Hotel simpatico in rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facile accesso. Personale piacevole e ascoltato. Bella camera pulita con letto matrimoniale. Pequeno bemol: un po' di rumore delle auto e dei vicini di stanza bui che hanno fatto molto rumore parlare forte nel corridoio e cercare di aprire le porte, tagliandole più volte.

I needed a place to rest on a long drive and this place seemed ideal as it was only just off the A4 from Paris to Strasbourg The parking is a gated affair, you need a code to get (your car) in, so you need to check in first to get parked. If you checkin online in the days before your stay you'll avoid any messing late at night. The room was fine for me and in top condition. The bathroom a tad outdated but all working and seemed nice and clean. Wifi was good enough to watch some online streaming TV. The TV itsself was all French channels aside from Euronews in English and one of the movie channels had movies in English. The breakfast was OK but as youd expect for the price relatively simple, so breads+butter+jams, some yoghurts, a bit of cheese, some sweet pastries etc. along with scrambled egg. The coffee was reasonable, I found the best option to go for the americano and add fresh milk. So, the breakfast isnt a feast but theres plenty there to get you started for the day. All in all, its probably worth 5 for value for money especially booking as a flex deal , the room/ bathroom between 4 and 5 (considering the price) but I cant stretch to give it the full 5 overall as the late night checkin with parking the car at the gate and then running to a machine is not what you want after a drive. I tried to checkin online on the evening of arival but this was no longer possible. ALSO!!! - be aware that the late night checkin machine ONLY takes physical cards with pin number - theres no facility for paying by cash or contactless. On my last journey at a nearby hotel (the last one in France just before the border at Saarbrücken) we even had to pay for strangers at midnight whose cards were not working and they gave us the money in cash.

Nous avons passé une nuit de dernière minute. Nous avons été très surpris par l'accueil du soir, un homme gentil et très sympathique. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Un petit déjeuner hyper complet et pas cher avec du choix et de la qualité. Un sens de l'accueil et de l'hospitalité. Merci au monsieur de la nuit et on personnel du matin aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel dans la région. Très calme et très relaxant avec la baignoire! Joyeuses fêtes à vous !

Stayed here on the way back to the UK. It's a large and very pleasant modern hotel that's very clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke several languages. The rooms are large with very effective air conditioning and the bathroom has a walk in shower room with a very powerful shower. The beds were large - probably queen size at least and very comfortable. Windows triple glazed. Plenty of power points. This hotel was way above my expectations and I will certainly choose to stay here again if I'm in the area. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, had good parking and a small but pleasant outdoor pool. However, service was not good. Maybe they did not have enough people on duty, but the bar was often unstaffed, even at busy times, the solo bar person seemed to have other jobs as well. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, and when we went to reception to get some teabags we were rudely informed that ”it's not self-service, go to the bar if you want tea or coffee” (6 euros a cup!). A request to the duty manager revealed that it is Novotel policy not to provide tea and coffee in the rooms. Just a kettle. At dinner, a request for a wine list resulted in a wordless point to a QR code glued to the table. This did not work, and a request for information from the bar tender (when they finally appeared) was greeted by a shrug. We did not buy any wine. There was a pleasant patio near the pool, perfect for a pre-dinner beer on a sunny evening. However there was no table service, and the door leading to the bar was locked, so to get a drink you had to walk around three sides of the building, through reception and hope there was someone staffing the bar when you got inside. The atmosphere of the hotel was cold and unwelcoming. I will never go there again and will think carefully about staying at any Novotel in the future.

Residence molto pulita, confortevole. Appartamento ben attrezzato, adatto a una famiglia con bambino. Avevamo chiesto una sedia alta e un letto bambino che era stato installato al nostro arrivo. Appartamenti tranquilli. Solo un piccolo bemol, dovresti togliere le mele da doccia.

- In primo luogo, la tariffa non corrisponde alle tariffe registrate sul sito ufficiale, 125.35€/persona o 250.70€ ( esclusa la tassa di soggiorno) per un coppia e ci fa pagare la somma di 270€ per coppia o quasi 40 € di più per 4 Persone! Può darmi una spiegazione su questa differenza, la receptionista dell’hotel ci indica che il sito web non è aggiornato! - In secondo luogo, siamo sorpresi dalla camera in sé, in effetti questa è limite pulito, una luce su due funziona, dalla mossa sul tetto della camera da bagno, delle taglie d’oreillers più che limite con compiti, una caldaia insopportabile e soprattutto un’impossibilità di dormire a causa delle nocività sonore della discoteca o bar musicale situati vicino alle camere. (Foto disponibili su richiesta) - In terza parte, l’alimentazione. Che sia sul sito ufficiale e riportato sul vostro email di conferma della prenotazione dal 22 novembre alle 14:21, vi ricordate un pranzo scoperto e abbiamo avuto modo di cenare un povero buffet di qualità inferiore ( Flunch, è il lusso a coté !) , senza sapere cosa c’era nei diversi recipienti ( pesci e carne secca, poi arriva al posto delle patte di polli e della cioccolata e questo senza alcuna indicazione.... ) Publicità mentira del vostro mail e del sito ( vedi Pj) - Per quanto riguarda il colazione, l’insieme dei burri semi-sale erano periti (sostituiti dopo la mia osservazione presso la ricevitore) e il frigo contenente la charcuteria a una temperatura di conservazione a 14°, ciò che non credo sia ottimale per questo tipo di prodotti.
