No se como serà el hotel, pero lo que es el asador es para sacarse el sombrero. La calidad y presentación de la comida es de 10, y las chicas del restaurante brillan por su simpatía. A partir de ahora serà una parada obligada siempre que venga por aquí, y la próxima vez probaré el hotel

Non mi piacerebbe considerare questo hotel a 5 stelle, le viste e le circostanze sono grandi, ma è tutto a che fare. L'hotel ha bisogno di una corretta rigenerazione, i mobili sono antichi e con chiare indicazioni di uso, mosquito e polvere che copre molte aree. L'intero posto dà una vibrazione di 70 anni, e non in buona maniera. Il peggio per me è quanto le camere sono prodotte male. I piani dei corridoi sono aperti, ma c'è un ampio divario tra le assi, quindi quando la gente si gira intorno a portare bagagli, sembra un treno di carico che passa fuori dalla stanza, e non molto quando succede presto al mattino. Il colazione e il ristorante sono buoni, e la maggior parte del personale è bello.

Un delizioso hotel appena fuori Toledo. Parcheggio facile e un addetto alla reception caloroso e accogliente che ci ha dato consigli sulle opzioni per raggiungere la città. Una bellissima camera con una vista fantastica e letti molto comodi. Anche la doccia era fantastica. Ci siamo goduti una buona cena nel ristorante e abbiamo dormito tranquillamente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wonderful experience such a charming hotel with a feeling of old time century. The front reception staff are excellent with great knowledge, looking to really make your Toledo experience maravilloso. I was giving an upgraded room with an amazing view of the old city. The rooms are lovely well cleaned and very rustic old charm. The hotel as a restaurant and lobby bar. No coffee markers in the room they have a nespresso machine complimentary all day. They offer free parking on the hotel grounds I would recommend this hotel for a different experience.

Situazione di fanatica per visitare Toledo nelle colline con splendide viste e molto pulite. Terrazza si può prendere le vostre bevande o cibo in più area comunale con microonde. Bella piscina di immersione con grandi viste. Il bus fermo fuori porta a destra nel centro di Toledo richiede circa 10 minuti con grandi viste, i bus sono molto regolari e in tempo e ritorna direttamente fuori dall'hotel. Parcheggio gratuito sul fronte, ma non molti, anche se abbiamo parcheggiato su di esso. O si può parcheggiare all'inverso dalla fermata dell'autobus. Che sembra sicuro perché si trova nelle colline lontano da altri hotel, eccetera e sembra sempre avere spazio. Non avrei alcun problema di parcheggiare la nostra auto affittandola.

We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.

Amore questo hotel. Certamente tornerà per un soggiorno più lungo se mai torna a Toledo. Dalle foto ho pensato che fosse bello, ma quando ci siamo arrivati, eccetto controllare un po' di impegnato aspettare come 15 minuti, la camera n decor dell'hotel era stupenda! La stanza è grande e gratuita.Abbiamo preso una bottiglia dal minibar n voleva pagare quando si è verificato, il personale ha detto che non c'era problema, solo un piccolo gesto fa un'ottima impressione.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente e può essere raggiunta in ogni punto di vista.La camera dell'hotel è comoda, la sanità è pulita e pulita, il personale dell'hotel è molto atteggiato, il ristorante raccomandato è buono e costoso.La colazione è buona, il sapore è buono, la scelta è molto alta.Sicuramente tornerà di nuovo

The hotel is located by the river at the foot of the hill on which Toledo old town is situated. It’s slightly away from the centre and very easy to find the way there by car. We booked a double room for one night, which turned out to be the corner room on the first floor overlooking the street. It was medium sized, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, well appointed, with a large comfortable bed. We heard no street noise overnight. The hotel receptionist was very helpful, particularly when she came outside to assist us with the parking meter (see below). The walk to the old town from the hotel is up steep cobbled streets and I expect is very tiring, particularly in hot weather. However, opposite the hotel is a bus stop from which the No.12 mini bus leaves every 30 mins. For 1 euro this will take you the 5 stops to the junction of Cuesta Carlos V and the Plaza Zocodover at the North West corner of the Alcazar. The downhill walk back to the hotel from this area is no hardship, even after a big meal. There are plenty of bars/restaurants around Plaza Zocodover and nearby Plaza Magdalena, although the restaurants don’t start to open until about 20:00. A bit further along Cuesta Carlos V from the bus stop is where the tourist “train” runs from. This is a pleasant and informative 45mins trip around the city walls with stunning views of Toledo from the opposite side of the river. Parking, we have a large SUV (Jag F-Pace) and parking it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. It has its own garage for 15 euro a night. The entrance door is wide enough for any size car to get in or out, but the 10 or so parking bays inside are quite narrow. Getting into one when the surrounding bays are empty and can be driven into to help manoeuvring would be no problem either. However if the surrounding bays are taken, I imagine the bigger the car, the more awkward the necessary shuffling would be. In the end we didn’t need the garage because there are 8 or so on street parking bays directly outside the hotel, and we arrived about 15:00 and dropped lucky and got one. In fact the closer it got to 17:00, the more spaces became available. These bays are in the orange zone 1 area which means there is a charge to park between 10:00 x 14:00 and 17:00 x 21:00 on weekdays. It’s 3 euro for each 4 hour period. The parking meter is a bit complicated, but as best I remember it goes like this. Touch the screen to turn on. Then press the key with the flag icon on it. Select English. Select “general” ticket. Type in your car number and then pay. Display ticket in your windscreen. You can pay at any time but the ticket doesn’t start until the charge period. We paid 3 euro at 15:00, which covered us until 10:00 the following day, by which time we’d left. I imagine there are nicer hotels, in better locations, further up in the old town, but with a car there are only a couple of underground public car parks up there and some of the streets are very narrow.
