Notre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement .
Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe.
Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique .

L'apartment Hotel di San Mori, situato a sud-est di Parigi, vicino al fiume Man e al fiume Sena.Il trasporto alberghiero è conveniente e può raggiungere circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metro della linea 8. La stanza dell'hotel, la dimensione del bagno sono modesti, la lavatrice è piena di acqua calda, con ascensore, vasca da bagno, microonde, vasca da bagno e altri impianti semplici e puliti; il flusso di acqua calda nel bagno è generalmente. Il piccolo tubo di scarico del cuoco sul canale può essere diviso per un lungo periodo di tempo, con un odore estremamente diverso, in modo che il canale e la stanza siano separati dalla porta, senza influire sul riposo.L'hotel ha personale di reception 24 ore, adatto per gli ospiti tardi. Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e alla stazione degli autobus.Ci sono serbatoi di acqua calda.Ma è molto triste che non ci sia aria fredda.Nessun elettrofob.Le scale sono abbastanza alte.

Chambre réceptionnée avec 1 heure de retard 16h au lieu de 15h, nous sommes restés 3 jours, la chambre est propre mais les parties communes et l'ascenseur très sale l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé une seule fois dans le couloir pendant notre rimanere.

La città cinese di Hua Tin è un hotel che vive a Parigi questa volta. In generale, è ancora molto buono. Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente complete. La chiave è che l'hotel ha un servizio cinese molto soddisfatto. Molte cose possono essere risolte immediatamente senza bisogno di riproduzione.

The room has no air conditioner, we turned on the fan to breathe for five nights.
The carpet was very dirty. Lack of shampoo, body wash, hand wash & lotion. All of them were not ready when we stayed in. Some of the items were empty.
I couldn't agree that is a 4-star hotel.
Except for those negative comments, the staff were very kind and helpful, we are a family with two little kids, and preferred to change a room with a bathtub. Staff arranged for us to change rooms on the next day.
I do appreciate their kind help.
The location of the hotel is very convenient.
Close to supermarket and Metro.
If the hotel improves the room cleanliness and the air conditioner works normally. I will come back to stay again.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten en 3 dagen in dit hotel.
Verbeterpunten:
1)1e dag dat we er waren zat er ongedierte in de kamer. Bewijs meegenomen naar de receptie. Hebben wij een andere kamer gekregen.
2)3e dag dat we er waren ging vroeg in de ochtend ineens het brandalarm af 10 minuten lang heel veel lawaai. De gasten in het hotel wisten niet wat er gaande was. Er werd vanuit de staff geen oproep gedaan zodat wij als gasten weten wat er aan de hand is.
3)Geen telefoon op de kamer. Mocht er bijvoorbeeld een noodgeval zijn kan je de receptie niet bereiken. Dan zou je op de lift moeten wachten (als dit nog mogelijk is) of met de trap naar beneden. (Dit als je goed ter been bent anders wordt het een probleem)
4)Jammer dat de kamers niet dagelijks worden schoongemaakt. Dit ook om ongedierte te voorkomen.
Pluspunten:
1)De lobby ziet er modern uit.
2)De dame bij de receptie die na 22.00 uur werkt wil ik graag mijn complimenten geven. Zij heeft ons goed geholpen.
3)Locatie was dichtbij bakkerij, supermarkt, restaurants en bushalte. Met het openbaar vervoer makkelijk overal naar toe.
4)Mooi ruim balkon
