I am arrived at the hotel very late in the night after midnight and I had the worse experience of my life upon check-in. The receptionist asked me to charge the room or to pre-authorize the payment with my credit card, but probably something in the network was not working and 3 credit cards of mines were always refused, and even the one of my colleague. Then she told me to go to the ATM to the cinema (at 00.30 of the night) to cash some money to pay, after speaking with her director on the phone, and neither the ATM was working. I've spoken with the director who refused to let me in untill the payment was done, and he could guess after the description of the situation that something was wrong with the network. As a matter of fact, I have had to wait for a lucky trial when finally their terminal woke up and I was given the room 40 minutes later, very tired and very nervous. This is the most EXTREME RUDE behaviour that I have seen in my whole professional life, and my explanations that we come here regularly once every 2-3 months, as we work with a local company that could anyway settle the bill in case of troubles, were useless for this man. I am unwilling to come here again, after such bad experience, and to me it is a case history about loosing a customer.

Exactly halfway between Tours and Eindhoven, this is a perfect stop for an overnight stay if you are driving from France to Netherlands. Clean, comfortable and well priced. My only gripe is that the EV car charger wasn't working, but it was still excellent value for money and the staff was friendly.

Le poche imperfezioni di questo hotel sono compensate da un servizio impeccabile. Per esempio, la asciugacapelli della nostra bagno ha cessato di funzionare dopo 10 secondi. La ricezione ci ha portato un altro in 3 minuti. Un domenica mattina. Aggiungi che l’accoglienza è perfetta, il molto buon buffet del colazione, tuttavia molto vario, costantemente aggiornato sia domenica o lunedì mattina, sinceramente, il personale di questo hotel merita la massima nota. Oltre a questo, la triste deco dei lunghi corridoi dà il cafard, la moquette della camera ha vissuto giorni migliori, e ho trovato la lettera piuttosto meno buona di quella che abbiamo potuto avere nell'unico altro Mercurio che frequentiamo (Bourg-en-Bresse). Ma come la nostra camera era perfettamente tranquilla e silenziosa (quando c’era un matrimonio all’hotel il sabato sera), abbiamo dormito molto bene. Quindi un’esperienza molto positiva in totale.

Per la prima volta abbiamo soggiornato una notte all'IBIS compagne e cena al ristorante dell'hotel. Conclusione, un enorme rammarico e un sentimento di essere stato bevuto dai pareri. Per il ristorante, l'abbiamo scelto in anticipo per un piatto della carta (parmentare) e non era disponibile. Prendiamo una bottiglia di prosecco per il pasto, e la bottiglia era calda. Infine, dopo aver ancora finito il pasto, la cameriera era in giro per fare il servizio, e quando volevamo tornare al salone per finire la nostra bottiglia, non c'era posto. Per la stanza, eravamo in RDC. C'era un odore di sigaretta cattivo con un senso di vecchia e sporca (moste e mosche schiacciate sulle pareti e negozi) . Le tute da bagno sono bagnate. Il clima respira di aria calda invece di aria fresca. E la cera sul gattino, siamo stati svegliati alle 7 del mattino da un autobus parcheggiato sotto la nostra finestra che ha lasciato girare il motore 45 minuti. Per il colazione, tutte le tavole prese e non c'è spazio per circolare. La macchina del caffè è andata a rottura e ha dovuto fare la coda al bar per 15 minuti per ottenere un caffè. Piatti mancanti che non sono stati caricati. In sintesi, mai più IBIS.

Chiederà di lasciare la casella di posta, e poi riceverà la posta a volte. L'hotel è vicino al fiume, l'ambiente è bello, tutti gli altri sono ben preparati
