Se non fosse per il receptionista Thomas, avrei dato a questo 1/5 2 receptionisti che hanno fatto sentire il nostro gruppo disaccogliato, poi mi avrei chiamato una donna che era brusca e mi ha parlato in modo aggressivo. Se stai cercando di prenotare una camera quadrupla, non ne avrai uno, come quando ho prenotato una ho avuto 2 camere 1 camera con 2 letti singoli e 1 camera con 1 doppio. Non sono solo un letto doppio fuori della mia prenotazione, ma anche me e i miei amici non erano nella stessa stanza. Quando arrivai, un ricevitore presto mi argomentò sulla mia prenotazione e, cercando di spiegarmi, mi disse costantemente che avevo prenotato diverse camere, mi metteva sul telefono alla donna aggressiva, che era anche insensata e molto maltrattabile. La mattina seguente, ho ricevuto il benvenuto da Thomas, un accogliente molto amichevole, e mi è stato molto facile parlare con lui. Poi quella notte un uomo chiamato Nabil mi disse che non mi era permesso usare i bagni nella zona del soggiorno e che mi avrei usato quella nella mia camera, dopo averlo guardato con confusione, mi ha fatto sgridare e mi ha detto che potevo. Un soggiorno sconveniente, fatto per sentire un inconveniente da parte della maggior parte del personale, non rimarrà mai qui.

L'hotel è pulito, la colazione è anche buona, la ricetta è anche molto bello, cioè non ci si aspetta di non avere accesso a lavanderia.La stanza è molto piccola, ci si aspetta in anticipo, e'bello.C'è un caricatore USB.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione remota, è comodo raggiungerlo appena usciti dall'ultima stazione della Linea 12. Ci sono negozi di fiori e un negozio di kebab vicino all'hotel. Le camere dell'hotel sono pulite, ordinate e di buone dimensioni. Le camere d'albergo a Parigi sono troppo costose, puoi considerarle qui

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

Sono rimasto qui per 2 settimane nel Feb 2022. Il check-in all'hotel è stato facile. Ho chiesto un check-in precoce e li ho chiamati dall'aeroporto per controllare lo stesso. Hanno concordato lo stesso, e la mia stanza è stata mantenuta pronta al momento promesso. Hanno una raccolta decente di utensili. Se vuoi, puoi scegliere un colazione. Questa è una località molto tranquilla. C'è un negozio proprio intorno all'hotel, quindi è molto conveniente comprare verdure, succhi senza troppo camminare. Una stazione ferroviaria è a pochi cento metri di distanza che ti permette di muoversi intorno a Parigi con il trasporto pubblico. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile. Hanno una raccolta decente di utensili per cucinare, piatti e cucinare. Hanno anche una bella tavola da pranzo piegabile. Il loro Wifi era a posto, dovevo essere in un posto specifico in camera per ricevere un segnale decente, ma era a posto.

The hotel has been amazing, everyone at the hotel is so welcoming, and the space inside the hotel is even better! We chose the superior room which had an incredible amount of space, very well decorated and the room was immaculate. Due to recent media hysteria regarding Paris, I was extremely apprehensive but let me tell you, there's no need to worry here. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows as well, the rooms felt modern and fresh. I would choose staying a little further outside of the centre of Paris, travel is so easy and this hotel will be my first choice when I come back! Really, thank you so much. You guys really made our stay!

Adoro la vista! E la posizione è vicino al metro solo pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, grande supermercato e farmacia vicino! Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e il colazione è in punto! Sicuramente sarebbe tornato

Jimmy was very nice and helpful. We had a great experience. The food was great, the atmosphere as well. Perfect for business diner. A great view outside with the Eiffel tower. All the people were very kind

Le parti in comune sono molto sporche e le camera appena accettabili. La camera già di suo è organizzata male perchè c'è poco spazio per le valigie e i vestiti, si poteva non mettere la vasca visto la presenza della doccia per dare spazio alla camera che ha poco spazio se si usano tutti e 4 i letti. Il bagno invece della porta ha una tenda e il soffitto della doccia è pieno di muffa visto che la ventola di areazione non funziona da tanto tempo. Il divano letto è veramente corto specie il letto che si estrae e che rimane a terra, sapete che in Italia abbiamo i divani letto a castello? La manutenzione generale della camera è veramente pessima molte cose sono rotte e rovinate, il frigor non andava anche dopo la sostituzione e ho dovuto sistemarlo da me visto che era collegato alla presa sbagliata che toglieva tensione quando togli il badge.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits avec ma soeur dans la chambre 111 à deux lits avec une excellente literie au premier étage au fond du couloir loin de l'ascenseur pour être assurée d'être au calme ce qui fut le cas. Hormis la douche difficile à régler pour la température, nous avons été très satisfaites. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux. En outre, nous avions la possibilité de nous servir un café à longueur de journée. Nous avons apprécié l'aimable intervention de l'hôtelier qui nous a dédommagées d'une nuitée car pour des raisons de santé nous ne sommes restées que deux nuits au lieu de trois. Sans hésiter nous y reviendrons ou le recommanderons dans notre entourage. Merci encore.
