Sono arrivato tardi a mezzanotte e il parcheggio era pieno, non per tutte le auto, ma per tutte le camion e i camion che occupavano più spazi di parcheggio all’uno, e mi sono fermato in una delle camere di cabrio rinnovate. Incredibilmente piccolo, non si può nemmeno adattare una borsa di cabina all'interno della stanza e camminare allo stesso tempo.Molte moschee si sono spazzate attraverso il muro, perché, beh, il posto è pieno di moschee. Non ci sono fogli di letto reali, ma piuttosto una foglia montata sotto il tappeto direttamente sopra la matita (non liscia ma anche sottile, in modo che si possa vedere la matita sotto e sentire anche la frizione sulla pelle). Il fumo è stato davvero cattivo, vecchio, non fresco che, insieme al resto, non mi ha permesso di dormire, ma quando sono riuscito a dormire, mi è svegliato con la tosse e la musica molto intensa. Poi ho scoperto che era venuto dalla zona del colazione, e la persona che tosse era la ricevitrice, da lì, altri membri della squadra arrivarono, immagino la squadra di pulizia. Tutti gridavano e parlavano a vicenda per anni, che si potevano sentire in tutto il palazzo, quindi ci sono i miei tentativi di dormire un po' di più prima di colpire la strada. Ho cercato di dormire per due ore prima di andarmene, ma qualcuno mi ha colpito la porta, e ho gridato che ero dentro, e lei ha aperto la porta fino a vedermi nel letto e a lasciare. Ho pagato 40 euro, compreso il colazione. Il pranzo è un pezzo di pane con burro e marmellate e caffè istantaneo. Ho soggiornato in campeggi che prezzi 1/4 di quel prezzo che erano più tranquilli e più comodi di questo, quindi sarò sicuro di non provare mai nessun altro di questi hotel in futuro, perché è un completo spreco di denaro, purtroppo.

Ex hotel Campanile , questo hotel si trova proprio accanto a una zona commerciale, (nessun gene) facile accesso , parcheggio davanti alle camere. Albergo piacevole , personale disponibile e disponibile Camera pulita ( la mia era stata certamente ripiccata di recente ) . Ristorante non testato.

All'inizio *****età bugiarda (aria condizionata ....) non c'è una camera è un forno, la manica della porta è demolita (non funziona più) il lavastoviglie piscia di guancia, la mela doccia efficace è troppo grande per una cabina che al tempo stesso Non è più alle norme di un istituto che riceve dal pubblico, l'altezza dell'accesso alla doccia è di 20 cm. Nella stanza la compressa di letto coperto di pendolare è stata sostituita da un pezzo di legno compresso (si vede sulla traccia ... molto elegante. Infine è rumorevole, ma la cera sul torto arriva: Si bagna per prendere il vostro colazione all'hotel per 8,50 €per persona, già ci vuole 20 minuti perché la sala è molto piccola, e la qualità della fornitura indigna di cressanti e pane al cioccolato ancora meno belli e buoni di quelli di Lidl (0.39 ct la stanza). Nessuna cartuccia, un formaggio vagamente simile a un barbabietola ma insipide. Infine un parking overbooked (che quindi non basta per la capacità dell'hotel. Conclusione: una formula 1 quasi al prezzo di un IBIS. Non ci sarò più, devi andare via da questa catena, il cui unico obiettivo è farti rompere il tuo pugno, la qualità e il servizio ... INEXSISTANTE ...

Une réservation payée 3 semaines avant notre arrivée et une confirmation téléphonique le veille de notre venue et malgré une réponse positive à toutes nos demandes, à notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à tout l'inverse. Code de la chambre reçu par mail : pratique vu l'heure d'ouverture de l'accueil. À notre arrivée dans le hall de l'hôtel, nous avons fait la méchante rencontre avec un individu très alcoolisé qui cherchait à rentrer dans les chambres du R de CH à l'aide d'un briquet. Et l'arrivée d'une autre cliente de l'hôtel n'a rien arrangé, il s'en est pris à nous alors que nous discutions dans le hall. Il nous a insulté et a continué avec son briquet aux portes des chambres. Mon mari a appelé la police car après un appel à la direction de l'hôtel, il n'y a eu aucune réaction rapide malgré la dangerosité du moment. Nous étions 3 adultes dans le hall de l'accueil à nous demander ce qui aurait pu se passer si nous n'étions pas arrivés : Un Feu à L'Hôtel ? La police est venue très rapidement et a emmené cet individu. Par contre, nous n'avons eu aucun REMERCIEMENT !! de la part de la direction. Nous sommes descendus une fois dans cet hôtel mais il n'y aura pas de 2ème fois ! Dur pour dormir, du bruit dans les couloirs, les femmes de chambre : les portes qui claquent etc ...WIFI : très faible débit !!! Un séjour très décevant. Pour nous les B AND B c'est bien fini !!!

Siamo stati un gruppo di amici e siamo arrivati all'hotel completamente sconvolti - noi, ma anche tutti i nostri affari nelle nostre borse - dopo un giorno di giro. Che piacere essere ricevuti da Sophie, sorridente e così benevolente che ci ha offerto di asciugare i nostri vestiti con il secco pro (eravamo 9). Le camere erano molto corrette: pulite e con un letto grande. Il pasto (con una salsa camembert che abbiamo mangiato) e il colazione erano generosi e il servizio sempre piacevole. Un vero senza colpa e un indirizzo che consiglio a tutti, in particolare i rondoni! Grazie ancora a tutti i dipendenti.

This hotel is was an absolute catastrophe! After check-in we went to our allocated hotel room only to discover a horrible smell and in general just a disgusting room; the bedsheet was covered with stains, a horrible smell (this was not only in the hotel room) and mold in the bedroom and toilet area. We had paid for 3 nights and 6 times breakfast, and according to *********** app if was possible to cancel the booking before 18:00. We went down to the receptionist (at 17:30) after we had stayed for around 30 minutes in the room and said, that we wanted a refund due to the room being disgusting and looking nothing like the pictures. The receptionist told us to use the refund button in the app so they could refund us, but as soon as we pushed the refund button, we (apparently) disappeared from their system and a refund was no longer possible. Then we contacted the manager at the hotel. According to the manager a refund of any sort was NOT possible. Since the manager only knew French and was not willing to help with our situation at all we contacted ***********. Nearly a month after the incident we were refunded for 2 nights and 6 times breakfast, leaving us paying around 100 euros for staying 30 minutes in the hotel room AND according to *********** the hotel had charge an extra amount (around 50 euro) more than they should. However, this we can not verify ourselves due to the hotel being unable to print our receipt. For obvious reasons we did request a receipt but that was NOT possible. Anyhow, several weeks later and after spending numerous hours on the telephone we were compensated for about 70% of the charged amount.

Hotel molto rumoroso. Porte chiuse ogni 2 minuti. Camera molto luminosa la mattina, non siamo riusciti a dormire dopo il sollevamento del sole.

Una scala sul Havre e noi siamo arrivati in questo hotel. Ottimo accoglienza molto PRO Situazione geografica TB ma fa essere buon marciapiede con 25 min di cammino fino al centro città (molto simpatico). L’avenue Gambetta assez longue peu faire peut mais francamente il n’y a pas de quoi. L’avantage est d’avoir des petit commerce ouvert à toute heure. Établissement propre (surtout les partis communs). Le PDJ est très sympa. La camera è un po' vecchia, ma funzionale, comunque. Certo un po' vestata, ma perfetta per una notte. Una VMC nella sala d’acqua è urgentemente consigliato.Il top rimane il parcheggio ampiamente consigliato, altrimenti buona fortuna per parcheggiare. Stabilimento tranquillo. Abbiamo amato e consigliamo. Grazie 🤔🇫🇷

Kyriad (Le Birgit) – Leger Holidays This hotel should not be operating! It was dreadful! Leger Holidays booked this Kyriad hotel for our tour group. The rooms were extremely basic, part chipboard furnishings and views were either a large building site, with a railway track one side or a very busy and noisy square with a 24-hour McDonalds. Two of our group found a cockroach on their bed! Other rooms our party had were dirty. The towels were old and paper thin. The so-called bar was virtually not existent Restaurant: there were not enough chairs or tables for everyone to sit down and the bar only open 7pm-9pm Breakfast – continental only – not great. The Kyriad Le Havre hotel advertised it had tea and coffee facilities in the room with a kettle and milk. - There was nothing in any of the rooms! It also stated it had hairdryers – but some did not. Upon complaining we were told that they Not Kyriad anymore”! Kyriad sold the hotel a month ago – the new hotel being Le Birgit! Le Birgit was being refurbished and resembled a building site - there were even wires coming down from the ceiling by the one lift as well as more building materials by the reception and at one end of the restaurant. Surely, this hotel must have more than one or two health and safety issues. The lift had seen better days and it was ‘hit or miss’ if the button for the ground floor worked, Leger Holidays should have done better and thoroughly checked out this hotel beforehand!.
