Questo hotel è abbastanza ragionevole per un viaggio in transito. Non devi guardare troppo vicino, ma tutto funziona e puoi dormire. E non importa che sia pulito. È importante per un viaggio in transito. Non è un hotel per passare tutta la tua vacanza, ma quello che ho trovato un grande punto meno importante è che la luce si è svegliata molto velocemente, molto noioso. Il cibo che era il migliore di tutto e che rende molto buona, spaziosa scelta in tutto e ci sono molti altri hotel che possono prendere un esempio. Centro a piedi e stazione.

A typical Ibis Styles, which give you a bit more than an ordinary Ibis provides. It’s located on a one-way street close to the railway station and not far from the river. The English speaking staff were really helpful, one even giving us his umbrella as there was a threat of heavy rain when we went to dinner. The only problem we encountered was that the lift wasn’t working, so lots of walking up and down stairs, but these things happen. The inclusive extras included free coffee and croissants available in reception and a good buffet breakfast. This included a good range of cold meat and cheeses, an orange juicing machine (lovely) and hot choices. There is garage parking just down the street, but the wrong way so a drive around the block and not a problem, which cost €9.50 for my motorcycle and was very secure. Would happily stay here again.

Reasonably priced hotel but not a great stay. We thought we'd pre-booked a parking space at the hotel but that appeared to not be the case so had to park in an open public car park in the town. Room 101 was convenient to main staircase and lift to ground floor. The mattress was super firm. However, the sliding door to the en suite was a total disaster, as it made an awful noise whenever we closed or opened it. Also when 'closed', it left open spaces either side so no privacy whatsoever. The double bed on the l/h/side was against the window/wall so I had to climb over the bed to get in and out of it. The 'see-thru' plastic type chair was very noisy when it was moved. However, the shaving mirror in the en suite was excellent and superb in every way and there was lots of space to spread toiletries out. The hotel is a beautiful old building but sadly the awful, far to modern updates, are a total disaster. Breakfast was nothing short of chaotic. It was self-service but we were unable to find cutlery or plates, which we finally discovered hidden in drawers and selves below the food. No hot milk was available to have with our coffee.

Ero in viaggio con la mia famiglia, ho prenotato in questo hotel per poter usufruire della piscina dopo 6 ore di viaggio con mio marito e mia figlia di 1 anno e mezzo, e solo 1 settimana prima dal mio arrivo, scopro PER CASO, che non avrei potuto accedere alla piscina con la mia bimba. Nessuno mi ha mai informata di questo, solo per caso, dopo la terza chiamata che ho fatto per assicurarmi di varie cose, scopro che non solo mia figlia non può entrare in piscina ma che l’accesso è pure a pagamento. Per questo trovo che per la qualità del servizio, mi sembra assurdo il prezzo per notte, visto che la spa e piscina sono a pagare come supplemento. Poi mi chiedo: secondo loro…dove avrei lasciato mia figlia di 1 anno e mezzo mentre ero in piscina??? In camera da sola??? Sorvolando questo, al telefono avevo anche chiesto se co fosse un servizio ristorazione, poiché incinta ed avrei avuto bisogno si cenare sul posto, mi è stata data risposta positiva quando invece si tratta di un bar con servizio aperitivo di taglieri di formaggi e prosciutti ed altre cose che in gravidanza non posso mangiare, meno male che non cerano solo formaggi a pasta molle ed il pane era buono. Il personale di servizio ce la mette tutta, sono tutti ragazzo molto cordiali che cercano di vare il loro meglio ma, a mio avviso, essendo un l’hotel a 4* dovrebbe formare il personale in modo adeguato. Al nostro arrivo la stanza era gelata, non potendo usare la piscina volevo fare un bagno alla bimba ed andare a cenare altrove ma non mi è stato possibile farlo a causa della temperatura, in più nel lettino della bimba non c’era neanche un lenzuolo ed era sfondato. Gentilmente il ragazzo della ricezione mi ha portato una coperta ma la piccola ha dormito con noi nel letto perché si svegliava più volte a causa del lettino sfondato. Insomma, se doveste andare con la famiglia, meglio porre tante tante domande, cosa che io ho fatto ma comunque qualcosa mi è sfuggito e siccome ero in vacanza non ne ho voglia di stressarmi per questo. Quindi direi che non è per niente adatto a viaggi in famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Cosa che in un 4* o 5* non mi era mai capitato.

Bella vista del fiume dalla nostra camera. Grande letto super comodo. Bella signora di aiuto alla ricezione.Colazione disponibile. Ha una macchina di vendita per piccoli snack e un salone per andare a sgomberare e rilassarsi. Ha un ascensore. Camminare breve per negozi e bar. Bello hotel.

This is one of many Grand Old Hotels that Best Western has refurbed in Europe. This was an unplanned stop with no advance reservation. We arrived late in the day, tired, grumpy, and were treated very kindly. Desk staff had good English. The desk gave us our Best Western discount! Breakfast was an additional E13 each and secure parking was E18. Many hotels in Europe charge for parking. The room was big, nice, clean and well equipped. There were no wash cloths but the best towels of the trip. There was AC with its own thermostat, a safe, kleenex and mini bar. There was a lift and then a bit of a walk to our room. Hotel has access from underground parking area. This is a typical BW rehab of an older property that preserves as much original charm as possible while providing modern conveniences. Breakfast was the typical lay out of hot and cold, the only disappointment sub par coffee. Don't let the exterior appearance fool you, this is a very nice hotel. Parking was very secure. Don't be intimated by the photo or the ramp. This arrangement is typical in France and easily done with a little practice. Perhaps we're too picky but we had a hard time finding dinner. Maybe we should have wandered further from the hotel. Our Domino pizza was disappointing because it tasted too much like USA pizza and not like European pizza. We would gladly stay here again.

Mia moglie, mia figlia e io abbiamo fermato in questo hotel sulla nostra strada verso e da Costa Dorada in Spagna. È un luogo ideale di fermata, poiché è molto vicino all'autostrada A6. Sembra che ci siano un sacco di parcheggio gratuito per le 30 o così camere che l'hotel ha. Il personale è molto gentile e utile, soprattutto perché il nostro francese parlato era piuttosto povero. Le camere sono compatte, pulite e condizionate. Ci sono WiFi gratuita e TV nella camera. Il bagno era piccolo ma tutto funzionava. Le letti erano molto confortevoli e abbiamo dormito bene in entrambe le occasioni. Il colazione è stato servito nella piccola zona di pranzo (che si raddoppia come la ricezione/bar) tra 0700 e 0930h. Era un buffet continentale autoservato che era bello. Il bar era aperto fino alle 2000 ore ogni sera, e in sintesi, vorrei raccomandare e rimarremmo sicuramente qui se viaggiassimo in questa zona.
