Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivés hier dans notre location a la résidence la dune à serignan. La villa est dans un état lamentable : ménage non fait, poussière de partout, sol sale, oreillers boulochés, traces diverses sur les murs et les portes, buffet cassé à plusieurs endroits, cafetiere non nettoyé, casserole non nettoyée, verres depareillés (nous n avons meme pas 1 petit verre chacun), couteaux toutes les pointes sont cassées chaises sales, mini four inutilisable car hyper sale, poils dans le lavabo et la douche, traces sur les miroirs, tête de lit arrachée du mur, canapé multiples tâches, parasol déchiré, .. bref j ai demandé à l accueil de nous changer de logement ce qui a été refusé, la dame nous a dit qu elle allait venir faire le ménage. Résultat il y a encore des cheveux par terre, de la.poussiere partout et des cheveux dans le lavabo, aucune excuse de sa part elle ne trouve pas le logement sale à son goût, aucun changement d oreillers, rien ! Nous avons dormi tant bien que mal (voisins qui ont fait du bruit jusqu a 3h du matin à hurler et chanter à l extérieur) Aucune protection sur la terrasse ni aucun garde corps, très dangereux pour les petits en bas âge (environ 1m20 de vide)

Whilst the initial impression of the hotel and our room was that the decor was tired, I must say it was spotlessly clean. The bed was a small double accessible only from one side which made a night time visit to the toilet difficult for my husband. The bathroom was tiny but again, clean and perfectly functional. The toilet was in a separate cupboard. There was no furniture in the room (due to its very compact size) and a small fold up table would have helped greatly. There was a inbuilt wardrobe with sufficient space for clothes etc. However the real highlight is the hotel’s location opposite a pristine & clean beach, and just a few minutes walk away from the main town, which meant it was quieter at night. And also another plus was the room’s balcony with table, two chairs and a reclining deck chair. Perfect for a spot of sunbathing (or for either myself or my husband to get out of my way whilst we took it in turns to get ready in our small room!) The staff were friendly but no one spoke to us in English which is fine as I can manage with my basic French but some may struggle. We didn’t take breakfast as there was no outside seating option and we preferred to sit out and make the most of the weather. Overall, a lovely little hotel in a superb French beach resort.

The Mecure brand has always been one which we relate to. This hotel is linked with Ibis and the car park has an entrance to both hotels. The hotel was in the main clean and tidy however the rooms were a tad on the small side, but with only a one night stop it was not a concern. A sort walk (uphill) to a convenient area to eat or drink was a bonus.

Questa era una fermata di una notte su una tour moto con mia moglie. La posizione dell'hotel è grande, a pochi passi dalla vecchia città. Ci era sul sito parcheggio sotterraneo per €8 per notte. La stanza era di base ma confortevole. Purtroppo il bagno era rotto e fugato, quindi non l'abbiamo usato. Colazione tipica Ibis di base così ci mangiamo in un caffè locale. Basic, hotel di valore come previsto. Beziers vale la pena di visitare.
