The “Junior Suite” room detail from their own website (and Jet2) did not match on arrival. Spoke to reception but they seemed unable and not especially bothered to ameliorate the discrepancies. Would NOT have booked the best room in their hotel for a special birthday (of my partner) if these extra touches were not present as it would not be worth it. Yes, there is a view of the Eiffel Tower from the room but it's not on a private terrace so you are unlikely to savour it at length from the bedroom. Certainly if there is a terrace elsewhere in the hotel. The discrepancies are: 1. No Nespresso machine in room - yes there is a free coffee machine in reception but hardly private and luxurious to use. No delight in having a coffee at any time one pleased in the room. Sadly the ”Nespresso table” was still in the room with a kettle on, further pointing out what should have been there. 2. No L'Occitane products in the room. This was disappointing. The products in place were unremarkable and not equivalent luxury. 3. There was a missing television on the wall - yes, not there to watch TV but leaving a gaping hole on the wall with the attendant wires does not speak of a ”best room” finish. This has been missing for some time as per TripAdvisor review looked at on arrival. 4. Constantly having to have the room keys reprogrammed as they would lose memory over a few hours. We had 2 keys and often neither worked resulting in traipsing down to reception to be sorted 9/10 times we returned to the room (twice a day some days). No we weren't keeping them next to something that would wipe them, and we also overheard another guest with a similar problem. 5. There are no ”bathrobes and slippers on request”. Receptionist said they had not had those for ages. 6. Disposable paper cups in the room - perhaps this is a ”France” thing but not having ceramic cups or glasses in the room cheapened the feel. Can't see how washing these is more ”green” than recycling heaps of paper cups. France is renowned for its glassware too! Irony. There other odds and ends such as the ”sanitary bag” facility in the bathroom was empty (improvised with the wrapping from one of the paper cups but really this should have been in place to start with), a flickering light in the bathroom and a lack of useful storage such as drawers. The room is as big as a generous Premier Inn room, which is possibly massive by French standards, however overall it did not exude “quality, thoughtfulness, best room” feelings, which was disappointing relative to the picture painted when selecting it to book. !Save your EUR and book a cheaper room there that promises none of the above! There is no bar nor restaurant on site, and the breakfasts are EUR15 pp (we didn't have one) so resourcing sustenance off site is advised. Get a Navigo Découverte card as it's a Tram ＞ RER A ＞ RER B ＞ Metro to many places in the centre so factor the time in (and EUR if can't get the weekly travel card).

Villa Medicis è una struttura moderna, molto ben tenuta e adeguatamente pulita, Gli ambienti che mi sono stati assegnati erano ampi e silenziosi, posti all'ultimo piano dell'edificio. Arredamento essenziale ma funzionale. Il letto non comodissimo e con materassi troppo caldi. Non ho usufruito della colazione. Per ciò che concerne la località, Puteaux è un Comune che mi è parso tranquillo, silenzioso con edifici modernissimi, ben tenuti e dall'aspetto gradevole. Non ci sono molti sevizi per il turista ma è chiaro che chi vi soggiorna lo fa come base per Parigi. Il tempo occorrente per arrivare in centro a Parigi è di circa 1 ora ed i mezzi da utilizzare sono l'autobus (linea 141 sita a 2 isolati di distanza oppure 258 un pò più distante) sino all'hub sotterraneo della Defense e poi la linea 1 della metropolitana. Se non si hanno particolari esigenze e si usa la struttura solo come base per dormire e restare in giro tutto il giorno a Parigi, la considero una buona soluzione.

Personnel accueillant , disponible, agréable. Buffet entrées, desserts impeccable, rien ne manque (désolé pour les grincheux. Pdj idem. Chambre acceptable literie pareillement. Petit bémol. Le parking souterrain est très étroit, attention a ceux qui ont des véhicules au dessus de 4,50 m de longueur. Je recommande fortement./.

Amazing apartment situated in a retirement home, so very quiet! The staff were just lovely, the apartment extremely spacious and clean. The Location was perfect as it's walking distance to Longchamp, and the immediate area has a massive selection of shops and restaurants. All on the doorstep. It was only a 25 minute Uber ride from Montparnasse and we understand lots of public transport links are in the vicinity. The only thing that let it down for us were the little niggly things like no corkscrew or kitchen utensils of any kind. So if you wanted to make an omelette for example, there is a pan, but no spatula. Why provide pots and pans but no utensils?? Why provide 2 wine glasses but no corkscrew? Also, only one small bin in the whole apartment which is in the kitchen. No bin in the bathroom which was irritating. All in all, we would definitely stay here again but would bring our own utensils!

Etablissement bien situé au calme avec un personnel à l'écoute et aux services des clients. Les chambres auraient peut-être méritées quelques mètres carrés supplémentaires mais sont bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner proposé est bien garni et servi dans un espace agréable.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel NOVOTEL durante un Viaggio di Capodanno organizzato dal CTS. L'Hotel è VICINISSIMO all'Hyppodrome Longchamp, l'Ippodromo dove ogni anno si corre il TRADIZIONALE ”GRAN PRIX D'AMERIQUE”, che ha visto TRIONFARE il Cavallo Indigeno VARENNE, guidato da Giampaolo Minnucci!!!! L'Hotel, pur trovandosi nella Immediata Banlieue, è collegato con Parigi grazie alla Tramvia T2, in pochi minuti ci si trova a Chatelet-Les Halles, da dove, o con la RER A, oppure con la Metro, si arriva nel Cuore della Ville Lumiére!!!! Le stanze sono MOLTO SPAZIOSE, il Bagno, come TUTTI gli Hotel della Catena NOVOTEL/MERCURE, è ”diviso” in due parti, da una parte c'è la Salle De Bains, e separato c'è il WC, purtroppo, e lo dico, ahime, con una nota di disappunto, NON C'E' IL BIDET, ma va bene cosi', c'è una Vasca/Doccia, e c'è TUTTO l'occorrente per il bagno, oltre al sapone ed al doccia/shampoo, ci sono ANCHE le ciabattine di stoffa!!!! La colazione è RIGOROSAMENTE self service a Buffet, con una AMPIA SCELTA di Torte, Croissant, marmellate, succhi di frutta, anche il multivitaminico ACE, e, per chi ”ama” il salato, c'è un corner ove è possibile prepararsi una omelette!!!! Nelle vicinanze, poi, ci sono TANTISSIMI negozi, supermercati e boulangeries, per chi desidera far colazione con il TIPICO Croissant appena sfornato, farcito di marmellata e cioccolato!!!!

Grande struttura. Casa perfetta. Appartamento magnifico con terrazza sul tetto che dà sul quartiere della difesa. Tutto è impeccabile. Piccolo bemol: le coperte di letto che non sono rocce e non si tengono in posizione. Si trova a dormire sul mattone al primo movimento. NB: nessun metro vicino. È necessario tenerne conto (bus a 200 metri)

Il giorno in cui arrivammo, ho ricevuto un messaggio che l'hotel era completamente prenotato. Potrei scegliere di prendere 2 camere singole invece della camera doppia che avevo prenotato, o l'hotel cancellerebbe la mia prenotazione. Ho fatto la prenotazione nel gennaio - 4 mesi fa. Che c'è di male con l'industria alberghiera? Lo stesso problema due volte in un fine settimana. Solo quando avevo risposto al loro messaggio avevo fatto la prenotazione quattro mesi prima e come è stato possibile che questo accada, essi tornarono in un altro messaggio dicendo che avevano verificato e la mia stanza è ora disponibile. L'hotel era buono e pulito, comodo letto, ma il giorno dopo il ristorante sembrava essere completamente disordinato: le tavole usate erano lasciate in blocco e non pulite / non impostate per i prossimi ospiti, diversi articoli del buffet del colazione sono usciti senza essere accuratamente controllati. Mancanza di personale?? Non lo so, ma mi aspetto un servizio molto meglio dalla catena Mercure.

Non capisco del perché di tante lamentele, certo il bagno non è piazza grande ma vi ricordo che siete in vacanza. Ad onor del vero, più di due persone, non possono stare in camera. Il letto è stato comodissimi e la camera molto pulita. Personale molto cortese, buona doccia. Ottimo punto, poiché al centro delle fermate dei bus per raggiungere la torre eiffel. Una pecca, ahimè italiana, il receptionist che doveva prenotarsi il taxi per l'aeroporto ci ha dato conferma ma peccato che non l'abbia data al taxi....fortuja che ci hanno risolto il problema al mattino.

Solo una notte di soggiorno in una rapida visita ai Paralympici. Amichevole e utile personale. Ryan era particolarmente amichevole. Camera pulita. Servizi per il tè ok. Doccia era solo buona. Molto comoda. Buonanotte dormire. Solo quello che avevamo bisogno. Facile da raggiungere.
