Vriendelijke dame aan het onthaal om in te checken. Mooie en nette kamer. Ruime badkamer met een goede douche. Snel warm water. Goede bedden. Airco aanwezig. Lekker, verzorgd en gevarieerd ontbijt. Niet ver van de autosnelweg en toch rustig gelegen. Je hoort niets van lawaai van buiten. Wij hebben hier overnacht toen we op doorreis waren vanuit Italië. Enig minpuntje: de barfrigo koelde niet.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche aéroport avec grand parking gratuit. La chambre famille est grande, mais salle de bain étroite pour 4. Literie confortable. Check-in facile et simple en borne en dehors des horaires de réception (notamment lors d’une arrivée tardive). Petit déjeuner avec de bons produits, mais sans plus. Nous reviendrons sans doute pour un prochain séjour.

Che dire, una bellissima Dopo aver visitato Basilea abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per poi proseguire per colmar. Struttura pulita, accogliente e molto intima. Relax totale. Dispone di una bella spa con accesso libero tutto il giorno! Camere spaziose, un angolo tisane, ristorante, lounge bar e perfino sapone e crema per la doccia di una profumazione spettacolare. Un ringraziamento speciale alla ragazza della reception per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, ci ha consigliato perfino dei posti meravigliosi da visitare, svoltando in meglio la nostra vacanza. Unica nota di delusione è l opzione vegana nella colazione, praticamente assente ed è un vero peccato,ma sono sicura che applicheranno questo piccolo cambiamento. Mi è dispiaciuto fare solamente una notte, quindi ci tornerò sicuramente appena possibile, anche solo per una fuga romantica.

Poor service!! When we arrive the hotel we order a taxi to 04:00 AM( flight at 6:00) also the receptionist took our order fot 2 coffees , orange juice and Corazon's for the morning and promised us they have Soya / Almond milk When we came in the morning : 3:45 AM all the mess started : There was another group that orderd taxi and the receptionist let them go up on the first one by calming that : our coffee doesn't ready yet . I a asked him a couple of times where are the second texi but he said it’s on the way do not worry!!! He started to make the coffee without the soya/almond milk and said I don’t know what they promise i don’t have anything but that… in the end the coffee was ready only at 04:00 AM (15 MIN for coffee???) The other taxi still dosnt ariive! At this moment I asked again and again where is the taxi??? But he cancelld be rudely and said do not worry it's on the way!! At 04:05 I stopped being nice, on the receptionist calld the taxi station to order us the texi ( it was clear they never orderd 2 taxis) The first driver of the first group came to take us to the airport at 04:15!!! ( we arrived to the check in at 04:40) All this time the receptionist told us we don’t have to worry and this is a small airport and we will make it to the flight ( by the wat the Corazon's still wasn’t ready) Well.. We arrive last to the airplane and last to the check in. Dear IBIS - You don’t know the logistics that needed to taking a baby to the airplane and you don’t get to decide WHEN I will go out to the airport. We didn't even got to go the bathroom before the flight and we were breathless until we arrive there, It's NOT your decision to make if the airport is big or small ( one of your is your receptionist excuses) your job to provide the service. And if you can't do it : tell us advance! Hope another people doesn't do the mistake we did

We stayed here for 1 night as visiting basel as we were told it's cheaper to stay in France but when you add up the cost of travel it doesn't add up. My advise stay in basel and get a basel card as if you stay in a basel city hotel you get a basel card which gives you free travel on trams and buses and discount to museums We paid 50 pounds to stay here 1 night on a Saturday night but had we payed 100 pounds to stay at hotel in basel we would of been around £20 quid better off as we used trams busses and visited museums. Hotel is literally 1 minutes walk from the border of France and Switzerland can't miss it. The hotel is very basic small double bed quite hard but fine and little kitchen in same room. Bathroom was ok but like the room needs updating. Shower was fine pressure ok and water was hot. Never ate at breakfast so couldn't comment. Pool at hotel but never used so again can't comment. Check in wasn't great as door to place is locked so had to ring intercom for ages to get in.. The receptionist in the morning was helpful and polite. We got a coffee and a pastry from coffee shop nearly opposite the hotel. We got a cab from hotel for 17 euro to three countries bridge which we crossed from France into Germany then across another bridge back into Switzerland.

Terzo soggiorno nello stesso hotel e terza camera provata. Niente da dire , camera ampia nel solito stile romantico nostalgico . Quattro finestre apribili (differente da un mese fa con camera che aveva un'unica finestra con vasistas e le altre non apribili). Solito kit benvenuto con accappatoi, ciabatte acqua, macchina caffè e dolcetti. Personale al solito squisito. Colazione a buffet stavolta un po' più' ricca del solito, di ottima qualità. Letto comodo. Condizionamento aria ben regolabile. Parking privato a pagamento di fronte all'hotel. Ormai per me una sicurezza nei viaggi in Europa (provenendo dall'italiana).

Capisco che questo sia un hotel di backpacker per un soggiorno di notte, quindi mi aspetto che l'hotel sia vicino all'autostrada e capisco che devo camminare sulla strada oscura per circa 1 km per arrivare lì, Ma almeno devono lasciare l'ospite entrare prima nella lobby. Sono arrivato all'hotel a mezzanotte, il ricevitore era scomparso, nessuno era al desk e il lavoro era stato affidato a qualcuno che lavorava a distanza con l'intercom davanti all'edificio. L'hotel ha implementato un nuovo sistema di controllo utilizzando una macchina di check-in che richiederà un codice nel messaggio di conferma. Tuttavia, il codice non è stato trovato da nessuna parte nell'app trip.com o nel messaggio di conferma del mio. Più frustrante, il cameriere di ricezione aveva un forte accento francese nel suo inglese, quindi non potevamo capirci a vicenda chiaramente; alla fine, un gentiluomo si è abbassato a fumare e mi ha aiutato a comunicare con loro in francese, risolvendo la mia questione. Se non fosse stato li', probabilmente sarei stato chiuso fuori per la notte. Questa è un'esperienza molto sgradevole.Scrivo per dire ad altri turisti internazionali di stare lontani da questo posto, se non potete risolvere questi problemi come me.
