Eravamo due coppie, una camera con letto matrimoniale abbastanza giusto e l'altra con 2 letti abbastanza ampie.
L'attenzione favolosa, abbiamo chiamato perché siamo arrivati tardi e se fosse possibile che ci preparassero dei biscotti o qualcosa del genere, ci hanno lasciato preparare 4 biscotti.
La colazione ci sono 2 tipi ( entrambi un po' scarsa per il prezzo):
Continentale 5,50€ compreso succhi, caffè e un pezzo di biscotti o tostate
Buffet 9€, che si può mangiare quello che vuoi, frutta, succo, involucro, bollitore, cereali, ecc.
Il prezzo della camera è buono per essere un hotel a 3 stelle.

We were there last week for 1 night, enroute to France. Stayed there before and it was a good experience. This time was also very pleasant. The room was clean and tastefully redecorated. The bed was superbly comfrotable. They provided a bed for dogs and a bowl. Shower was fantastic and the overall hotel was great. We went to the buffet at night and was blown away for the amazing food selection with meats, seafood and vegetables cooked to perfection. Service was very good throughout. However, their breakfast was very disappointing with cold fried eggs, cold bacon and TBH almost everything was awful. I only had a ham sandwich and some iuice as looking at the food was already depressing. What a big contrast. It was a waste of money really. We would definitely go back as the hotel is a great choice but perhaps without breakfast.

Ci piaceva tutto,comfortabile letto,bagno ampio+gel doccia/mani ”NO” c'è asciugacapelli,eccellente pulizia,dispone di ascensore. Abbiamo fatto un concerto di Izal nel Navarra Arena da 04/06/22 a 05/06/22 una notte, ci ha costato la camera 46€ solo alloggio, Molto buona qualità/prezzo. Hanno una macchina con distribuzione d'acqua+freschi+gominola+un po' di snack salato e un altro di caffè molto utile quando si offre qualcosa. A pochi 2 minuti dall'alloggio c'è una fermata di bus q che ti porta al centro di Pamplona (bus notturno il fine settimana fino alle 5:00 del mattino, passa ogni ora) Ha un parcheggio gratuito accanto perché è in un poligono.

Siamo stati li' per San Fermin. Il proprietario/gestore di questo hotel è andato oltre e sopra, assicurandosi che la nostra esperienza fosse eccellente. Avevamo due camere. Quando ci siamo accolti, avevano un piccolo regalo di souvenir per ciascuno di noi, che era molto apprezzato. Avevano un colazione continentale che apriva alle 5:00 a coloro che frequentavano il festival, insieme al normale colazione a buffet per coloro che non partecipavano. Sono andato a Pamplona per decine di anni e questa è la mia prima volta di rimanere qui. Non potevo essere stato più felice. Nessun altro hotel è così pensativo e generoso come il Holiday Inn Express. Ci saremo di nuovo.

We've been visiting pretty much since the hotel opened and have always been impressed. A great welcome, lovely rooms and a splendid restaurant for dinners & breakfast. Quando ci siamo accolti, avevano un piccolo regalo di souvenir per ciascuno di noi, che era molto apprezzato. Avevano un colazione continentale che apriva alle 5:00 a coloro che frequentavano il festival, insieme al normale colazione a buffet per coloro che non partecipavano. Sono andato a Pamplona per decine di anni e questa è la mia prima volta di rimanere qui. Non potevo essere stato più felice. Nessun altro hotel è così pensativo e generoso come il Holiday Inn Express. Ci saremo di nuovo.

Great location. Walking distance to bus and train station. Train is about half hour walk. Restaurants and bars close by. Pedestrian mall steps away. The best thing is the Carrefour grocery store across the street! Beware as its closed on Sundays. Check in was fast, took tiny elevator to our floor and the elevator stopped, then nothing! Here we are in the elevator, no signs, no indication of what to do. It took a while But you have to push the OPPOSITE wall of the elevator to reveal that it is a DOOR. What would it take to put a label on the door that says ”PUSH” or a label with the shape of a hand. The front desk could have warned us. The room: In our first room, large windows a/c leaked water all over the floor, we had to move. Second room, great view, quiet, nice really only thing it needed was a box of kleenex. Mini fridge keeps your groceries cool. Decor: Post Apocalyptic Grey cement, light brown halls, industrial heavy guage steel tables folded by 20 tonne press. Conclusion: Surprised that there is not more choice in Pamplona. Either ”no sleep, rock bottom price” or way too much. This hotel was too expensive for what it is. At the price we paid, there should have been breakfast included.... At least.

La TV era nella sala da pranzo dove sembrava che i proprietari di una coppia anziana si sedessero davanti alla TV per guardare una partita di calcio e cenare. Altri ospiti sembravano a finire questa insolita e ancora carina. La qualità del cibo era buona. La nostra stanza aveva una chiave elettronica che non ha bloccato, ma si può aprire senza la chiave. Noi abbiamo segnalato alla ricezione e l'ospite ci ha mostrato come bloccare nonostante la colpa. Il giorno dopo scopriamo che i puliziari avevano pulito la stanza che non sapevano come chiudere e la porta era aperta. Un po' disgustoso con i nostri oggetti all'interno. il garage era grande e 10 euro per la sera. La sala da pranzo era molto diversa, alcuni chiamati in passaggio. Situazione dalla città un passo ragionevole lungo un autobus ha fermato 500mtrs o così via dall'Hotel.

UUtente ospiteLa sistemazione è assolutamente confortevole con camere ampie. Qualche problema di parcheggio può esserci se siete in macchina ma nulla di irrisolvibile. Fuori dal centro città in una zona commerciale ma a 10 minuti di auto dal centro. Personale cortese ed attento. Ci hanno risolto un problema con la serratura in pochi minuti. Prezzi assolutamente onesti.

Sono rimasto in una camera doppia al lato dell'albero dell'hotel e sono molto soddisfatto. La camera 403 era perfetta per le mie esigenze e godeva la propria bagno. Il letto era molto confortevole e il wifi funzionava bene, anche nel seminterrato. L'albero è direttamente sul Camino e a pochi passi dal supermercato. Non mangiavo nel ristorante, ma il bar offre cibo e bevande economiche. Un luogo perfetto per i pellegrini!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto bene. Non è un hotel lussuoso, ma per arrivare ha cena dormire e pranzo il giorno successivo è molto bene. Pulito e molto tranquillo. I lavoratori sono un delizioso simpatico e attento. Pamplona per disabilitare e andare da pintx, vini e birre è molto bene. Bar, taverne e le loro attività in generale molto bene, molto buono e anche buon prezzo. Il viaggio di San Fermín, molto bello ho storico, oltre al parco Taracona è molto bello, come la città intorno, come il parco Yamaguchi e il Sadar spettacolare.
