This hotel, it's location (Line 14 - Automatic), it's comfort and equipments and more more moreover the kindness and professional attitude of its employees were just amazing. These people were trying by any means to be friendly, helpful and efficient in making our stay as comfortable and ”like at thome” as poossible. Thanks a million. We warmly recommend this hotel.

Posto molto pulito e non lontano dai mezzi pubblici….personale educato e gentile, se si vuole trovare una pecca …non parlano Italiano.stanze sempre riordinate e ripulite. Lo consiglio a tutti sia coppie che famiglie….una vera occasione

I stayed one night on my own, first the positives: room was clean, bed was comfy, didn’t have any noise overnight, the rate is cheap. But, I had some issues. The bathroom (only that for some reason, not the room at all) smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed side light on one side was broken - no problem as I just slept in the other bed, but would have been a pain if I stayed with my husband as we both like to read in bed. Also as others have said they area isn’t that great, but I was visiting a friend who lived locally so that couldn’t be helped. For me the most frustrating thing was the service. It took 30 minutes to check in, and there were only four people in the queue ahead of me. It was really frustrating. It looked like maybe the systems were slow and also maybe the guests ahead of me had some tricky requests, but 30 mins to wait was just too long. Also I left my phone charger, and the next day emailed the address from my reservation confirmation - I was told it was fine to just go to the reception. Which I did, but they couldn’t find it. I was told I was too late as the cleaning staff had gone home and to come back on Monday (this was a Friday and we left Paris the next morning - I had moved to a different hotel by then). I’m sure they’re not the only hotel to have this system, and possibly the cleaning staff hadn’t found or stored it - but it seems to me a really basic thing to ask cleaning staff to put any found items somewhere accessible so that front office staff can quickly retrieve it for guests that come back to collect forgotten belongings. All of us will be travelers with limited time, and I think it would make sense as a simple way to offer a better customer experience. Also, the head office which received my email could have simply passed on my request so that it was received in time, before the cleaning staff staff left, or let me know that I had go before a certain time. I know it was my responsibility in leaving it, but after taking time out of a short Paris trip to go back to the hotel, it was so frustrating to be told that it could not be found and to come back after the weeked.

I have booked the reservation for one night with my baby(1 year). When I came to reception Steve ( aggressive and disgruntled employee) has met us. 1.Firstly, in ultimatum form he told me that the prise will be 4 euros more as it was reserved. I was a little bit chocked but said ok. Then he told me that I should pay this 4 euros now,immediately. I asked to do it in the morning as it was midnight and I was with little baby. He told - right now. I payed. Then he noted something in his computer very long time, during this serving other guests. At last he gave me the key. 2.And I asked about the bed for the baby. He told that he is not going to bring it right now for me. It’s France and no one in France will not. I asked him - is it his rule or it’s official ? He started to shout and scold me as a student that I had to book a hotel in advance. Little remarks : it’s midnight,I’m with the baby on my hands and I have PAYED! I checked up the room and it was 2 different beds-for me and 1 year old baby.. in what way can i sleep there??! 3. Then he told me -if you don’t like my rules I am cancelling your reservation, get out to another hotel.I don’t care.. what??! I asked to call manager.He refused telling that it is he who is managering this night. I asked the coordinations of manager -he refused. Again : midnight,I’m with the baby in the in the suburbs of Paris, in front of me agressive abuser who has cancelled my ! PAYED! reservation… 4. I started to cry as because the situation was hopeless, I think it was his purpose.. then he told - ok, I will give you room with one bed. Nothing to do, I had no chance. What does it mean one bed-it’s 2 beds together. My baby felt down from this bed during the night.. 5. When I took the key and asked his name,he told me -Steve and then added that he is working fo 20 years here and doesn’t care what I’m thinking about him.. I was totally choked.I was destroyed for all night in this nightmare hotel. When I started to analyse the situation i had only one explanation -I have booked the hotel from the RUSSIAN account, however I live in Paris long time. I think it’s the only explication such disgusting behaviour with me and my baby. Conclusion :of course, I don’t recommend you this place. Especially, if you have Russian name or surname. It doesn’t cost the money and your nervous system..

C'est certain que cet établissement n'est pas dans un coin touristique mais plutôt en environnement industriel. L'accueil est correct. Les studios vraiment bien agencés, calmes et bien équipés. Des volets aux fenêtres ce qui peut être un vrai plus. Très proche du siège de mon entreprise donc très pratique.

Se fossi 20 anni più giovane, lo dissi completamente. Uber cool design hotel, un segreto nascosto in una parte in arrivo e grungi (quasi pericolosa) della città. Sfortunatamente, visitando la famiglia, questa proprietà era fuori strada dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni. Il designer del killer mi ha ucciso anche con mille tagli con la loro mancanza di funzionalità. Non importa come si prova, la stanza non era sempre abbastanza luminosa. Non è certo una buona notizia per la presbyopia medievale. Il coperchio di design è così architetturalmente perfetto nelle sue proporzioni, così tanto che la caldaia non riempirà mai un volume rispettabile a causa dell'angolo che deve essere tenuto. Le ruggine smeralde si integrarono in gran parte ai pavimenti caldi di legno, tranne che si allontanarono dall'inferno da chiunque si scontrasse in un angolo. I numerosi interruttori erano alcuni dei più originali che abbia mai messo agli occhi, ma il signor Starck ha dimenticato di fare un interruttore maestro per rimuoverli tutti in un solo momento. Ho scivolato e colpito contro le pareti decorate con mattoni di biancheria rossa atmosferica, facendo un taglio nel processo. Inoltre, hanno alcuni dei più fighi uniformi di lavoro dell'hotel che abbia mai visto, e le contrazioni di caramelle che si trovavano nel lobby offrono un po' di tempo senza senso, quando la raffreddamento è troppo insopportabile.

Da anni utilizzo la catena Mercure, ma questa volta mi sono trovato malissimo. Appena arrivato in stanza un odore tremendo proveniva dallo scarico della doccia. Troppo stanco per lamentarmi decido di acquistare un profumo per ambienti, che chiaramonte non risolve il problema. Aprendo la doccia l'odore un po' si attutisce per cui decido di passare la notte. La mattina faccio presente l'accaduto e mi dicono che puliranno meglio la doccia... Ma il problema sono gli scarichi!! L'odore mi accompagnerà per tutto il soggiorno e leggo da qualche altra recensione che il problema esisteva già. Oltretutto l'albergo è caro, così come la colazione., nelle vicinanze si trovano delle boulangerie molto buone e a prezzo contenuti. Unica nota positiva, il letto è comodo, per questo do 2 stelle...

I stayed at the Tribe for 2 nights and had a really nice stay. As other guests have commented, the hotel is kept very clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable and the feel of the hotel is fresh and modern. The bathroom shower was good, with decent shower gel provided (not just small sachets). I had a problem with my electronic door lock (I got locked out of the room) but was dealt with efficiently by the young lady on reception. The breakfast choice is not extensive but equally not an issue for me. The staff come in for a special mention, being very friendly and helpful. Location wise it worked for me due to the short walk to the offices I was visiting. Near by (3 minute walk) is the metro/train station so you can readily go down town so to speak. Nearby are also several restaurants and cafe’s. If I return for business in the area, I would certainly return. Equally I will be looking out for other Tribe hotels in different locations going forward. P.s, I stayed on the ground floor and did not hear any noise.
