Menzione Molto bene per questo hotel. In primo luogo grazie all'accoglienza di Fanny, molto gentile dal primo contatto telefonico per la prenotazione, al servizio di cena di sera. Una vera umanità si sta svegliando da questa persona che ha davvero il senso di accoglienza e servizio clienti, una perla che si spera che la direzione dell'hotel abbia una buona coscienza. Il pasto serale era molto buono, a tariffe generalmente inferiori al resto del canto. La lettera è buona e la camera era molto pulita, e il riscaldamento efficace in questo mese di gennaio. Un buon Wifi in 100 bit/s simmetrico, è un vero più. Non c'è nulla da dire, continuano così.

Attualmente non si può parlare di hotel! Tra le donne nere in bocca che si interpellano a rumore da una corsa all'altra, gli odori di cucina esotici, le piccole negri che giocano a rumore in un giardino, Gli uomini che urinano sul parcheggio, si crederebbero a Bamako. La Prefettura aveva già prenotato una parte dell'hotel per ospitare gratuitamente i ”fugiati”. Ora è tutto l'hotel. Guarda queste foto scattate nel ”giardino” e cerca quante stelle questo ”Prima classe” (sic) merita!

Dopo il mio booking (a novembre 2023) , al mio arrivo in luglio 2024 il personale NON e' preparato a darmi una stanza adatta per una persona con carrozzina. Nonostante io abbia avvertito , appunto via mail, ben 8 mesi prima.Al mio reclamo mi hanno offerto una stanza accanto, ma cio' NON risolve il problema delll'entrare con una carrozzina poiche' la stanza offerta NON permette di spostarsi con una carrozzina! Impossibile trovare altrove un hotel , causa Giochi Olimpici! ...ci siamo dovuti adattare nostro malgrado e frustrazione .A prescindere di questo abbiamo avuto anche una sgradevole e maleducata reazione del portiere di notte che ci aveva ...”dimenticato” nel parcheggio (alle ore 24h30 e con pioggia!) ,nonostante lo stesso ci abbia aperto appunto il parcheggio per entrare ma non piu' per uscire ! ! Ho dovuto telefonare con il cellulare all'hotel per farmi aprire , a s s u r d o ! A prescindere da questa delusione di questo specifico hotel , confermo che vi e' pochissima Sensibilita' riguardo persone che viaggiano in carrozzina e che debbono sempre o quasi assistere a maldestre soluzioni di emergenza ! Piu' Rispetto e Dignita' per persone che NON sono invisibili ma esseri Umani !

Fantastic hotel, cannot fault it Stayed 2 nights with our children. In 2 separate rooms. Excellent value for money. Both Rooms were big, very clean, accessible by lift and accessed by secure keycards Reception check in was friendly and reception staff happy and helpful during our stay We used the hotel as a base for 2 days in central Paris, the hotel is 8 mins walk to the train station and for 9 euros each you have a return train from cergy prefecture station that takes you 39 minutes on line A to Châtelet–Les Halles for Eiffel Tower and the Louvre or Auber for the Palais Garnier and Grand magasins. Lots of fast food places nearby for cheap eats or food iin hotel is about 15-20 euro each and great food. Parking at the hotel is right out the front of the hotel and free. Hotel bar is classy and reasonably priced, open till 11 for a drink after sightseeing. We loved our stay here and if we do Paris again would not hesitate to return.

My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made ****** comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.

Pour une visite rapide, au top, rien de plus à dire, merci particulièrement à Abdoulaye à l'accueil de l'hôtel qui a été génial avec nous et à su répondre à toute nos attentes très agréablement. Je recommande !
