Che buona accoglienza di questa gentile dama che cucina, si riceve e si dà l’amore di rimanere più a lungo per scoprire questo splendido luogo che è la Normandia. Raccomando vivamente con l’idea di venire a passare un buon momento perché è l’essenza e di lasciare i mini dettagli che si vede sui pareri di certi che vi rompe la magia di coloro che si mettono in 4 per voi. Passate di buoni momenti a 2 o più per condividere l’ubicazione in cui una piscina è in progetto su questo bellissimo parco ombrato. A presto di rivedervi Fabienne Fillion ti piace la tua regione e questo si vede attraverso il tuo art. 🙏

Non specialmente andare! Ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel 5 giorni, siamo stati molto delusi del rapporto qualità prezzo! Attenzione se siete sulla riva sinistra si lascerà perdere. Inoltre, la tassa di soggiorno è meno costoso è per dire .. Se vuoi un wifi,non cercare anche se è indicato un wifi nelle camere non c'è la riva sinistra. Sala sporca matite tagliato orecchino che sentono l'urina Bagno mancante Rideau non occultante del tutto Miette nella stanza Odore di bagno di stazione di servizio in bagno. Parliamo della piscina, un orrore, nessuno sorveglia così la gente si permette di fumare in acqua, di croccare in acqua e di bagnarsi completamente vestiti, un regolamento è entrato nella piscina indicato, anche se tutto questo è vietato ma Nessuno lo fa rispettare. Abbiamo passato notti molto rumorosi dopo aver sbarrato molto nei corridoi e piscina dell'hotel abbiamo chiamato la ricevimento 7 volte dicendo che la polizia andrà a intervenire lo aspettiamo sempre nei corridoi. Non abbiamo mai potuto dormire su entrambi gli orecchi così tanti stripingi, che portano fumo nei corridoi. Un punto positivo, la colazione non abbiamo niente da dire, personale molto accogliente, gentile benevolente, colazione molto bene rifornire e molto vari

Benvenuta da una bella signora, il cui inglese era meglio del mio francese, e la stanza era pulita e ben arredata. Camera pulita ogni giorno e asciugamani freschi forniti Se siete su un bilancio questo è il posto e aggiungere a questo parcheggio sicuro, abbiamo fatto scendere su Harley così sicuro parcheggio è un must, era un ottimo hotel. Je ne comprends pas les précédents avis. La literie est très agréable, la propreté irréprochable, très silencieux et l'accueil était excellent. nous avons été reçu par un Monsieur et une jeune fille très agréable et de bonnes humeurs, nous reviendrons pour notre prochain séjour.

I wish I had read the 1* and 2* reviews on here before booking. I thought an overall 4.5* was reliable but I think people who gave those stayed a very short time. We stayed 8 nights and had the 'full' experience... As others have noted, this is not a 4* hotel. It is some rooms, with a pool outside in a very pretty garden, but it bears no resemblance to a hotel in terms of service and standards. I have stayed in far superior 2* hotels. It was a hugely disappointing stay. Having to constantly ask for very basic things like shampoo and soap is frustrating and eventually we stopped trying. By the end of our stay, our frustration had turned to anger but there was no point complaining. The problems are not occasional or errors, they are systemic. We noticed a plaque for 'Buildinvest' on the gate. I googled the company. It explains quite a lot. I recommend you google the company and it's main business and business model before booking... A quick summary: * the shower leaked all over the floor * the shower head bracket was broken * toiletries in our room were never replenished - not once - in 8 nights! We had to beg the desk staff for shampoo. They then ran around looking in cupboards. Sometimes they brought some, sometimes they just forgot about it. In the end we went to a supermarket and bought some for ourselves. I have never had to do that when staying in a 4* hotel. * there were holes in one of the bath towels we were provided with. * the rug in the room was tatty and had come unstuck from the floor. It was a massive trip hazard in the middle of the room and my husband fell over it on the first day. We had to ask twice for it to be rectified over a course of 4 days. There is clearly no maintenance staff on site. Nothing gets repaired or maintained. * breakfast is disappointing. It is the same everyday - in the case of the fruit and 'salad' it is literally the same food. The cucumber had gone slimy and the apples were old and soft but they continued to bring them out day after day. By day 3 I really wanted to leave but we had paid over £2,000 upfront so were trapped there. * the breakfast seating is appalling. Everyone is crammed into tiny tables around sofas that are never used. Guests have to queue up at a machine to get a coffee. It's like a budget hotel. There was clear anger among a number of guests but the staff seem oblivious to it. On the final morning all the tables outside were covered in the dirty ashtrays from the previous night, filled will old cigarette butts. It was depressing. I couldn't face it and left and paid for breakfast elsewhere. * the only coffee onsite is from a self-service coffee machine that uses powdered milk. It is appalling. Like something from an M40 service station c.1989. Everyone in the breakfast room was disgusted, French, German, English alike. It is not appropriate for a venue that claims to be a 4* hotel. How hard is it to serve guests a proper cup of coffee? * we went out and bought milk to have coffee in

Grande hotel ben situato, un accoglienza calda, con personale molto comprensivo. I cani sono accettati solo per questo, grazie. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro molto breve soggiorno che fu di un grande riposo per noi. non esitaremo a tornare.

Nous venions pour un evenement sportif nous obligeant à prendre notre déjeuner tôt le matin (7h). L'accueil nous informe que pour le dimanche c'est 7h30 et cerise sur le gateau que nous sommes obligés de le payer mémé si nous ne le prenons pas car nous l'avions indiqué en option dans la reservation. Le lendemain quand nous préparons les voitures à 7h15 nous constatons que la salle du petit déjeuner est ouverte. A la demande de nombreux participants à la course, il avait finalement avancé l'heure du pdj mais sans prévenir, aucune affichette, rien....

Assai sorpreso da questo hotel. Non mi aspettavo molto perché ho prenotato una notte solo per fare una scala. La stanza era più spaziale di quanto pensassi, era pulita e la lettiera era confortevole. Tuttavia, mancava un po’ di luminosità, c’era solo una finestra e non era molto grande. In ogni caso, ho un'esperienza positiva in questo hotel.

A very friendly and welcoming team are there to begin your stay. A very well-maintained hotel with beautiful furnishings and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were shown personally to our room having been given a tour of the hotel facilities ie the restaurant, soma and pool. The room was ample in size (a superior room on the fourth floor) and the bathroom /shower room was very generous. There was a wonderful view over the golf course snd open air swimming pool. We decided to enjoy the three course meal in the restaurant. The food was outstanding. Plenty of choice to suit all palettes. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful and made the evening feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was of a first-class standard with a choice of freshly-cooked eggs. My husband has never had such beautifully fried eggs ( fried in cacao butter - much healthier!). Outside of Deauville but only a few minutes drive away to tranquility and peace with a magnificent view over the town of Deauville, the beach and the bay. Totally and highly recommend staying here.
