Non è mai un buon inizio quando nessuno vi ha detto che si può accedere al parcheggio adiacente solo ricevendo una carta RFID dalla ricezione (e buona fortuna trovare dove fermarsi sulla strada in un pomeriggio occupato venerdì pomeriggio). Il parcheggio è sporco, sporco e non ha ascensore, quindi si sta praticando il sollevamento di peso mentre si negozia le scale. Il prossimo problema: il corridoio alla stanza era ribaltato di fumo di sigarette - la porta era aperta con (ovviamente) un estintore, in modo che il ”balcone” potesse essere utilizzato come zona di fumo. La stanza era così profumata di fumo (e piena di volpe).Il problema più grande: era un giorno molto caldo (e era una settimana calda), ma il condizionamento dell’aria non funzionava. Il personale non era affatto interessato, dicevano che non era la stagione per A/C e che non era possibile aprire la finestra su una strada occupata = un sacco di rumore (e la stanza non si raffreddava nemmeno tanto). La camera per colazione era insostenibile (perché non c'era nemmeno l'A/C) e la scelta era di scarsa qualità e limitata. Non che si notasse: il sole pieno, nessun cieco, morire di calore prima di poter consumare molto. Ho visto alcune recensioni positive di questo hotel, quindi forse li abbiamo in un brutto giorno, ma non consiglierei assolutamente nessuno di restare qui a meno che non si confermi che l'A/C sta lavorando **and ** in realtà si è girato .....

Not the easiest to find but worth it.. It is down a one way side street and you need to go the reception to get code for entrance to underground car park. Although room is fairly baisc it has fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery should you wish to eat in. It is convenient for local atttractions such as the cathedral and water gardens. Having underground secure parking is an added bonus. i

The Grand Hôtel de l'Univers is located on a pedestrian-only street in center of Amiens, very conveniently located a very short walk from the train station. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bathroom appeared recently-renovated. The rest of our room, and the common areas, however, were a bit more worn, and a little renovation wouldn't go amiss. WiFi was available, free, and it worked well. Our room was not air conditioned, which didn't matter much during our stay (September) but might be uncomfortable in mid-summer. The front desk staff were bilingual, very welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to help us. Overall, I'd give it a grade of A for location, A+ for the staff, and a B- for the overall condition of the facilities.

A brilliant stay! We stopped for in a night in Amiens when cycling from Essex to Paris. It’s our second time staying at this hotel and again it has been perfect! Great location, very friendly staff and excellent facilities. A great selection of food was available for dinner, our bikes were stored safely in a meeting room and all of our riders were extremely comfortable when staying. A massive thank you to Mathilde for her help with booking and Hugo for looking after us upon arrival. We look forward to staying with you again!

Hotel molto ben situato non lontano dalla cattedrale, il personale è a cura di piccoli. La nostra camera è situata sul lato strada quindi un po' di rumore ...ma siamo in città !! Bemol per la camera l'acqua calda che è molto lungo da arrivare ... Preciso che questo hotel non dispone di ascensore o di aria condizionata. Il buffet era perfetto.. senza parcheggio sottoterra più economico dei parcheggi

Very clean, modern, well equipped, quiet and comfortable Hotel for short stays. Well designed rooms, very clean, neat and comfortable. Bathrooms were great, very clean, well designed and for the price wide above standard. Bike room is great to secure costly bikes. Very nice, attentive personnel, everybody. Anybody speaks English also. Communication before arrival was great, thoughtful and accommodating. We got the offer to get two rooms which can be connected, so the kids (6 and 7) could sleep with us in the same room. For us it was important they have a car parking without height restrictions and parking on hotel property. This was the main reason to choose. We're coming back at our next journey to Bretagne.

Abbiamo affittato una camera familiare (C 202) che è più un appartamento con 2 camere adiacenti separati da una porta, una cucina (caffè /tea strutture;cutlery ...).Nuovo edificio. Molto pulito. Delizioso, moderno mobili solidi. Spazioso bagno con doccia a grande distanza. ricevitori amichevoli. Buffet di colazione buono:ampia scelta ( frutta, uova, carcuterie, formaggio, diversi tipi di pane..) Check-out tardi a 12 (invece di 11 ore o prima in altri hotel). Non lontano dal centro di Rouen. · Meno positivo: solo 1 piccola lavastoviglie nella camera da bagno (per un posto così spazioso- può essere utilizzato da fino a 4 persone) e poche possibilità di mettere i bagni. 1 TV set per entrambe le camere (solo canali francesi). La costruzione funziona in zona - quindi può avere un po' di rumore al mattino. Un po' difficile da trovare in questo nuovo sito: dopo il segno dell'hotel (non immediatamente visibile dalla strada) girare direttamente a destra verso il parcheggio (con barriera). È l'edificio bianco sulla tua destra... segue la strada di vento alla doppia porta di vetro.
