Hotel was OK . Beds comfy Shower is OK hot not lots of pressure Rooms cleaned daily .fresh towels I had a ground floor room with a back door great for kids to go outside Tv had netfix ect installed for own use. Guys that worked or owned were lovely helped with taxes ect Only downside doors in corridor banged and squeaked when open .so kept awake with other guests going in and out Lastly said I hadn't paid when I was checking out .couldn't find the payment ,was payed in full in January. After showing him.my booking and statements he said aww ok iv found it !!!! No way was I paying again...also €9 for tax for 2 adults for 3nights Taxi to disney €55 coming back €65 There's no transport you need to get a bus /taxi to train station. Then that to disney takes about an hour and a half not counting waiting times

Andateci solo se, come nel nostro caso, tutti gli altri hotel sono pieni. Viaggio di lavoro. Siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte io e il mio socio causa volo in ritardo e abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso, senza un campanello dove poter suonare e farci aprire. Per fortuna una persona stava uscendo e siamo riusciti ad entrare. Alla reception una persona che era meno reattiva di una pianta e non parlava inglese che insisteva, nonostante gli avessimo mostrato la conferma della prenotazione, che non avessimo una prenotazione. Alla fine ha fatto pure il fenomeno dicendoci che aveva risolto lui la situazione e che eravamo stati fortunati, perché avevamo preso le ultime due stanze rimaste (ma infatti erano le nostre già prenotate!!!) Voglio dare due stelle totali, solo perché le brioche a colazione non erano male e le signorine al mattino alla reception sono state gentili, e guarda caso avevano la nostra prenotazione. La persona che è alla reception alla sera invece non ha le competenze ne l'atteggiamento giusto per un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico. Le stanze molto minimal, non è un hotel, ma più un motel stile americano.

J’ai voulu réserver une chambre via smartbox ayant reçu un coffret, pas de disponibilité via le site Smartbox mais il y en a sur leur site. On s’est permis de les contacter. Numéro qui ne sonne pas, on s’est donc permis de contacter le numéro dédié quand le fixe ne fonctionne pas et au plus grand étonnement nous avons été très mal reçu par téléphone. La personne se permet de nous dire qu’elle est mal payé par le site smartbox donc elle met que des disponibilités le week end, ce qui après vérification est faux. Franchement elle se dit commerçante mais clairement vaut mieux fuir pour un tel service ! Clairement on devrait la plaindre car elle fait « 70heures semaines » et que c’est notre faute si nous choisissons des dates en semaine alors que nous travaillons le week-end. Pour le côté politesse on repassera aussi car nous traiter de la sorte car nous avons reçu un cadeau smartobox merci ! Si ça ne vous convient pas arrêtez de travailler avec eux ça serai mieux pour tout le monde !

We used this hotel while visiting Disney. The hotel was around 20-30 mins away from Disney when driving. I booked this as it was the closest hotel available with Electric Vehicle charging. Only thing to note with this hotel is that is disown not have 24 hour staff on site. In the first day we arrived, we checked in using an automated machine. When we arrived the EV charger was not working, but I had no way to speak to anybody at the hotel as nobody was there, luckily all the other days it was working again. We got to the rooms which were basic but as expected and sufficient for our needs, we did however need some extra pillows as the one per bed they provide are absolutely shocking quality, we couldn’t get this resolved as again there is nobody there to help. On the second night we got back late from Disney to find a queue of people waiting to get into the car park as the gate had stopped working, again nobody on site to help. Luckily after 15-20 mins the gate reset itself and managed to open. The hotel, if operative without staff on site needs an emergency contact number for situations like this. Breakfast was a very limited continental selection, next time I would probably just buy snacks from the supermarket instead of eating at the hotel.

The only two good things about this hotel are the friendly staff and the convenient location. The hotel is only 10 minutes drive from Disneyland which is great. There is a McDonald’s, shops, supermarkets and restaurants all less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this hotel several times before as it is so close to Disney. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay in it again. We noticed this time how run down the hotel has gone. The rooms were very cold and everything is worn or damaged. There were other guests playing very loud music both nights and no one to contact about it so we didn’t sleep well. It seemed that there were people living in the hotel. It is such a shame that the hotel has been allowed to be run down so much. We were actually dreading going back to the room on both nights and almost booked into another hotel. Definitely not ideal for families.

A dire il vero, visto il rating che avevamo visto, siamo stati un po' delusi, la stanza era pulita, se molto di base, e il ricevitore era abbastanza piacevole, ma la posizione era piuttosto rumorosa, le pareti erano sottili e i vicini erano piombo. Il bagno era libero e non c'era nessuna piastra nella piscina. E questo non è un hotel, è un motel. Il prezzo era ok, ma per qualche euro di più, sono sicuro ci saranno scelte migliori. Inoltre, c'era un ampio parcheggio gratuito, il wi-fi era buono e ci erano molti cibi a piedi.

Hotel ubicato a 10 Min da Disneyland Paris. Struttura attrezzata ,pulita e con molti servizi.all.interno troverete.un negozio Disney, una sala giochi,una sala con distributori automatici forniti un po' di tutto,un bar ristorante. Le camere sono comode e vengono ben pulite ogni giorno.
