Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise

Anche se tutto è stato fatto per posta, SMS e telefono, tutto è andato bene. Siamo stati sovraclassati e la camera era perfetta ( praticamente appartamento hotel ) molto tranquilla perché dava sul retro dell'hotel. Bella camera , molto buona letto, piccola sala acqua con WC ma molto ben organizzata e molto ben attrezzata. Cucina piccola con un equipaggiamento molto completo Forno, Griglia pane, microonde, piccolo frigo, piastra, ecc ... Parcheggio molto facile alla sera e gratuito fino alle 09:00. Una bella sorpresa, perché abbiamo prenotato abbastanza tardi per un viaggio di ultima notte. Un indirizzo da tenere e condividere.

È una sicurezza tornare in questo albergo che ogni volta trovo un po' rinnovato. Prezzi convenienti, camere moderne e attrezzate (anche se piccoline) con tv a schermo piatto e bollitore, letti comodi, servizi puliti, colazione adeguata, pur senza squilli né particolare assortimento o abbondanza. Ora non c'è più la cena a buffet, peccato! Il personale è gentile e corretto. Il garage interno si paga a parte, circa 10 euro per notte. Per raggiungere il centro di Parigi programmate almeno una mezz'ora d'auto, traffico permettendo.

Pasamos la noche en este agradable hotel que queda a las afueras de Paris. Se ubica a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro en cuyo mismo lugar se encuentra la parada de buses que van a Versalles. En metro al centro de Paris son cerca de 20 minutos. La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y bastante amplia. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el WiFi que fue rápidamente solucionado por el personal del hotel. Alta recomendación para aquellos que buscan una alternativa de calidad, menor precio y mayor tranquilidad en caso de no encontrar opciones en el centro de Paris.

Per visitare Versailles scegliamo questo Relais & Chateaux a pochi minuti di macchina, immerso nel verde del Parco di Saint Cloud, dove abbiamo trascorso 2 notti. Accoglienza ottima da parte del personale di Reception, garage gratuito, Junior Suite con ampio terrazzo attrezzato, tranquillo, e rilassante vista sul parco. Piccolo omaggio dolce come soci R&C, in bagno oltre alle solite toiletries c’erano anche peeling, creme e maschere, un'attenzione in più. Peccato il personale a colazione, svogliato e disinteressato, decisamente non in linea con il resto dello staff. Una mattina una cliente ha dovuto entrare in cucina per chiamare gli addetti perchè erano spariti e non c’era nessuno in sala…malissimo. Anche noi abbiamo avuto un paio di spiacevoli episodi con loro, piccole cose che però non devono succedere e delle quali abbiamo parlato con la Responsabile della Reception. Il buffet per colazione discreto, anche con qualcosa di tipicamente francese (il clafoutis per esempio) benché spiccatamente sbilanciato sul dolce. Bella terrazza che sembrava in uso per la colazione (come dettoci al check-in) ma che invece non lo era, spiegazione del motivo non pervenuta (non pioveva, non faceva freddo…c’erano tutte le condizioni per fare colazione fuori ma la risposta alla nostra richiesta è stata un laconico “no”). Turn down ben eseguito con acqua, biscotti e tisane. Un piacevole indirizzo, peccato davvero per il pessimo staff della colazione, ma bene tutto il resto, quindi giudizio positivo.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very happy during our stay. The room was very clean and very well equipped. The bath room and air condition worked perfectly. The bed rooms were very nice and we could have a very good sleep. It's was an amazing hotel with very reasonable price. The staff was very polite and helpful. When we checked out and came back to Thailand, we found that my daughter had left a brand-new MIU MIU wallet which is very expensive in the hotel safe. We called to the hotel and finally the front lady could help to get the wallet and return it to us by mail. We truly appreciate her help and would like to thank her otherwise the wallet would be lost and my daughter would be very sad. If possible, we would return to stay there again. Thank you very much.

Hotel molto ben situato e due passi dal metro. A 10mn dal cambiodro .... tranquillo . Casa molto simpatica, siamo arrivati alle 11h senza preoccupazioni per avere la camera. Hotel piacevole, ben mantenuto. Le bevande succose di frutta, caffè, the ...a volontà giorno e notte all'accoglienza non esitate a scendere e servire. Le camere sono un po 'piccole ma piacevole, insonorizzazione impeccabile lato strada abbiamo sentito nessun rumore, lato corridoio, nessun rumore. Lettera impeccabile e piacevole. Bemol sul bagno, c'era dei capelli nel doccia, e per noi mancava grandi tovaglioli da bagno. Colazione a volontà e non. Torneremo!

Très bon hôtel. Literie parfaite, nous avons très bien dormi. La chambre était très bien insonorisée , nous n’avons pas entendu un seul bruit. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec plein de bonnes choses sur un buffet. Possibilité aussi de prendre un petit déjeuner express, moins cher, mais tout à fait suffisant pour les petits appétits. Le personnel de l’accueil est super, surtout Mario. Le parking privé , fermé, est très pratique.
