Tre stelle come tre le stelle reali dell’hotel. Posto con grandi potenzialità, ma a conti fatti carente sotto alcuni importanti punti di vista. Ma andiamo con ordine. Stanza grande (family deluxe la nostra), nulla da dire ma decisamente bisognosa di un restyling totale. Tra le cose peggiori, la temperatura. Aria condizionata, praticamente non funzionante che ci ha costretto a chiedere alla reception un ventilatore, anche lui vecchio stampo e rumorosissimo. La stanza oltretutto, affacciava su un lato dell’hotel per la maggior parte del giorno colpita dal sole, quindi è stata un po’ un’agonia, considerando anche il fatto che abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri amati gatti e che sono stati costretti a sopportare per quasi tre giorni, quella temperatura assurda! Abbiamo notato comunque che anche altri ospiti a colazione, lamentavano lo stesso disagio. Altro elemento negativo, la pulizia. Vero che l’hotel si trova immerso nel verde, ma entrare per la prima volta in camera e vedere uno scarafaggio passeggiare sul letto, senza voler essere particolarmente schizzinosi, non genera un’impressione positiva, visto anche il costo del soggiorno. In generale, pulizia carente dell’ambiente. In camera si trovano, bollitore e set colazione. Un mini frigorifero vuoto, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, televisori grandi, cuscino e coperta di scorta nell’armadio. Davvero comodissimi i materassi. Cinque stelle alla ristorazione. Ottimi i piatti e attenzione alle intolleranze/allergie alimentari. Da evitare invece la colazione se intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio. €12 per mangiare 4 fette di pane tostato con miele o marmellata, è un po’ eccessivo come eccessivo è il costo per un’ora di accesso libero alla SPA (€17 euro a persona). Costo dei trattamenti leggermente al di sopra della media. Piacevoli in base alla massaggiatrice. Piuttosto complicata la comunicazione con lo staff dell’hotel. Solo pochi di loro, parlano bene l’inglese. Incantevoli il panorama è l’atmosfera. Peccato per l’esperienza camera. Non credo ci ritorneremo.
