Wonderful welcome and perfect hotel for the purpose of my visit. Rooms clean, breakfast was amazing and staff no matter who you spoke to were very professional and welcoming. Would not hesitate to come back.

Questo hotel era molto bello, e molto conveniente, l'unica questione che potrei sottolineare è che a volte grandi gruppi di turisti arrivano e il lobby diventa abbastanza ricco haha, è abbastanza sicuro anche perché gli ascensori possono essere utilizzati solo con la chiave della vostra stanza, La posizione non è davvero il sogno di Parigi, ma è vicino a muoversi intorno alla città

Il personale era molto bello e dava un piccolo regalo ai bambini quando arrivammo. Abbiamo avuto acqua potabile calda e fredda a disposizione tutto il tempo alla reception, ma abbiamo preso la nostra caldaia per la nostra stanza. Ci fu dato una stanza tranquilla al retro dell’hotel, pulita e abbastanza spazio per 4 di noi. I letti erano comodi e non c’era nulla di rumore, tranne una poca porta che stava per sbattere e l’ambulanza strana. C’era spazio per appendere vestiti, ma senza guardaroba. Il doccia era caldo e ci erano abbastanza asciugamani. L'unico bin era un piccolo in bagno. Non abbiamo bisogno di con l'aria così non posso commentare. La colazione era buona - anche i miei piccoli cibi mangiavano qualcosa. Ci sono stati abbastanza tavoli per colazione, tranne l'ultimo giorno, quando era molto occupato il fine settimana. 5 minuti a piedi alla stazione della metropolitana e 30 minuti a piedi al centro di Parigi. Sicuramente rimarrebbe ancora! Grazie per una bella vacanza!

Molto bene. Vicino alla Metro che permette di arrivare al centro in 20 minuti. Hotel nuovo e confortevole. Stanza grande, eravamo in 4. Bel bagno nuovo e ottima doccia. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Contro solo due elementi: la moquette a terra e soprattutto la zona. Cenare vicino all'hotel è abbastanza complicato perché non offre molto. Complessivamente però è una buonissima soluzione per visitare Parigi.

The background for the stay: We had to stay in Paris for the night between 28/05/2022 and 29/05/2022, otherwise the next leg of our journey would not have been possible. We were shocked to see how difficult it was to find a hotel in Paris and how expensive they were. (Only later we found out that the reason was the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, which took place in Paris on 28/05/2022.) Therefore we ended up in an area much further from Central Paris than we would have liked. Having read some of the negative reviews, the hotel was a positive surprise. The people at the reception were friendly and professional. The young gentleman checked us in smoothly and efficiently, and the other young gentleman with whom we checked out the following morning was equally pleasant, he helped me with my luggage to get down the stairs from the lift to the reception. That is the kind of service you often do not get in more high end hotels. The room was small and basic (no kettle, no mini fridge) but it was spotlessly clean. It also had double-glazing which kept any noise from the street away efficiently. It had wooden floors which I found pleasant and hygienic. The big positive surprise was that the bathroom had bath. It was not a full size one but still very nice. There were 2 soaps and 2 shampoos in the bathroom. The towels were fluffy. There was even a balcony - big enough to stick your toes out! The negatives were: The walls were paper thin, you could everything from close by rooms. Luckily we did not have any neighbours partying all night - they came in, did their evening preparations and went to sleep - so we had a good night's sleep. There are lots of steps: The lift is situated between the floors, so you have 9 steps to your room. You also have 7 steps to get to the reception from the street , 11 steps from the reception to the lift. But the steps were not steep or spiral, which helped. There are useful services close by: A Carrefour was 1 minute away, a boulangerie 2 minutes away, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant Il Segreto 5 minutes away, which had very good food. A modest but much better hotel than we expected.

My son and I once again returned to Paris and stayed at the Adagio, our home away from home. Their weekly “Aperitif Welcome” was even better than the last one! This time it was a “Tea Time Aperitif” with the “tea” mixed with rum or vodka for delicious cocktails. Karima, the hotel’s head receptionist, planned a tea time fit for a queen, from the elegant presentation, using antique teapots filled with flowers, down to the savory treats. The tasty mini sandwiches and cakes were even homemade by Karima and Melanie, another hotel receptionist! Along with Nicolas, another receptionist whose shift wasn’t for a few hours later, the staff warmly welcomed and mingled with the guests.

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

albergo...anche se direi più ostello ben collegato con tutti i mezzi per poi raggiungere parigi visto che a pochi 200 metri dall' albergo c'è la fermata del tram e da li è facile raggiungere metro e treno cittadino (sono 2 cose diverse anche se simili) consiglio di leggere bene le condizioni del contratto, xkè il bagno salvo alcune camere più costose non è in camera ma in comune ed anche se tenuto molto pulito è piuttosto scomodo anche da utlizzare le camere sono pulite ma troppo scarne comodini e armadi potrebbero metterceli, praticamente ti ritrovi tutte le magliette e pantaloni in giro per stanza l'aria condizionata è inesistente cioè è accesa ma veramente non si sente a nulla poi se affacci sul lato ”sbagliato” apri la finestra e ti ritrovi un cimitero e l'autostrada di fianco quindi di notte devi chiudere per forza la finestra causa rumore delle auto ci tengo a dire che il personale è stato molto carino, avevo pagato la tassa di soggiorno in contanti nonostante l'avvessi già pagata su booking al momento di prenotare , quando ho segnalato l'errore si sono resi disponibili a pagare la colazione alla mia amica con i 10 euro di tassa anzikè farmi pagare la colazione e poi segnalare l'errore a booking. colazione molto semplice o latte e cereali o pancarrè con burro e marmellata, avrei preferito avere delle opzioni salate quindi consiglio l'albergo ai giovani con più spirito di adattamento e che cercano una soluzione economica ma cmq pulita
