This hotel was really good with fabulous attentive staff. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, super bathroom and very clean. Outstanding breakfast and good cafe style dinner. Ten euros taxi ride into City. Good parking. Highly recommended

Abbiamo fatto un ottimo lavoro, oltre a quelli che ci hanno servito molto gentili e giusti! Il buffet per la colazione è molto corretto e completo e questo piace anche quando (come me) la colazione è una delle pranze forti del giorno. La stanza è super pulita! Il parcheggio è molto bene, perché ci sono parcheggio gratuito accanto o zona di parcheggio in strada, per entrambe le opzioni. Quindi, anche se non è molto centrale, qualità prezzo un 10!

We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.

Wow è la prima impressione che si ha davanti alla imponente facciata plateresca del Parador di León, collocato all’interno del monastero di San Marco del 16° secolo. Di fianco c’è la chiesa e conserva ancora lo splendido antico chiostro a cui si accede anche dall’albergo. L’interno è invece stato ristrutturato in stile moderno, anche se una parte mantiene lo stile dell’edificio originario con mobili e arazzi antichi. Sulle pareti dei corridoi che portano alle camere, intorno come a un chiostro moderno che si affaccia sul bar, sono appesi moltissimi quadri moderni: un piccolo piacevole museo. La nostra camera (Superior) era molto accogliente e ampia, silenziosissima e dotata di tutti i comfort con un grandissimo e comodo bagno. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione, invece non abbiamo cenato in hotel. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Cocinando (1 stella Michelin) di fianco alla facciata del Parador. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio all’aperto, gratuito per gli ospiti (ci si accede da un cancello dietro il Parador). Il Parador non è vicino alla zona della Cattedrale ma in 15 minuti a piedi o con taxi (non costosi) si arriva facilmente. Splendido ricordo, consigliatissimo!

Albergo comodissimo per la sua posizione, da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi e che offre possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze a buone condizioni. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile. E' una struttura che è stata senz'altro ristrutturata (lo si vede per esempio dalla doccia), ma che presenta anche tanti elementi che denotano i segni del tempo: porte vecchie e parecchio rovinate, aria condizionata rumorosissima. La nota più negativa è stata la colazione: scarsa, gestita da una persona praticamente inesistente, che si è occupata per tutto il tempo di altro che non dei clienti, in una sala in cui mancava completamente la possibilità di avere tovaglioli, posate o bicchieri aggiuntivi. Nel complesso accettabile per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hemos ido a celebrar el aniversario de boda recordando que hace 10 años estuvimos allí. Hemos cogido la experiencia romántica y ha sido muy bonita y emocionante. La atención del personal ha sido fantástica y el desayuno inmejorable , no faltaba de nada. La única pega es que nos llovió bastante.

The hotel seems nice when you enter but when leaving the ground floor all is really old and my room was awful. It was a single room and it was way to small. Even the bathroom was really uncomfortable. To close the door you had to change the place of the bin, when seated in the toilet the knees were touching the tub (and I and not tall at all). The room was in the second floor facing the back and the window was to a small closed space with no ventilation. There was always a strange smell that was really noticeable when entering the room. On the plus side, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was standard. The staff did not seem really nice or proficient (specially when approached in English).
