UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our stay at the Brit Hotel, Limoges, for the most part. Although the room was unusually small (two people could barely fit), it was clean and comfortable. Up until checkout, the only odd event was an employee offering my wife a drink, which she refused, but was then served a beer nonetheless. No big deal, but she then was charged for it. Anyways, not a deal-breaker. The surprise at check-out actually started just as we arrived, two days prior. We asked about paying for breakfast, and were told (by the same employee), that it was included with our room fee. We thought that was great, so decided to spend that money on the pool/spa “experience” (which is not included – 30 Euros/person extra). Fast forward back to check out, and we were told we owed for breakfast, as well as other administrative charges (city taxes, etc.) that we had already been charged upon checkin. Oddest of all, as we explained the situation to the manager during checkout, she acknowledged the mistakes of her employee, but nevertheless insisted on us paying all supplemental fees (in some cases, for the second time). At no point during the process did hotel staff show any hint of “customer service”, benefit of the doubt, taking responsibility for their errors, etc. 100% strong front against us, the customer. The money was not the point for us, we just paid it all without contest. But the principle still stings. Reluctantly, we would not recommend you stay at this hotel.

UUtente ospiteChambre au rez-de-chaussée (apparemment insonorisée) et non, très bruyante et vous êtes réveillés très tôt (papotage dans le couloir, les chaises traînées très fort lors de la mise en place du petit déjeuner) Pas de café ni de thé dans la chambre et... le distributeur dans l'entrée hors service. Donc pas top du tout.. Point très positif : le petit déjeuner très complet et très bon rapport qualité prix.

Hotel on the main road - you can pay for parking but I didn't and managed to find parking on the Main Street. Turned out I hadn't paid for breakfast, and it costs 15 Euros each day for it. I got it on the last morning because I had al one drive that day. Hotel was fine, but operating the shower was odd. There was a carry out next to the hotel for anyone who does not want to pay the cost of staying here. I had a problem when checking out because the hotel wanted to charge me 15 Euros for breakfast every day even thought I had only had it for the last day, which was a discrepancy of 45 Euros. However, after some discussion with the translation app, I got the cost removed. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and given that it was on a main road, it was quiet. One good thing about this was that I left an expensive jacket at the hotel when I left. I was unaware until I was miles away and they phoned me to inform me. When I got back to England I contacted them and made arrangements for them to send it to me. Took about 10 days but I received it. Really pleased with the service for this because the jacket was expensive.

Le camere non sono molto grandi ma tutto è studiato per un comfort! Buona letto! Ma mancano altri due cuscini! Piccolo doccia e odore di riso strano nelle camere doveva essere aperto!
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero un hotel dove fa bene vivere...

Per la casa mattina alle 9:30 evitare di colpire le porte per sapere se si può fare??? Quelli che si riposano vogliono la calma.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et chaque fois le plaisir est renouvelé. Nous apprécions la facilité d'accès, la qualité de l'accueil, ainsi que le calme et la tranquillité de l'endroit. Sans oublier le confort de la literie et le plaisir du matin, après une bonne nuit de sommeil, de déguster un excellent petit déjeuner. Le buffet, salé ou sucré, est très bien garni et conviendra à tout le monde.

UUtente ospiteCome tutti gli hotel Ibis. Piccolo e confortevole. Situato più o meno nel centro. Molte buone pranzi proprio fuori dall'hotel. E entro 10 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni Montjovis e Benedictine. Era lì per 2 notti e nessuna denuncia. L'ascensore è molto piccolo, ho sentito una persona che si lamentava di essere come un caffè.

Je ne suis jamais déçu. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. je suis très très content ! Le petit déjeuner à volonté est parfait. Je n'hésite jamais à recommander vos hôtels, et ils ont une priorité dans mon choix.
