Personale accogliente, le camere hanno una grande finestra che dà sul passaggio e non c'è cortina traslucide, quindi chiudete il negozio o il cortina opaco e siete senza luce esterna o siete alla vista di tutti! Per quanto riguarda le matite, sono catastrofiche e dobbiamo dormire tra le riserve... purtroppo... nella nostra stanza c'erano due letti, una sedia e un ufficio, quindi va a dormire e a lavarsi. divertente per soggiornare in camera I sanitari sono buoni come il buffet del colazione

Hotel piacevole, tranquillo, parcheggio chiuso. La camera è spaziosa, molto pulita e la lettiera confortevole. Ci sentiamo bene. Il ++ un accoglienza calda da un responsabile molto professionale e a piccoli cure. Raccomando vivamente che le tariffe siano corrette.

Solo lamentazione posto di parcheggio stretto, poco spazio per manipolazioni. Altrimenti hotel pulito, tranquillo, personale accogliente. A raccomandare senza esitare

merci à l équipe de l 'hôtel , j'ai pour habitude de venir ,et je le conseil aussi bien pour la prestation que pour le petit déjeuner , le restaurant a coté est aussi de bonne qualité , pas besoin de voiture pour aller manger il est idéalement situé

I am 5ft3, 55 kgs and felt claustrophobic in that bathroom, you could hardly move around. Awful. We, as a family, are used to staying in basic hotels when we are only having a stop over during our journeys but this one was beyond basic. As said before tiny bathroom, the mattress on our bed was terrible (collapsing on one side). We booked a family room for the 4 of us and once all the beds were made we literally could not moved around the room, no space to sit or walk around. Dreadful. It was clean though so that is one thing. The parking was gated and you could walk in 15 mins to a McDonald's, the area felt safe enough. The staff was very pleasant but the evening staff could not speak English properly. Only one towel per person no hand towel or floor mat.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare per 1 notte per la festa delle luci. Molto buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per questo evento! Buona lettera L'accesso facile e veloce al metro per il centro di Lyon. Pulizia igienica conveniente. Le aree esterne dovrebbero essere meglio mantenute ( presenza di rifiuti sulle praterie)

Amazing hotel. Comfy beds. Amazing personal who realy like to take care for you. My college and I took to France to meet up with a wine farmer but unfortunate Someone broke into our car in a underground parkinglot and broke our backseat window. We had been at the police station to complain about the incident. The hour where near midnight and we had called many hotels to see if we could stay for one night with no hope... (We used to sleep in the car but with a window broken and glass everywhere in the car, it was a no go) We found The Ruck hotel on a booking site and booked us in for a night. Next day we booked us out as we thought everything will go smooth, speak with police, speak with the Danish ambassade, speak with insurance company. Apparently carglass had other things to do so our stay went from 1 day to 3 days at the hotel, before they could check up on our car. The hotel receptionist helped us get through to carglass and make an appointment for our car. The food on the hotel is professionel made and the servants realy want to assist in any way possible, you could not even drop your spoon on the ground before they where already over giving you a new spoon. Happy personal who realy give thier all to make you happy. If we could give more than 5 stars it would be a 10 star from us.

Stiamo soggiornando in questo hotel per la festa delle luci (fete des lumieres). Considerando che in questo periodo gli Hotel sono tutti carissimi, ritengo questo un’ottima alternativa. Pulitissimo, abbastanza comodo come posizione (tram e metro vicini) con parcheggio (da prenotare), silenzioso. Consigliato
