Location incredibile sul mare, la vista dalla nostra camera(al 13’ piano) valeva da sola il prezzo. Vicinissimo alle piscine Martianez, risulta molto comodo per visitare il centro di Puerto. Entrando si percepisce una sensazione di pulito che si vive in tutti gli ambienti, sempre impeccabilmente igienizzati e profumati. Cortesia e disponibilità sono prerogative costanti riscontrabili in tutto il personale della struttura. Avendo la pensione completa , abbiamo avuto modo di verificare menù sempre squisiti e variati. Quando di nuovo a Puerto, il Best Semiramis sarà la nostra futura casa.

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. Posizione: dove è stato più conveniente, quando pensava che non fosse un po'solo per il mare, ma non era necessario, Infrastrutture: dovrebbe essere ok, in questo posto, anche se non ci sono così tanti hotel vacanze grandi e grandi, dopo tutto, anche un membro di LHW dovrebbe essere buono Ambiente: dopo tutto, è stato un po', ma è stato pulito e pulito, non così nuovo. Servizio: il servizio è prevalentemente buono, specialmente buono, anche il spa, è sudore e piscina calda 🏊. All'inizio di aprile abbiamo avuto una settimana molto piacevole all'Hotel La Carabela. Il buffet di colazione era sorprendentemente diverso; abbiamo apprezzato in particolare tutti i frutti e le verdure, ad esempio le mele di forno, le banane fritte, le aubergine e la curgetta, le foglie di salada e i dolci. La pulizia delle camere e la preparazione dei letti erano molto eccellenti e si è svolta abbastanza spesso, quindi è stato bello tornare in una stanza ben pulita la sera (può essere necessario pulire sotto il letto, diciamo una volta alla settimana). Anche se la piscina all'aperto non era in uso, ci sono stati pochi nuoto nella piscina coperta, che è ovviamente molto conveniente se piovesse. La vista dal nostro balcone verso Teide era molto appassionante sia durante il giorno che durante la notte. La vista dalla terrazza del tetto dell'hotel è stata anche molto impressionante e questa zona sarebbe utile utilizzare di più. Anche se c'era bisogno di qualche lavoro di riparazione qui e là (chiusura sulle porte del balcone e del bagno, manipolazione della doccia), l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era tesa e piacevole. Il quartiere era stato ristrutturato, ma il rumore della costruzione non ci ha disturbato. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è tranquillo, ma a pochi passi da una varietà di negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo anche un bel numero di esercizi quando camminiamo verso la parte inferiore della città, la spiaggia e il Lago Martianez, e poi tornano all'hotel.

Ho trascorso recentemente una breve vacanza in quel di Tenerife e precisamente all'hotel H10tenerife playa dal 28/09 al 4/10/2022 e devo dire che mi sono trovato non bene ma benissimo!Un hotel eccezionale, con camere perfette e pulitissime con un panorama unico quale può essere il mare dell'Oceano! Ristorazione tra le migliori mai degustate nella mia vita con menù all'altezza della situazione e tutte di prelibata fattura a cena e pranzo; a colazione splendida scelta fino ai succhi di frutta più rari e gustosi, tutto veramente delizioso!Un grosso complimento a tutta la struttura per tutto il loro operato, davvero impeccabile! Dimenticavo la piscina: davvero bellissima con un servizio eccellente ed un'animazione all'altezza di tutto ciò che si puoò riscontrare nella struttura! Un peccato non andarci :un sogno realizzato.Grazie a tutta l'organizzazione H10 tenerife playa....spero di ritornarci presto!

Siamo state in questo hotel più o meno 15 giorni, hotel di “facciata “ molto bello, posizione eccellente con vista mare. Le uniche cose spiacevoli sono la mancanza del frigo bar in stanza e purtroppo la pulizia della camera , in tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stato pulito il bidet e ne sono certa perché c era un capello sul bordo che non è mai stato tolto , addirittura ho buttato un asciugamano dentro per far sì che fosse pulito , invece nulla e non è stato messo nemmeno l’asciugamano di ricambio, altro episodio , patatine per terra fuori sul terrazzo , sono rimaste lì una settimana e poi altra cosa importante lo spazzolone del water, non esiste che non ci sia ! Per il resto colazione abbondante e cena ottima tutto a buffet, la maggior parte del personale gentile e sempre con il sorriso

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza dal 16 al 25 settembre in questo hotel che si trova in centro a Puerto De la Cruz. Mi sono trovato davvero bene! Personale gentilissimo in primis. Poi l’hotel è in una bella zona a due passi dal lago Martianez e dal corso principale della città. Come città Puerto de la Cruz è una di quelle che ci è piaciuta di più dell’isola, veramente carina, perciò è l’ideale soggiornarci. L’hotel ha di tutto con piscina, biliardo e tante attività per chi vuole stare molto in hotel. Poi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione con colazione e cena inclusi, ci siamo trovati molto bene, il cibo era vario e molto buono, e sono italiano perciò sono abituato bene😂. Ci ritornerei assolutamente anche perché ha prezzi buonissimi! Italo

L'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato, senza modificare la struttura originaria. Le stanze ora hanno pavimenti in laminato. I mobili sono di tipo minimal moderni e lasciano a vista il vestiario. Il bagno ha una grossa doccia, che sostituisce la vasca da bagno. Non è presente il bidet anche se il posto per installarlo ci sarebbe. Il miscelatore della doccia ci mette un po a regolare la temperatura voluta. Materassi davvero comodi, buona la pulizia delle camere. Ristorazione, il menù è il classico degli hotel. Buone le verdure. È presente il banco cottura a vista della carne e pesce. Carne discreta, pesce così così, Non ho provato i primi, ma a vista non mi paiono eccezionali. Banco frutta, così così. Banco dolci. davvero scadente di bassa qualità, come pure i gelati offerti. Discreta la colazione. Il parcheggio in zona si trova, ma con una certa difficoltà. So the hotel itself is clean, beds are comfy and air con in room is good. Overall we had a comfortable stay, but... good is not great. My son has allergies and due to the language barrier between myself and restaurant manager I was given wrong information but luckily I figured out what he meant. There is no entertainment for children and the hotel is not child friendly. Pool is tiny and whilst the lifeguard allowed my kids to play ball with people they had met on holiday, a lady complained (who wasn't even in pool just sat in the edge) and they were told to stop playing. The pool itself is tiny and in the middle of several streets. It was surrounded by other buildings and the smelled of drains from the street. Also all the tiles were coming off which was grubby and unsafe. Bar staff were rude and 100% prioritised Spanish residents over others. I think the hotel in general has a negative attitude towards non-Spanish visitors. I booked the holiday as a last minute summer holiday treat for our family but was really disappointed with the hotel. Also the area has no swimmable beaches, they are all rocky and sea is far too choppy - great for surfing but that is all. Puerto De La Cruz is really cloudy and I've been told that is generally the climate in North Tenerife but if you like the sun, go to the South. If you do visit the area with kids then the Bahia Principe looked amazing, I could see the pol area and hear the music from my room and really wished we were in that hotel instead. ✌️

Appartamento con una camera da letto molto confortevole, con balcone e tavolo, tavolo all'interno, cucina completamente attrezzata. Pulizie fatte quasi quotidianamente. Molto pulito, personale molto gentile, compresa la reception. Eravamo accanto al ristorante al piano terra, quindi un po' di rumore la sera, ma accanto per godersi l'intrattenimento. Il residence è ben posizionato per muoversi in città a piedi, auto parcheggiata all'esterno massimo 5 minuti nelle vie adiacenti. lo staff spiega anche come arrivarci... Molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno.
