We stayed there for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the nightly rate is quite high (400 EUR/night), it actually makes sense since it includes free access to the front line chairs at the beach (which would usually go for about ~100 EUR a half-day for two in southern France). The beach and restaurant serve tasty food. The room we were in was modern and well thought-out directly looking towards the sea. We noticed that there was a clear attention to detail by staff members. Roadside service was also great with an impeccable valet service. My only comment is that the food/drinks prices at the beach seemed a bit excessive (for example 10 euros for a small 'esquimeau' ice cream felt a bit outrageous). I would have preferred if there was a required minimum spending, rather than excessive prices (especially for this region).

Il nostro soggiorno in primavera era così bello che ci tornava il 6 ottobre. Il nostro piccolo uomo ha apprezzato tutti L’ubicazione è magica e per le persone che dicono che l’hotel è invecchiante. Vi propongo di vivere l’istante presente con questa splendida vista sul mare. Questo vi farà dimenticare i piccoli disagio. Marie Jo

Fantastic hotel, Staff are polite and family orientated, it's our second time staying at the hotel. Rooms are clean and fresh, everything changed daily, a good team of cleaners. Breakfast has a large variety of foods to choose from as well as drinks . Very quiet hotel, no noisy guest. 5 min walk from the beautiful beach and 3 min from the center. Near to a big pharmacy, bakery, and other sundry shops. Bus route directly to Montpellier a short walk away, return was only €3.50 can't beat that. I would throughly recommend this hotel, we will be going again in 2024. Much thanks to Nicolas and his wife.

Abbiamo prenotato online da Inghilterra molto facilmente e sono stati controllati senza problemi. La signora alla reception ha parlato molto bene inglese, altri funzionari hanno fatto il loro meglio a capire il nostro limite francese. Una grande posizione sulla marina e una breve passeggiata verso una bella spiaggia. Area molto familiare. Abbiamo colazione all'hotel, ma ci sono molti posti da scegliere. Abbiamo apprezzato il tranquillo aria condizionata nella stanza che era compatto con il letto extra. La stanza era stata ben ristrutturata in un design moderno.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel du 8 au 12 août, pour un prix non justifié et inadmissible. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans une chambre, hormis la propreté qui laisse à désirer et un lit casser. Nous avons passé une nuit de la 9 août horrible. À côté de notre chambre des personnes ne faisaient que des allers-retours toute la nuit à claquer les portes, hurler de donner des coups de poings dans les murs. À 2h du matin nous sommes descendu à la réception pour se plaindre, la personne à la réception est monté avec nous et a pu constater que dans la chambre il y avait 5 personnes et des coups de poings dans les portes de mis. Après notre demande de faire moins de bruit ça n’a rien changé. Nous avons donc demandé une autre chambre le lendemain matin, la réception nous en a donné une autre, quelle chambre ! Nous ne pouvions pas allumer la clim sans que ça sente le rat crever, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer puisque ces dernières sont condamnés ! De plus nous avons eu la surprise de rentrer un soir à 18h et de trouver notre chambre sans serviette. Je suis allé demander à la réception et on me répond qu’il n’y a plus de serviette, Je demande comment nous faisons on me répond gentiment que nous avons juste un tapis à disposition. Un tapis ? Un tapis pour nous essuyer à la sortir de notre douche. J’ai pris ça pour une blague au début, une blague de mauvais goût mais non c’était bien la réalité on m’explique que l’hôtel avait eu un problème avec le prestataire de nettoyage . Est-ce vraiment notre problème je ne pense pas. S'il n’y avait plus de serviette pourquoi les femmes de ménage les ont récupéré le matin, et surtout ne pas nous répondre « il y a que les tapis » je pense que c’est vraiment limite et irrespectueux pour vos clients. À 90€ la nuit, c’est plus qu'inadmissible, nous nous attendons un minimum de service de confort et de sécurité dans l’hôtel. Ce qui n’est pas le cas ! Nous avons fait une réclamation au directeur sans retour ni même une excuse. Vraiment lamentable je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.
