Molto conveniente fermare sul Sud per il viaggio da Francia a Regno Unito poco dopo il transito di Lyon, con una stazione di riempimento adiacente. Personale amichevole e una comoda notte di soggiorno. Menu bar limitato. Ma tranquillo e ragionevolmente costoso. Pizza un po 'disceptivo.

I stayed for one night in the hotel and was completely satisfied. It is in a good business standard category. The rooms are quite huge and comfortable with a small desk and kitchen with frigerator. The breakfast is typically french.

Nous avons trouvé cette hôtel d’une propreté convenable le perso est très agréable et serviable
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien et dans un cadre très agréable et convivial
Petit souci d’eau dans la douche et on entend les voisins dans de la chambre de derrière parler par l’aération des wc
Facile d’accès bien situé proche de lyon et d’un centre commercial

Soggiornato in occasione della fete des Lumières, stanza pulita e accogliente letto e cuscini molto confortevoli,comodo garage collegato con ascensore alle stanze oltre il parcheggio esterno, il personale giovane gentile e cordiale, la colazione è buona e abbastanza varia . Il checkout è alle 12 cosa non da tutti proposta . Lo consiglio

After a long travel day, I just needed a cool, quiet, dark room with a comfortable bed to help put some jet lag behind me. After checking in, I went to my assigned room to find that is was rather warm. I visited a colleague’s room to see if perhaps all the rooms were warm or if it was just mine, and my colleague’s room was cooler. I reported to the front desk and asked for assistance. The front desk was attentive and responsive, but suggested I give it a few hours to cool down. We ate dinner in the on-site restaurant (which was fantastic) before returning to the room. After two hours, the room was still hot (24-25C) so I asked for a different room. I was given a different room but on the same sunny side of the hotel. The room may have been a little cooler, but not much. Perhaps the A/C is not adequate to overcome the heat transfer through the aluminum window frames or perhaps ok just tried two different hot rooms, but I’d urge caution if staying here on a warm day. I stayed in March (when it was much cooler) and had a very pleasant stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the amenities are nice. If staying on a warm day, I’d suggest a room on the back of the hotel. Perhaps it would be cooler.

cet établissement fait le TAF , idéalement situé (800m de l'autoroute), grand parking. bien qu'il y ai eu un changement de propriétaire, forcement il y a du mieux (literie, TV, confort des chambres) en revanche certains désagréments restes inchangés : - absence de clim dans les chambres donc très chaud bien que l'on puisse ouvrir les fenêtres mais il faut garder la sécurité (on sait jamais) - SDB très ancienne et mériterait vraiment d'être revue et réaménagée nous venons tous les ans dans cet établissement car c'est notre point de repos pour notre départ & retour de vacances

Une réservation effectuée trois mois à l'avance pour une chambre familiale de 4 personnes et quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel le vendredi 10 février au soir avec nos deux enfants, le réceptionniste n'a pas trouvé trace de notre réservation. L'hôtel étant complet, le réceptionniste a réussi à nous trouver deux autres chambres dans un autre Ibis mais pour un prix double que celui initialement prévu pour la chambre familiale. Pour information, plus d'un mois après ce problème, le service réclamation du groupe Accor n'a toujours pas répondu à ma demande de dédommagement pour le préjudice subi : un scandale !

Fantastic service from local management (Nicolas & Loic) in helping to correct a digitally manufactured overcharge. I was scrolling my phone to book a stay at the Campanile in Villefranche sur Saone & just before selection the page loading changed (often & irritatingly!) so that I accidentally selected the Ecully hotel. On phoning the central Campanile Management hub within minutes of the accidental mis-selection, I was met with a ”Computer says NO” type response. The woman could read off her screen exactly what had just happened but ”couldn't help me”. Fortunately the strategically sighted humans (named above) were far more honourable and flexible. They listened to my story & refunded me the full amount that I had accidentally paid them. Great kudos! Will certainly stay there if travelling to Lyon in the near future. I did manage to book the Campanile at Villefranche sur Saone stay by the way

I happen to stay at this hotel several times a year as it is convenient for my business. The location is, for me, top notch, especially not far from the motorways for those who travel by car between East (towards Switzerland) and West (towards Bordeaux) of Lyon or between North (towards Paris) and South (towards Marseille). The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The parking is fantastic, very easy with a lot of space, and a special bonus for the electric charging stations which have been in place since around 2022 and which are very useful to me. The rooms are nice and spacey, I cannot fault the staff for the room cleaning either. The restaurant is nice especially in the Spring/Summer with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The bar is decent although a bit dated in my view. The breakfast is OK but not great. My main comment would be on the restaurant room inside which needs some improvement in my point of view. It feels like this is a conference room that has been turned into a restaurant (maybe it is?) and this is not what I expect from a restaurant, which makes me feel uncomfortable. This is why I only eat there in the nicer weather when we can dine outside. This is a minor personal comment however, and overall it remains a very good hotel and I will stay there again.
