One first sight everything looked okay. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful and speaks English very well. The room on the other hand was outdated, not well cleaned (some hairs from the previous guests) and the bathroom totally flooded after just one shower! Luckily I was just passing through and didn't stay long. The most horrible experience of the stay was that the next day, there was a lady at the reception... Although there is a sign of a French and English flag symbol on the desk of the reception, this lady kept on firing French words at me like there was no tomorrow. I replied in English, and she got irritated even more! She definitely ruined my morning and breakfast (which wasn't great and the place wasn't cleaned just like the knives and forks). So the conclusion is that this accommodation deserves one star and shouldn't be listed on Booking at all! If you want a horrible stay and like to be verbally assaulted, this is the place to be!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti, e ci siamo trovati favolosamente bene, tutto davvero perfetto! La posizione, a pochi kilometri dall’aeroporto e a venti minuti da Strasburgo: posizione davvero strategica per chi come noi vuole visitare diverse località Alsaziane, perché si trova in corrispondenza di una rotatoria lungo una grande strada di collegamento, quindi ci si sposta molto velocemente e senza problemi di traffico. Reception attiva h24 con staff molto gentile, noi abbiamo fatto check-in alle 22 e checkout alle 4 di notte, senza problemi! Camera molto confortevole, pulitissima, silenziosa e calorosa, particolare non da poco dato che rientravamo da passeggiate in giornate con temperature di -1 / -3 gradi 😅 Servizi eccellenti: bollitore, tisane, nescafe, The, Macchinetta per il caffè espresso, cialde di espresso e decaffeinato, biscottini allo zenzero, acqua naturale e minerale, caramelle…tutto presente in stanza, tutto compreso nel prezzo e tutto ricaricato ogni giorno..! Kit di cortesia comprensivi di pantofole ed accappatoio usa e getta incluso, oltre ad un set di benvenuto di prodotti da bagno di ottimo livello! Ottima anche la WiFi (cosa non scontata), ristorante interno per chi volesse cenare senza allontanarsi, parcheggio privato gratuito e recintato, preziosissimo per chi come noi ha una macchina! Bagno privato in camera spazioso e luminoso. Water e lavandino sono in due ambienti separati, e questa forse è l’unica “scomodità” che abbiamo rilevato…ma è una sciocchezza. Insomma, tutto davvero eccellente, consigliatissimo, per un nuovo viaggio itinerante in zona torneremo sicuramente!

Very nice hotel. Very welcome staff. Breakfast was good. Reasonable. You have everything you need. There is very big supermarket just in front of the hotel - Lidl. The issue is that it closes at 20.00. One the most biggest advantages of the hotel is the location. It is in 5 minutes walk from local train station. You can reach airport in 6-7 minutes. Ticket cost is 3 Euro. And Strasbourg in 11-12 minutes. Ticket is 5,10 Euros only. Suggested.

Non potevamo desiderare un miglior soggiorno a Molsheim. La posizione è perfetta, proprio all'ingresso della città medievale. Il colazione è stato un piacere, con una vasta selezione di dolci freschi, formaggi, gioielli fatti localmente, ecc. Il pranzo era altrettanto fantastico e prezioso per questo livello di qualità. Tutti i membri del personale con cui interagiamo erano amichevoli, ben addestrato e ben gestito. Un vero hotel di classe mondiale. Ci ritroveremo certamente.
