Ottima qualità prezzo. A 10 minuti di auto da Pamplona parcheggio gratuito all'esterno o all'interno. Camere ampie e ben isolate. L'aria condizionata silenziosa e va molto bene. Arrivante piacevole. L'unica cosa cattiva il vostro ristorante. Non lo consiglio, uomo con pretese che ti servano i pesci freddi e di piscicoltura, una pena perché merita l'attenzione dell'hotel.

Hotel molto bello, tranquillo e confortevole in tutti gli aspetti. Il letto è una bella e la colazione molto ricco. Pulizia impopolata. Tornero' senza dubbio nelle mie visite a Pamplona per lavoro. Il personale affascinante.

We had a twin room (on a tour) facing the street but there was absolutely no noise. The windows were double glazed and easy to open. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases without tripping over each other. The beds, although they seemed hard, were remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, shampoo, body wash and soap provided. Towels large and the shower over the bath was a good size, good water pressure and a welcome change. Breakfast was great. No cereal but hot choices as well as breads, hams,cheeses. Nice hot coffee that doesn’t come out of a machine. One issue was the lifts and this is just being picky. They stop at floors you didn’t request, they close VERY quickly and will continue to close even if you stand in the doorway. And they really are tiny! However would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bell'hotel (NH è una garanzia). Hall molto spaziosa. Personale gentile e professionale. Suite ampia, pulita e accogliente. Grande bagno usufruibile da entrambe le stanze. Letti comodi. Ottima colazione, varia, ricca di dolce e salato con buoni prodotti. Un po' decentrato ma situato in una zona tranquilla. Possibilità di park a pagamento all'interno dell' hotel (al coperto) oppure libero in un grande piazzale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

A one-week rental during San Fermin Festival served my husband and I very well. The efficiency kitchen was super helpful due to the length of stay and not wanting to walk far to a tapas place. However, pillows were non-supportive and seven kitchen items listed on the inventory sheet were missing. Had to wait one night for an extra pillow, never got the missing kitchen items and therefore had to function with only two drinking glasses. they ask guests to take out their own trash! After a couple of huge rain storms, we heard loud dripping within the wall behind our bed near our heads. Virtual reception apologized for the inconvenience but noted that was the way the building was constructed. We had to move our bed to an opposite wall and rearrange side tables. The fact there is no one in the facility helping guests in person with any regularity added to the frustration. ”Virtual” reception is a big failure. Also, there were so many blinking safety lights we had to cover them with stickers to get a good night's sleep. Crucial since hubby was running with the bulls early in the morning!

Va tutto bene, l'hotel e la sua posizione. L’unico dettaglio davvero scomodo è stato: le tovaglie erano nuove e le posarono senza essere lavate in anticipo, avevano un forte odore chimico e, quando si era asciugato, non assorbeno l’acqua e ti lasciava tutto il corpo pieno di pellicce. E' davvero infelice che tutte le tovaglie per il corpo fossero così, l'ho commentato in ricevimento e mi ha detto che erano nuove e per errore li hanno messi senza lavare prima.

La stanza è grande e la posizione è comoda che può andare ovunque facilmente. Tuttavia, ricordate di acquistare abbastanza cose per la stanza, perché ci sono poche cose per il vostro soggiorno.

Non ero qui da prima della pandemia, quindi è stato bello tornare a incontrare il personale amichevole, gentile e utile che lavora in questo hotel. Si trova nella parte moderna di Pamplona/Iruña, che non è particolarmente bella, ma se non hai il tuo veicolo, è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e ancora a pochi passi dalla città antica (20-25 minuti). L'hotel dispone di un autobus urbano a 3 minuti dall'ingresso, dove l'autobus n.21 si ferma e vi porta alla stazione principale di Pamplona. La camera è confortevole e ben attrezzata, la camera in bagno è molto moderna e pulita, e il buffet è buono e riempito.
