Eccellente
DDrLOPSThe location was very convenient for train travelling. I arrived next door at Lille Europe and continued the next day to Lille Flandres station. Walked to both.
The hotel is also working a very nice walk to city centre. Very safe and lively walk. The Westfield shopping mall is nearby so shopping is made easy.
Large mini suite. My son travelled with me so we had the small bed made out, but still had plenty of room.
Only thing are that the bathroom and toilet room seem prefabricated and are kind of wonky (though very functional. My son felt they felt as if we were in a train bathroom.
All and all, very nice.
*we did not eat at the cafeteria (it is not a restaurant, really).

This was only a one night stay as we were heading back via the Eurostar. As it happens, we couldn’t have picked a better place as we had a great time there and felt we are well prepared for our onward journey. It is a 10 minute easy walk from the train station and our welcome at Reception was warm and friendly. In fact, the gentleman from Seville was a star throughout our whole stay and helped us a lot. The room was far more comfortable than we expected and had everything you need for a great night. The air conditioning was excellent which was important in the heat and we had a terrific night sleep. There are a few rooms with balconies but we didn’t manage to get one. As it was only for one night that didn’t matter but it may be worthwhile requesting if you get chance. The Wi-Fi was free for unlimited devices and really high quality. We would, without doubt, stay in this hotel again should we be back in town.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

UUtente ospiteOnce we located it (I would recommend NOT USING GOOGLE MAPS) it is very well located using Opera House and Apple Store as landmarks and it is close to Lille Europe. Whilst the rooms are small and the lift even smaller it is not any different in size to any other city centre hotel I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is perfectly adequate with freshly squeezed orange juice (you do have to request this it is not left out in the buffet area). Certainly had no complaints and would stay here again. My only small complaint is an a typical English tea drinker that the basic Thè was not available but this is a small ****** on what is otherwise a good value for money stay.

UUtente ospiteÈ stato un piacevole soggiorno, ma non esattamente fino alle norme di un hotel 4 stelle o di altri hotel Mercure che ho soggiornato. La posizione è eccellente per andare in giro e la camera era bella e spaziosa (in particolare il bagno era molto grande!). Tuttavia, l'interno dell'hotel si sentiva un po' in cammino, soprattutto nei corridoi, e ha bisogno di un po' di attenzione e di attenzione. La TV non aveva anche canali disponibili ... Le grandi priorità per me con un soggiorno in hotel sono la qualità del doccia e i livelli di rumore, entrambi non erano grandi. La doccia era un po’ di trucco, non molto grande, e c’era un rumore giusto da parte di altri ospiti che parlavano e sbattuvano le porte che mi trascorsero nella camera e mi disturbarono il sonno. Non ho ricevuto alcuna prestazione di membro che ho avuto in altri hotel Mercure.Il personale era amichevole e la pulizia delle camere era grande, quindi un soggiorno complessivo piacevole, ma sentivo molto più di 3 stelle di 4. Ci sono state anche alcune iniziative verdi che non hanno senso; nessuna bottiglia d'acqua per risparmiare su plastica monouso e invece (molto piccole) tazze di carta; sicuramente tazze che finiranno soggy dopo pochi usi sono anche sprecati e contribuiscono alla deforestazione? Quando sono rimasto a un Mercure a Berlino, hanno offerto un complimento ancora e spugnare acqua in bottiglie di vetro che potreste poi portare al bar e riempire che si sente molto più sostenibile.

An array of delights await at this hotel should you be lucky enough to have booked here. This hotel is cheap but after staying I’m surprised you aren’t paid to stay here. To say the hotel is rundown is a complete understatement. We were lucky enough to have such optional extras as a random broken piece of furniture complete with piece of wood sticking out. There were a number of questionable stains on walls, carpets and bedding which certainly filled the time trying to guess what sort of breach of human rights created them. The smell was certainly interesting, I would guess cigarette smoke from a bygone age but really who knows. The caravan style shower and bathroom was a delight, particularly when the water pressure was so poor you had to manually flush a turd away.

AamywC9014QXWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next year. The apartment was clean, had plenty hot water and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. Staff are friendly and it is a bonus having the supermarket below. Negatives are the lack of air conditioning and the noise from the station...however, the views made up for it.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel quando era un Novotel, è ora gestito da B&B (Penso che questo sia il giusto - è B&B 4, ci sono tre hotel tutti sullo stesso parco auto). Viaggiavamo come famiglia di quattro a Disneyland Parigi e questa posizione era molto conveniente, proprio vicino a City Europe al terminal Eurotunnel. Abbiamo una suite di gestione con un letto matrimoniale e due letti in alto, un bagno separato e un bagno (molto conveniente con quattro di noi!), una caldaia, una macchina per il caffè, un frigorifero e una microonde. La stanza era pulita e ben attrezzata, e ci erano anche vestiti e scarpe sui letti. Il pranzo era incluso e molto bello - quando arrivammo il ricevitore chiamava un'altra donna dalla cucina che ci ha spruzzato il succo d'arancia fresco - ci erano anche bevande calde e fredde, croissant fresco e altre pasticce, pane, carne e formaggio, Noci di merda, molte scelte. L'intero hotel era così pulito e tutto il personale piacevole e utile. Ci erano molte auto di polizia in una parte del parco auto ma non vide alcuna attività reale. In generale una bella fermata e sarebbe felice di rimanere qui di nuovo.

TTatianaLa posizione è abbastanza buona ma mi hanno fatto aspettare più di mezz'ora per entrare nella mia stanza ed ero l'unico in fila.
Le strutture odorano troppo di sigarette, ho soggiornato solo una notte ma ho dovuto comprare un deodorante per ambienti. Tutto era pulito e la colazione era a buffet, per me la colazione era buona.
ma devono risolvere l'odore di sigaretta nell'edificio poiché per le persone che non fumano può diventare piuttosto fastidioso.

UUtente ospite Buon punto: Personale amichevole, sia al check-in alle 3 e al check-out alle 12 p.m. Parcheggio sicuro in scatola davanti alle camere. Bagno in suite. Letto pulito.
I punti cattivi erano: °Flashing la luce del letto che non si spegnerebbe tutta la notte.
°La porta alla stanza dall'esterno non si chiuderebbe correttamente a meno che non si abbassasse molto duro (possibile risvegliare metà dell'hotel).
°Cleaner che si sbatte sulla porta circa 8:00 dopo aver dormito solo per circa 3 ore. (no Non disturbare segnale)
In generale, non è un cattivo posto per riposare per qualche ora prima di fare un lungo viaggio, ma non aspettare il lusso, allora non sarai deluso. (Porta un maschero oculare e un'orecchina se puoi)
