Siamo stati qui per 3 notti. In grado di ricaricare l'auto elettrica ed è a buon prezzo con una carta Freshmile. Tutto il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Ho potuto consumare un pasto al ristorante e normalmente ho abbastanza spazio per fare 3 portate, ma le porzioni erano abbondanti e non potevo entrare in un budino. Dato che avevo la macchina, avevo il mio cuscino. Il letto era duro e proprio come piace a me. Nessun rumore notturno da parte degli altri ospiti e si sono gentilmente assicurati che fossi lontano dall'ascensore. Sono già stato in hotel e mi sono svegliato con persone che parlavano ad alta voce mentre aspettavo l'ascensore che ora chiedo sempre per stare lontano da esso. Il tram è molto vicino (potevo vedere dalla mia finestra) ed è stato fantastico raggiungere lo Stade de France

My husband, myself and my one year old baby arrived there at 5 pm on Wednesday 24th May. There were only one receptionist while there were 3 guests waiting. We had a buggy and 3 bags. We overheard that the lift was down and they did not know when it will be fixed but there were no technician working on it… Then came out turn when we’re told the swimming pool is only for 16yo + and that booking forgot to mention it, so our baby cannot go there. Our room was at the last floor (3rd one) and no one can help us because the lady was alone at the reception. A staff member saw me struggle when I arrived up there and told me, there is another elevator for the cleaning ladies only to use but that I should ask reception next time. So my husband carried everything up and I was carrying my son. We opened the door room hoping for a mind blowing experience (300eu the night for a deluxe room with balcony and Seine view) and it was an old room, in which they had put a baby bed that we had requested, furniture was old, bedding was white sheets only, no chair nor a table in the balcony that really needs to be refurbished. We just left to go in the city and enjoy a little bit cause the experience so far was terrible. So at 7.30pm elevator still not working, so we go down with baby and buggy and when I ask for the other elevator I’m told it’s not safe… poor cleaning ladies using an unsafe elevator… The next day when we checked out, they tried to bill me the breakfast that was included in the price I had paid and told me: but you took it in the room right… well no I didn’t and we were rushed (at 9.45am) cause they were closing the breakfast room. At 12pm, elevator was still not fixed. To sum up: we live in Asnieres, decided to go a getaway weekend not too far with a baby in a ‘Barrières’ hôtel which is supposed to be a luxurious 4 stars hotel and nothing was at the expected level, not even the basics to have a lift working on such a busy weekend. My husband told me : well the breakfast was ok, but when I told him it was 28eu per person he was like 😳🫢

Super hotel ambiente simpatico , personale al top , perso sul periferico con i lavori l'accogliente che aveva finito il suo servizio è rimasto un'ora di più al telefono per guidarmi all'hotel , Arrivato quasi mezzanotte il signore molto simpatico ha avuto la pazienza di aspettarmi e lo ringrazio per avermi guidato .

L'hotel era bello, il personale era cordiale e molto disponibile. La colazione aveva un discreto numero di opzioni, il che era fantastico. L'unica cosa, non è così vicino all'aeroporto come pubblicizzato, finiamo per prendere un taxi che dura circa 20 minuti. Non ci sono molti trasporti pubblici nelle vicinanze, quindi fai attenzione a quella spesa extra se sei interessato a uscire.

Questo prezzo è igienico, la stanza non è grande ma anche tranquilla e confortevole.La stazione ferroviaria cammina circa 15 minuti e è al sicuro intorno.

Bonjour, En déplacement professionnel, j'ai été logé dans cette hôtel et j'en ai été très surpris en positif bien évidemment. Personnel très accueillant,très chaleureux tant du côté réception,petit déjeuner et restaurant. Tout ce passe dans la bonne humeur c'est top. Petit déjeuner respectable avec tout le nécessaire pour bien commencer sa journée. Restaurant avec une cuisine simple mais très bonne et un service parfait. L'intérieur de l'hôtel et très cosy,je me croyais a la maison avec des musiques d'ambiance qui donne envie de ce détendre dans les salons confortable. Au niveau de la chambre très propre fonctionnelle Hôtel très calme. Le seul point négatif je dirai c'est l'odeur inacceptable de la cigarette dans les couloirs alors que cela est bien entendu interdit mais il y as toujours des gens qui ne respecte pas cela et c'est bien dommage . Je recommande vivement sans hésiter cette hôtel 😉😉.

very good hotel for accomodation, also very clean, but it kind of far from center 40 min by train line C. get off from train at eiffel tower , last trip to get back at 11:30pm after that it so hard to go back to hotel.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Na categoria Budget, foi um dos melhores hotéis que fomos hospedados. Fomos atendidos pelo Sr.Ahmed que nos auxiliou com muita simpatia, nos ajudou muito a encontrarmos um estacionamento. E nos atendeu perfeitamente bem, em todas as nossas necessidades. Organização perfeita no café da manhã. Tem um Perfil que merece ter um progresso na carreira. O hotel está num bairro, muito agradável com tudo próximo! Bares, restaurantes, farmácias, estação de Trem, e é muito tranqüilo. Assim como o hotel bem tranqüilo. Só agradecemos ao Sr.Ahmed pela recepção de alto nível.
