Abbiamo ricevuto molto bene all'orologio di Troia. Le camere erano pulite, il colazione è stato molto buono e ci hanno anche permesso di camminare per i nostri cani. Abbiamo anche potuto visitare la città di Troyes, che si trova a 15 minuti dall'hotel.

I have used this hotel many times, usually in the winter, this is the second time in summer. The air conditioning was not working on our out bound journey and 3 weeks later it still wasn't! A friend stayed a week later, and it still wasn't. Disappointed.

An excellent modern style hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable with modern style wardrobes offering plenty of storage. Car park is directly opposite the reception, easy to get to, and when we were there had ample, secure parking. Breakfast was buffet style, but had everything we wanted. All this for a very reasonable price too. From a practical viewpoint the hotel is only around 10 minutes walk from the town centre. They even supply a walking map to tour the old town, which we found extremely helpful.

Siamo rimasti per una notte a Bastille giorno, sulla nostra strada verso gli Alpi. Il check-in è stato efficace come la loro risposta alle email di parcheggio prima dell'arrivo. Hanno condiviso, sicuro parcheggio sotterraneo con l'Ibis per 12 euro e abbiamo ricevuto il codice di accesso inviato in tempo al nostro arrivo. Il parcheggio era abbastanza pieno, così sensato a prenotare. L'hotel è stato riqualificato in modo che la camera e lounge area era leggera e pulita, anche se alcuni dei progetti sono un po' chic e perdono funzionalità, per esempio segnali per diverse aree/toilette. There’s a circular bar in the lobby which also doubles as part of the set up for the good buffet breakfast - wide choice, including Nespresso coffees, cooked breakfast, croissants, bread, fruits etc. Bar prices are reasonable. L'hotel offre bottiglie d'acqua riempite nella vostra stanza con un tappo che fornisce acqua fredda, silenziosa o spargimento su ogni piano. Il letto era comodo e le pillole antiallergiche che avevo richiesto per la prenotazione erano state fornite. È a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro città per negozi, bar e ristoranti, anche se alcuni sono stati chiusi il giorno di Bastille.
