Il servizio di ricetta dell'hotel è attento e i problemi che vengono sollevati possono essere risolti con attenzione.Anche se l'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto, non si può sentire un po'difficile.L'ambiente è in generale tranquillo e la salubrità della stanza è pulita.La prossima volta sarà scelta.

I got there and we realized I had actually reserved the following day. The young lady behind the counter did not make me feel like a dork, but made everything work with a smile. I’ll be back.

Ho prenotato perché il giorno dopo è il mattino.E'molto vicino all'aeroporto, e pochi minuti a piedi possono arrivare al 1° aeroporto.Si consiglia di farlo, perché anche la pioggia non può essere fresca.

We arrived off a late evening flight into Lyon. Needed a place to stay the night before continuing our onward journey. Needed 24 hour checking, very close to the airport and ideally breakfast and late checkout. This hotel fitted our requirements on paper and in reality did not disappoint. Took us 10-12 minutes to walk to the hotel once we exited terminal 1 (following Google maps), arriving at reception around 11:30pm. Check in at reception took just a few minutes, no issues. Booked breakfast for the following morning. Bedroom comfortable and practical. Decent shower pressure and temperature. Breakfast was cold buffet continental. Decent quality food and drinks, plenty of choice, supplies replenished by staff often. Cost was around 8 euro per person. Dining area was clean with plenty of seating available. Served between 3am and 10am. If I ever needed to stop overnight at Lyon airport I would certainly stop here again. Handy for early morning flights as well as shuttle service runs regularly and can be arranged through reception.

La pubblicità è stata fatta come una 3 stelle, ma quando siamo arrivati l'hotel sembrava un hotel di 1 stella. Il prezzo dell'hotel non corrispondeva alla mancanza di valore. 1. Il processo di shuttle è confuso, nessun pick-up all'uscita dell'aeroporto. Volevano che andassimo a piedi con sacchetti in blister 36C riscaldamento in un parcheggio sconosciuto. Non potevano capire dove trovarlo in un strano aeroporto urbano, quindi abbiamo preso un autobus. 2. Le camere erano calde in tempo, e le due camere erano poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco a poco Abbiamo chiesto se poteva rimanere nella zona più fredda e sono stati detto ”No” perché è solo per la zona da pranzo (ma non sarà utilizzato per le prossime 4 ore!) 3. Bugs in tutta la piccola camera da letto come un vestito (annunciato come 3 stelle?!!? Come?!) Si è trasferito in un'altra stanza - gli stessi problemi. 4. Il edificio è sbagliato, vedi le foto. Una giovane donna era molto utile e l'uomo ci ha dato un atteggiamento prima, ma poi era anche utile. La donna del personale della cucina ci ha tenuti fuori dalla zona più confortevole, anche se era vuota e l'intero hotel era quasi così. 5. Il conducente della navetta tornava all'aeroporto faceva incredibile 80 in una zona 50. Abbiamo cercato di andare altrove e parlato con un paio che si sono lasciati per le stesse ragioni (avevano una macchina), abbiamo scelto di rimanere a causa della lontana posizione (per camminare) senza un facile trasporto, non trovando opzioni economiche vicino, e molto esaurimento. Noi portamo i fan in vacanza, l'unica cosa che ha consentito di dormire in camera calda.

Beh... non è l'hotel più bello del mondo, ma è molto vicino all'aeroporto, abbastanza pulito, ma direi che è troppo caro per un edificio che assomiglia ad una baracca o ad una portacabina per i lavoratori dell'autostrada (non mancare di rispetto a soldati o operai - ma non pagano nemmeno 100 euro a notte :-)

We arrived at about 10pm due to problems with the cross channel ferries, but were reassured by the idea that there was 24 hour access to this hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were unable to check in. The machine at the entrance was broken (someone had smashed the screen) and it was so dark that we didn't immediately see a note attached to it which gave a phone number to call instead. We were unable to get into the car park because there were two barriers with pin pads. We managed to get through both eventually when other people arrived. Once we got in, we were stuck since we couldn't leave so we had to wait for other people to come in. There was no response to our pressing the help button on the intercom and the person I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. I understand that I don't speak French very well, but I try and the person speaking to me made no effort to speak more slowly so that I could understand what he was saying. He hung up on my wife. When I got a fluent french speaking friend to call, they didn't answer. Eventually, we followed a french couple into the lobby and they drew our attention to an envelope which was left on the side with the room key in it and the access codes! When we got to the room, it was tidy but stank of smoke. Overall it was extremely stressful and I feel that it should have been made clear what the arrangements were if you check in later in the evening. It would not have been difficult to send an email explaining that if you check in late, an envelope will be left on the side with the key in it etc. We have two young children and nearly continued driving to our destination as we weren't sure we could actually get into the hotel.

Met 4 vrienden op weg naar het zuiden op de motor. Lekker dichtbij de snelweg, maar toch wel rustig gelegen. Behalve die vliegtuigen die regelmatig overvliegen...... Ruime kamers met beneden en boven. Grote douche. Heerlijke bedden. Als een blok geslapen. Parkeerplaats die wordt afgesloten met een groot hek. Buiten terras met genoeg tafels. Lekkere biertjes worden er geserveerd. Zelfs ook een echte pizzaoven. Maar de pizza's krijgen een 7'tje. Het is geen pizzeria.
