Siamo stati in questo albergo per due notti nell'Ottobre 2023 per visitare la magnifica cittá di Strasburgo. L'Hotel sorge fuori cittá in una zona industriale piuttosto tranquilla, dispone di camere non molto grandi ma sicuramente accoglienti e dotate di tutti i comfort. Se siete giá stati in questa catena di Alberghi sapete giá come sono le loro stanze, molto basic ma funzionali. Se arrivate qui con la vostra auto vi fará piacere sapere che la struttura dispone di un ampio parcheggio privato e gratuito, quindi sotto questo aspetto è davvero ottimo. Molto gentili e disponibili i ragazzi alla reception. A circa 1 km dall'hotel, andando verso il centro città troverete ristoranti e boulangerie per fare colazione in economia, nel caso non vogliate approfittare di quella dell'albergo. Non posso dare oltre le 4 stelle solo x un motivo, l'albergo è veramente lontano dal centro di Strasburgo. Certo c'è un autobus a circa 300 metri dall'hotel (linea L6) ma ci mette parecchio a raggiungere il centro e quindi no, non è comodissimo. In ogni caso albergo più che soddisfacente, confortevole, silenzioso, di sicuro un'ottima esperienza.

Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera familiare è funzionale con una buona ottimizzazione dello spazio. La lettera rimane molto confortevole come in tutti gli hotel dell'insegnante. Un piccolo bemol per il comfort dei cuscinetti che non presentano il volume normale dei cuscinetti della catena e la pulizia dei locali (presenza di capelli in uno dei letti, doccia e robinetteria mal o non pulito). Ma questi dettagli sono compensati dalla simpatia dell'ospite.

Jennifer ha preso la nostra prenotazione per telefono, si è dimostrata molto amabile e professionale.Abbiamo ricevuto un ottimo accoglienza da Samir con i consigli per visitare la città! Questo piccolo hotel familiare è adatto alle famiglie . Torneremo!

B&B Hotels have been our go to hotel since arriving in Europe. The price and proximity to our attractions / destinations have been perfect … UNTIL this stay at the Nord Artisans location. First, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was obviously from the front desk worker. Granted, he was nice. Upon arriving to our room, the sheets, floor, and bathroom seemed clean (which is why I rated them 2/5 and not a 1/5). The window was full of spider webs, one spider, and bugs. That tells me the window area had not been cleaned. I killed the bugs and we left for dinner, and upon returning, there was another bug crawling above the bed. It was one night, so I ****** it up, but I may be back to strictly Marriotts after this stay. B&B has one more opportunity with the hopes this was a one off.

This hotel is an absolute gem. We stopped here overnight on our way through France to Munich I hesitate to give it a good review as I don't want everyone to know about it! We arrived on a Sunday evening when the reception was not staffed but this was not a problem at all. We were provided with access codes to enter the building and the room and we were soon ensconced in our very comfortable and modern room overlooking the very attractive village. Unfortunately, as it was a Sunday, the best local restaurant was not open but there are a couple of other options in the village. There is an honesty bar at the hotel reception with a selection of beers, wines, soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options and set in a delightful sunny room. The owner and staff were all so pleasant and friendly. This is an independently run hotel and has a truly personal touch. It is very clean, well decorated and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value too. It does not have a lift so this might be an issue for some travellers. The hotel has a couple of parking spaces right outside which we used but there also appeared to be plenty of parking on the street or in the small village car park just adjacent.

Hotel nello standard, posizione comoda, camere abbastanza confortevoli. il mio giudizio pessimo è per la ristorazione. Colazione scarsa, praticamente alle 8.30 non c'era quasi nulla sul buffet, voglio ”denunciare” la scarsissima cura per il cliente. Soffro di una grave allergia al lattosio e sono intollerante alla cipolla e al peperoncino. Questa informazione è stata anticipata via mail, ribadita dalla nostra guida all'arrivo e al momento del pasto al maitre con un foglietto scritto in FRANCESE. Cosa mi servono? Insalata con cipolla per antipasto, orecchiette con ”sugo” all'arrabbiata per primo e brownie con panna e crema per dolce. Non ho mangiato i primi e ho rimandato indietro il dolce dicendo NO LACTOSE PLEASE! Ok me ne hanno riportato un altro che sembrava diverso, ne ho mangiato due cucchiai, insospettita ho chiesto se conteneva burro! Risposta: Oui Madame! Crisi isterica, notte al bagno e terrore di finire in ospedale!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per una sosta di viaggio. La camera era bella, molto confortevole, pulitissima e completa di tutto. Il letto ed i cuscini comodissimi. Il bagno molto moderno, pulito, con tanti confort: capsule aromatiche per l'acqua della doccia (!!), scalda salviette, servizio wc separato. Colazione in sala panoramica con vista stupenda. Cibi molto vari e buonissimi, le uova strapazzate una squisitezza! Tutto il personale cordiale ed efficiente. Un'esperienza molto piacevole!

Al mio arrivo non ho trovato il kit per la spa che avevo richiesto nel form che ho compilato prima del mio arrivo e anche quando l'ho fatto notare mi è stato detto che me lo avrebbero portato il giorno seguente ma non è mai arrivato. Nel bagno ho trovato solo due asciugamani per le mani e basta ma non il telo per la doccia che ho dovuto richiedere.
