Dopo aver dormito negli hotel vicini della Campanile, 1° classe e Ibis Budget, ho gettato questa volta il mio discorso su Mâcon Sud Hotel. Inizio con i punti positivi: accoglienza simpatica, camera pulita e ben arredata, la sala da bagno in particolare è molto bella, doccia calda, orecchino confortevole, è completamente buono come hotel. Con un bollitore e tè nella stanza per fare un po 'di relax. Un buon punto anche per la TV con canali Canal +. I punti negativi ora: se metto solo 4/5 è a causa del colazione, che sembra di qualità, vista le precedenti osservazioni, ma troppo costoso (12.50 € è abbastanza enorme), si può trovare la stessa cosa negli hotel vicini per 6€. E poi ho avuto un po' di attenzione con la rete Internet, che non stava smettendo di tagliare, difficile da lavorare ... Piccolo bemol anche perché tra due camere, le letti sono posizionati accanto a fianco (cioè, nel letto vicino è posizionato in modo simmetrico rispetto al muro). E poi, quando si ha un ronzio come vicino, come le pareti non sono spesso, non è facile dormire; basterebbe semplicemente mettere tutti i letti nella stessa direzione per rimuovere questo piccolo punto negativo.

A mi-chemin sur la route de nos vacances, nous faisons régulièrement halte dans cet hôtel. Nous avons utilisé nos Smartbox à l'aller comme au retour et les chambres qui nous ont été octroyées était confortables, calmes et propres avec une clim appréciable. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil et le personnel qui est très avenant. Le parking est gratuit. Des points de restauration alentours sont possibles, l'hôtel se trouvant dans une zone commerciale. Sinon l'hôtel propose aussi des pizzas pour les petites faims. Quant au petit déjeuner, le buffet sucré salé à volonté est suffisant et varié. Bref ! rapport qualité-prix c'est un bon choix pour ce qui nous concerne. Nous renouvellerons l'opération.

Wir sind gegen 3Uhr nachts am Hotel angekommen, da wir uns spontan entschieden haben, dass wir noch ein paar Stunden Schlaf benötigen, bevor die Reise weitergeht. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, dass nicht gereinigt war. Es lagen noch schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Boden, überall lag Müll, die Betten waren nicht gemacht und zum Badezimmer möchte ich lieber nichts schreiben. Da um diese Zeit niemand an der Rezeption war, versuchten wir die Notfallnummer anzurufen. Leider haben wir dort, trotz mehrfacher Versuche, niemanden erreicht. Da das Zimmer so extrem schmutzig war, entschlossen wir uns im Auto zu schlafen. Die Rezeption war gegen 6Uhr wieder besetzt. Wir erklärten der Dame (die sehr freundlich war) was passiert ist. Sie machte noch eine Kopie meiner Bankdaten und Personalien und sagte zu, dass uns das Geld erstattet würde. Ich hatte zudem danach Kontakt zu der Hotelkette aufgenommen. Mir wurde zugesagt, das Geld zu erhalten. Leider ist dies bis heute und trotz mehrfacher! Nachfrage nicht erfolgt. Sodass ich nun meine abschließende Bewertung abgeben kann. Sollte die Rezeption nicht besetzt sein, sollte man sich vielleicht besser zweimal überlegen, dort einzuchecken. Das Zimmer wäre ausreichend groß gewesen und für ein paar Stunden Schlaf auch ausreichend. Allerdings ist der Preis dafür einfach zu hoch. Das Frühstück, dass wir beim Gespräch mit der Rezeption gesehen haben, sah okay aus, allerdings wenig Auswahl. Parkplätze gibt es, allerdings war es sehr eng, da der Parkplatz sehr voll war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, sprach aber eigentlich nur Französisch. Sollte man kein Französisch können, könnte es schwierig werden mit der Kommunikation.

Per il viaggio d'affari è ok

My wife, daughter and I stopped at this hotel on our way to and from the Costa Dorada in Spain. It's an ideal stopping place as it's very close to the A6 autoroute. There seemed to be plenty of free parking for the 30 or so rooms that the hotel has. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially as our spoken French was quite poor. The rooms are compact, clean and air conditioned. There is free wifi and a tv in the room. The bathroom was tiny but everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well on both occasions. The breakfast was served in the small dining area (which doubles up as the reception/bar) between 0700 and 0930hrs. It was a self service continental buffet breakfast which was lovely. The bar was open until 2000hrs each evening. In summary I would recommend and we would definitely stay here again should we travel through this area.
