suite bath and shower.if you are tall just remember to duck a little when going into the bathroom, i forgot a couple of times. a nice supply of towels, toiletries along with bottled water and biscuits. no cooked breakfast due to restrictions but got a really good value breakfast hamper delivered to our door.. the bar is lovely and traditional, though we had to put up with covid restrictions still a memorable time.lots to do around newent and convenient for visiting other nice locations around the local area.looking forward to visiting again soon.

Non adatto per i turisti con bagagli pesanti

Rimasi qui come raccomandato da amici che erano rimasti in precedenza. Sembra che i proprietari hanno perso interesse per l'affare, perché erano inconvenienti e a volte sventurati in brutto. Era quasi come se fossimo un fastidio rimanendo lì. Come esempio, non ci sono spiegazioni per il modo operandi per colazione, il cuoco per ordinare cibo caldo era molto bello. La stanza avrebbe potuto essere più pulita con molte volpe sia morti che vivi nel bagno, nonostante la finestra fosse chiusa. Il pranzo era di nuovo medio per il prezzo, ma il servizio era mancato. Buona posizione vicino alla strada principale, ma lontano abbastanza da non sentire il traffico e un piacevole passeggiata lungo il fiume verso Ross a Wye.
