The food was excellent and although the staff had little or no English the service was very good and all the staff were friendly and I felt very welcoming. The hotel was spotless and I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect for shopping, walking to the beach and the airport. I’m looking forward to returning next year

Grandi camere, con abbastanza spazio per un cane crate. Parcheggio sotterraneo sicuro, due grandi terrazze all'aperto con piastrelle e Astro turf. Grande per i cani a correre in giro se è tranquillo. Colazione è stata molto buona. Il migliore sul nostro 4 notti viaggi stradali. La squadra di ricezione è molto amichevole e utile.

I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Thanks to Hotel Avenida for a wonderful experience :) Hope to make a come back again 😎

Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom was spotless and very spacious for the price we pay. Can not fault it at all Location: The hotel is on a corner of roads. It wasn’t easy for us to spot the first time when your driving. You have to park and walk, and then you will see a sign for the hotel. There is no free street parking unless you park after 2030-0730, but during the day you will struggle. The hotel provides parking but for an additional fee. There is also a supermarket next door that serves cheap or reasonable shopping items which we used. Service: The staff were lovely during check in and check out. The hotel had its own restaurant and the staff over there were lovely. Amenities: The hotel has its own private swimming pool on the first floor. It’s not heated so we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t warm either. The room had towels and toiletries provided including a hair dryer. There was running hot water. Downside: I couldn’t say anything bad for about the hotel. For the price we paid, we experienced only the best. The only issue we had was parking since we didn’t want to pay the additional fee but other than that, I couldn’t complain about the hotel at all

L'hotel per il prezzo che ha questo molto bene,il mobilio è vecchio e austero, ma la camera è abbastanza ampia e la pulizia è assoluta. La posizione è idonea perché è in tutto il centro a nessuna distanza dalle cose più emblematiche da vedere o i siti da mangiare. Stavamo solo per una notte in Almeria su un viaggio su strada. Non si può assolutamente battere questo posto. E' proprio nel mezzo di tutto. E' a 10 minuti a piedi da Alcazaba. Il parcheggio è a circa 2 isolati dal garage e costa circa $20. L'hotel ha un ascensore. La nostra camera era bella che aveva 4 letti singoli e il bagno era molto moderno. Avrei considerato questo hotel assolutamente eccezionale se l'A/C funzionasse meglio. Questo era il nostro unico problema - la nostra stanza era calda. Dopo aver passato il giorno a camminare in caldo, avrei potuto usare una stanza più fredda. La mattina c'è un tipico colazione di carne, formaggio, frutta e pane per pranzo.

L’appartement est moderne et confortable, bien situé dans le centre d’Almeria, il bénéficie d’un parking privé à 5mn, en supplément. En ce qui concerne le n° 11 que nous occupions, c'est un couloir, : 20 mètres de long sur 2,50 m de large. Il est très sombre, obligation de lumière électrique en journée. La salle de bain est inexistante : un lavabo dans les WC, une douche minuscule avec une porte vitrée dans la chambre, pas d’intimité si l’on est quatre. Pas de rangement, une tringle de 40cm avec 5 cintres et 3 minuscules tiroirs, dérisoire pour 4 personnes. Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, faute de piles. Il faut mesurer 2,50 m pour atteindre le système de fermeture des rideaux! Piscine agréable sur le toit mais le bar ne fonctionne pas et les fauteuils sont recouverts de housses, donc pas utisables. Très dérangeant, une sorte de désodorisant qui fait tousser est envoyé à intervalles réguliers par la bouche d’aération du séjour. Le bouton de sonnerie de l’appartement est mal placé, les gens sonnent pensant qu'il s’agit de celui de la lumière, dérangeant. Pour finir l’accueil est entièrement ”robotisé” : une machine à l’entrée pour scanner les passeports, payer, obtenir les clés.... Cet appartement ne vaut pas le prix.
