I adore the Hotel Alain Llorca! This is my second visit to this gorgeous hotel, and I hope to become a regular visitor. I was again greeted by Benoit, who had welcomed me my first visit to the hotel. He was again absolutely amazing-his customer service is truly outstanding. I can recognize excellent customer service, as I am in customer service with the airlines, and his attention to the customer is truly genuine. This was my husband’s first visit to the hotel, and he was so overwhelmed with the beauty of the hotel, and its landscape. It is absolutely a gorgeous property. The rooms are beautiful, and the huge tub is such a bonus! It is a great way to relax after traveling from the states. We sat on the terrace and had drinks with a beautiful view of St Paul de Vence. There is an amazing Michelin star restaurant, which I ate at the last visit. We can’t wait to return to eat at this amazing restaurant again. I truly am filled with gratitude to have found this gem of a hotel, with an amazing staff who make you feel so welcome and at home. I cannot wait to return!

Tutto, dal bellissimo accoglienza, al buon colazione, ci ha aiutato a passare un bel momento a Marc Hely. Non si è visto un alloggio così ben mantenuto: dall'esterno ben arborato, all'interno di una pulizia esemplare, non è venuto alcun falso commento per tenere il nostro soggiorno. La splendida vista su St Paul de Vence, il parcheggio, la posizione in ritiro dalla strada da dove la calma assoluta, la camera da bagno perfetta, consegnata di prodotti igienici, fanno i vantaggi dell'hotel. E in premio, Una bella proprietaria di piccole cure per i suoi clienti.

Io e mio marito siamo stati per 4 notti alla grande Bastide. Gli spazi esterni sono curati e molto bella la piscina. Tuttavia la estrema vicinanza della strada trafficata rende impossibile il relax. La camera superior è decisamente piccola. Le colazioni, continentale e a buffet, sono molto standard, non valgono il prezzo. L’aspetto maggiormente spiacevole è stato il disguido nella preparazione del letto della camera. Dopo la prima notte avevo chiesto di sostituire il piumone, c’era molto caldo, con un lenzuolo e coperta. Tornando la sera la richiesta non era stata soddisfatta e ho dovuto chiedere al portiere di notte, gentilissimo, un lenzuolo e due plaid per potermi rifare da sola il letto. In un 4 stelle non è ammissibile. Nessuno si è scusato per questo al momento del conto. Non ritornerei.

It's difficult to find the words to describe just how beautiful this resort is. The gardens are superb, tranquil and well maintained with beautiful smelling herbs and flowers. The hotel's attention to detail is exceptional. Everything has been well thought out and there are wonderful views almost everywhere you look. I emailed in advance to ask for a room with a view. We stayed in 512 which did not disappoint. The room itself was quaint, a good size, well decorated, very clean and had lovely windows/a balcony with views of the mountains, restaurant and pool. The staff were polite and helpful. We ate in the restaurant three nights and had a very positive experience. The food was good and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was well worth it with varied options and high quality food. The orange juice was the nicest I've had. We used both the pool and the spa which were very relaxing. Room service was efficient and it was a real treat to eat on our balcony with stunning views. Housekeeping kept our fridge well stocked and offered turn down service. Reception and the concierge were always very helpful. We had initially planned to spend our trip exploring the area but as we loved the resort so much we ended up spending more time there than anticipated. It was our first visit but certainly won't be our last. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our stay so special.
