Booked this hotel as a stopover after the Eurotunnel and it didn't disappoint. We'd booked a studio family room and were pleasantly suprised at how well the room was laid out. We took food with us which we were able to cook as the kitchen was so well equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn't access the underground parking with our van but we managed to park it outside with no problem. It's in a business district so it all felt really safe. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect stopover.
Abbiamo soggiornato al Tulip Inn Palaiseau per via di una cancellazione di volo da parte di easyJet, hotel scelto e pagato dalla compagnia aerea per il disagio. Zona tranquilla e bella, molti posti in cui poter mangiare, panifici e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Wifi ottimo. Stanza spaziosa con cucina inclusa. Molto pulito e letti super comodi! La colazione ottima e anche tipica, c'era il Camembert, mini crepes, Madeleine ripiene di marmellata e Nutella, pain au chocolate, croissant, e baguette (cibi tipici) e altra scelta di cibo dolce e salato non tipico francese. Si trova anche a pochi passi dal RER. Personale molto amichevole e gentile. Ve lo consigliamo 💪🏻
I am writing this review to share the serious issues and significant financial loss I have experienced with ECLA Massy-Palaiseau, facilitated through Science Accueil. Here is a summary of the situation: 1. I initially submitted a form through Science Accueil, clearly stating my request for a studio rental for 2 months starting September 1st, 2024. 2. I was initially offered a rental with a monthly rent of €890, an admin fee of €300, and a deposit of €950, totaling €2140, which I was asked to pay upfront. 3. I made the payment and sent the receipt. 4. I then received the contract along with instructions on what I needed to do next. 5. I noticed an error in the contract dates, informed them, and requested a correction. I did not sign the contract. 6. Subsequently, I was informed that there was a mistake in the initial offer and received a new proposal with significantly higher rent: €1638 per month, a deposit of €250, and the following payment structure: For September 2024: €1638, October: €1638, November: €1638 They also stated that my initial payment of €2140 would be credited towards this new proposal, and I would need to pay an additional €3024 to reserve the apartment. There are several issues with this new proposal: a. They said ”the old contract that you signed is void.” - But guess what? I have never ever signed any contract. b. They themselves acknowledge that the previous offer is void. c. They accepted my initial payment of €2140, yet the new offer has no valid legal basis, making the initial payment unjustified. d. They mentioned they would request a refund from Garantme, but Garantme is unaware of any refund. I have emailed Garantme and included ECLA, who are asking for confirmation of the cancellation. I have experienced significant inconvenience and financial loss due to this situation and have not received any response or resolution. Therefore, I am lodging a serious complaint against this institution and seeking immediate assistance and resolution.

Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in questo hotel circa 20 volte l'anno scorso, principalmente per un soggiorno di lavoro di una notte. Non ho mai avuto lamentele. Camere sono comode, pulite e ben attrezzate. La cucina è un bel bonus aggiuntivo. La posizione della struttura è un po' strano - non molto vicino a nulla, ma ci sono alcuni autobus che si fermano davanti all'hotel. La stazione RER più vicina è a circa 15 minuti a piedi. Purtroppo per me, l'hotel ha recentemente aumentato in modo significativo i prezzi per le notti che di solito sono rimasto a Palaiseau e altri hotel nella zona non lo hanno fatto, così resterà altrove andando avanti. Credo che essere in grado di aumentare i prezzi sia una delle perdite per gli hotel ben gestiti, che desidero congratularmi con tutti e volevo lasciare questa valutazione positiva come apprezzamento per tutti i piacevoli soggiorni dell'anno scorso.
Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.
Abbiamo optato per Massy come prima tappa del viaggio in Normandia e ne abbiamo approfittato per vedere Versailles Hotel business senza parcheggio, si parcheggia nella piazzetta a 500 mt con le valigie e senza potersi fermare davanti all hotel è stato alquanto scomodo inoltre l ascensore del parcheggio era rotto quindi 2 piani di scale con le valigie 😡 Stanza vista ferrovia , pulita e grande. Staff poco collaborativo , nessun consiglio o indicazioni per la città, Versailles o ristoranti in zona. Ci hanno detto di cercare su internet
Tutte le esperienze sono molto buone e hanno avuto un lungo senso di memoria della gioventù.Esci dalla stazione ferroviaria, e'molto conveniente sedersi direttamente da Parigi, e il negozio di gioielli alla porta porta porta con i bagagli e porta con i cibi migliori.
Abbiamo prenotato una notte in questo hotel nelle periferie di Parigi. E che piacevole sorpresa ...!! La stanza era spaziosa con una piccola cucina e un bagno molto ampio e doccia. Puli, corretto con finestre che possono essere aperte nelle calde notti di estate parigiano. La zona di Massy è molto ampia con una varietà di ristoranti e negozi e è collegata a Parigi con treni, la stazione RER B è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Il nostro hotel è stato ricevuto al check-in e check-out dal Dillon eccezionalmente bello e utile alla reception. È per lo più un terzo del prezzo di una piccola camera doppia in Central Paris che abbiamo soggiornato la notte precedente. Molto raccomandato e sicuramente un ritorno alla nostra prossima visita a Parigi
Disgusting and unsafe We arrived be greeted by a receptionist who was attempting to carry out the job of 3. It took us over 30 minutes to check in as he had to keep answering the phone. Once we were checked in and given our keys we went to the 2nd floor where all 3 rooms were situated. The first room we entered the electronic key lock was faulty and took over 15 attempts to gain access. Once in the room we were greeted by the smell of body odour and damp. It was dirty and completely unacceptable. To list a few issues; safe did not work, appliances were wonky and did not appear secure, the board on the side was loose and upside down, wardrobe was falling apart alongside the smell and the faulty door. My father agreed to swap with me as his room was slightly better however the door to his room did not seal correctly when closed . I felt like I was staying in a hostel rather than a 4 star apart hotel. To make matters worse as we gained access to our final room we noticed that it was occupied. This is a complete security issue and was the final straw. I have never felt so unsafe in a property. The rooms are dirty and not hit for a human We checked out and went to stay in the Mecure around the corner. The receptionist did not seem shocked or concerned we were leaving so this must be a regular occurrence. I have been attempting to speak to management for the past 2 weeks and they are now ignoring my emails. Apart from one a week ago to offer me a room upgrade?! Really does show the incompetence that they believe that we are still staying in the hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
a good place to stay if you are on a business trip in Massy: good location (close to the train stations), quiet and convenient rooms (perhaps more conveniently located power outlets would be nice), good WLAN, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff - basically all you need
