Wooden cottage 1996, kitchen, living room, upstairs: 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each and a hall 2 beds, balcony, open porch. Separate seashore sauna with washroom (cold water pipe) and dressing room with iron stove (cooking plate above the iron stove). Långstrand’s cottage is located in a lovely rural environment on the shore of a sheltered sea bay. The cottage stands in its own quiet area and the yard is level and grassed. From upstairs balcony also view of sea. In yard children’s swing, table and benches. Sea area in front of cottage offers good opportunities for hobbies. The good fishing waters will attract fishing enthusiasts. Summer towns of Tammisaari and Hanko are located within a few dozen kilometres, Raasepori castle is 35 km away.

The water to the pond comes from the nearby stream (cold water). Movable hot tub, for 6-8 persons, bookable from the owner. Availability must be inquired in advance (hot tub is rented between two cottages). Nearby 2 huts and fire places. The other hut is located near a fish-rich lake with a boat. Small game hunting opportunities in the fall for a separate agreement. Good berry and mushroom picking areas. The cottages are well suited for such use of two couples. Owner has two other rental cottages, cabins, however, all of their privacy. Salo and Tammisaari 35 km, Hanko 55 km, Turku and Naantali attractions 115 km, Fiskars and Billnäs villages 20 km, Raasepori castle ruins 40 km, Meri-Teijo Ski and Golf 25 km, Ruukkigolf and hill car track 20 km, Ski Påminne 25 km , Sports Institute Kisakeskus 35 km.

There are good transport connections to the villa. 65 km south from Salo, 178 km from Helsinki, 85 km from Turku, 220 km from Tampere. Well-equipped kitchen, double bed in the bedroom and two beds in the loft above it. There are also two beds in the loft above the sauna. Electric sauna, washroom with shower and WC. Shared beach with boat pier. Distance to the sea beach is about 100 meters. There is new production in the area, and the yard areas are still partially unfinished (year 2022-23). This is an ideal destination for excursions to the surrounding area. Taalintehdas (6 km), Västanfjärd, Mathildedal (39 km), Perniö, Söderlångvik (7 km), Kasnäs, Öro fortress island, Hiittinen island and Högsåra village are well reachable. There are many ferry connections from Kasnäs and Taalintehdas to the surrounding area, even to Hanko and the lighthouse island of Bengtskär. In addition, Villa Kruunula is an excellent starting point to start biking along the so-called coastal route. For golfers, there are a couple of golf courses, Bjärkas Golf and Meri-Teijo Golf. There are several farm shops in Kemiönsaari island. Good possibilities to buy fresh vegetables and other local products. Taalintehdas marketplace on Wednesdays and Saturdays is a versatile place for shopping. Villa Kruunula can also be reached by bus from Turku and Helsinki. Bus stop is less than 1 km distance from the villa.
