Cogimos la habitación superior y está fenomenal y más por el precio que está!! Súper bien limpio, grande la habitación, con su jacuzzi y su ducha, un sofá cama en la habitación, la cama grande,las almohadas súper cómodas,la temperatura ideal. No tenemos ninguna queja por el precio y dónde está ubicado está muy muy bien. Es uno de los hoteles favoritos de Móstoles.

Hotel Cuidad de Móstoles was a hotel we selected because of it's location in the Villaviciosa de Odón/Alcorcon/Móstoles area. It's location is a bit far from central Madrid, but we needed to be in this neighbourhood, so it was ideal. We had previously stayed at another hotel nearby, but decided to 'hotel hop' in order to add variety to our time in Madrid. I'll divide the review into Pros and Cons. PROS: At check-in, we met ANDRES at the reception. He was warm, helpful and welcoming. This jolly gentleman offered to store our luggage- (which was a lot), but I said we would manage. Andres told us about booking their breakfast buffet at El Gueridón Restaurant a day in advance, which would be cheaper at 9 Euros, as opposed to 11 Euros on the same day. This we immediately did. What's most notable about Hotel Cuidad de Móstoles is their 'risque' shower smack in the middle of the room! 😄 This was a unique feature that I had read about in its reviews, and I thought- how unique, cool and original! Though I know many a people will despise this odd concept of a shower cubicle in the center of a hotel room, I 'digged it' quite frankly!😍 And the thing is that the glass panes are transparent, so one's 'nudity' is unmissable, graphic and quite glaring! Besides, there's a full length mirror just by the side wall! 🤪 I mean, how many times will someone ever see or stay in a hotel room like this in this lifetime?!?! My daughter absolutely hated it! 😂 She thought it was rude and inappropriate. The room had a mahogany wooden floor that looked rich and glossy. This was another favourite thing about the room for me. Two complimentary bottles of small water were left for us everday. Housekeeping was quite fast and extremely efficient in cleaning the rooms. As soon as you place the 'Si Pase N' (Come In) sign on the door, they are there pronto, or 'No Molesten' (Do Not Disturb), then they never bother you. Two ladies at the reception were always of speedy assistance whenever we needed a taxi. Didn't catch their names because they were not wearing name tags. CONS: Our room at Hotel Cuidad de Móstoles was a bit on the small side. That 'sexy' shower was positioned in a way that made an already tiny room super tight. The furniture, decor was tacky and old-fashioned. It looked like stuff straight out of the 1980's; especially the black & gray headboard and that dwarfish cupboard contraption! 😩 (Please refer to my posted picture of it). The cupboard was not sufficient, and there were no shelves or drawers inside it. The bed was rather small, too low, and the mattrass was slippery and a bit lumpy. The bedsheets were ill-fitting- which made them slip off the bed easily. This was so uncomfortable! 😖 The room was starting to show a little wear in the form of some wall paper coming off, the hairdryer almost out of it's fitting, and the wood at the base of the fridge chipping off. La atención durante el proceso de reserva por parte de la dirección de hotel ha sido de 12 sobre 10. Trato cercano, rápido y solucionando peticiones que por la casuística de la visita necesitaban de una flexibilidad que nos facilitaron sin problema. Si a eso le sumamos una atención impecable al llegar a recepción y hasta un detalle cariñoso en la habitación, la experiencia está siendo muy agradable. Muchas gracias el equipo del hotel

Hotel molto pulito, personale cordiale, colazione ottima e perfetta anche la posizione! Arrivando per 2 sere tardi particolarmente positiva l’accoglienza di Mario, molto gentile e cordiale! In futuro dovendo tornare per lavoro credo non avrò dubbi su che hotel scegliere.

Hotel Villa Odón's location, (in Villaviciosa De Odón) is a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood that's located on the outskirts of Madrid. The only reason why I selected this particular hotel is because I had to be in this area for an important purpose, therefore, it was the most convenient choice for us. As I normally do, I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives'. PROS: Hotel Villa Odón is a clean, orderly and well-maintained hotel. There seemed to be an expansive Conference Hall at the exterior. The lobby was very attractive, and the rooms were done in a simple, and tasteful contemporary design of royal blue, gray and wooden elements. I have to say, I've never stayed in a hotel that looked exactly like the online pictures I saw of it; both on their website, on *********** and on TripAdvisor. They were absolutely identical, just spot on uncanny! Two small free bottles of water were placed by the kettle and complimentary tea accoutrements. The bathroom was small, but had excellent finishing. The shower's water pressure was incredible, steady and super strong! Another feature I liked about the hotel was that it had refillable containers of shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. This proved very convenient, because you didn't have to deal with those pesky miniature tubes which can be really annoying sometimes. I think this is the first and only hotel that I've ever seen offer liquid hand soap and it was great!👌🏽 I normally travel with my own because I hate using those pint size soaps they have, so this was perfect. The staff at Hotel Villa Odón are courteous and polite. We were checked in by JAIME, and later met SUSANA and LAURA- (with the cool pink/maroon dyed hair). 😎 Susana and Laura were all very helpful and professional. At Clover 35 Odón, (seemingly the hotel's sole restaurant), we interacted with JESUS and CRISTOBAL. These guys were really sweet and friendly. At the breakfast buffet in Clover 35 Odón, they had a hot chocolate machine with a brand called 'Perugina Perugia', which dispensed the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of tasting in my life! ☕️🍫😋 This hot chocolate was sublime; so dark, sweet, rich, and silky smooth to the point of being slimy even!🤤 It was absolutely phenomenal and I looked forward to several cups of that every morning! Every staff member at the hotel, (including Housekeeping) always greeted you with an 'Ola' and a lovely smile. My daughter enjoyed the 2 meals she had at Clover 35 Odón Restaurant. She had Solomillo de Vaca Foie Fresco, (a thin steak) and Lomo Salmón Marinado en Teriyaki Ahumado Y Tallarin de Calabacin, (a salmon dish). CONS: As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the location of this hotel is not exactly ideal; especially if you're a tourist in Madrid. Villaviciosa de Odón is more or less an industrial type suburb with tons of warehouse like offices and what appeared to be factories, or at least their headquarters or the main branches of national compan

Hotel far from Madrid, but very good if you want to sleep outside the city and have a car. Rooms with American comfort, spacious beds and good air conditioning. Very complete breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Daniel who gave us support at check-in and breakfast.

Era troppo caldo nella stanza, non poteva lasciare la finestra aperta e anche se si spegne il clima si riprende automaticamente

Ho trovato questo hotel su una piattaforma di prenotazione e l'ho scelto perché era vicino alla zona in cui dovevo svolgere affari. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso quando all'arrivo il personale è stato gentilissimo e la camera era impeccabile, super pulita e ben organizzata. La camera era dotata di cassaforte e minifrigo, oltre che di TV LED con la possibilità di vedere film dalle più famose piattaforme Internet. Il bagno era perfettamente pulito, con asciugacapelli e doppio soffione doccia (a mano e a cascata). Il personale di servizio ha fatto un ottimo lavoro riordinando la stanza ogni giorno e assicurandosi che tutto fosse pulito. Il personale della reception è stato molto amichevole e cortese, oltre che molto disponibile quando avevo bisogno di informazioni. La colazione era buona, un po' di tutto per tutti, cereali, croissant, pane tostato, marmellata, burro, prosciutto e formaggio, oltre a succhi, yogurt e bevande calde al buffet. La posizione è un po' fuori dal centro di Madrid, ma la stazione della metropolitana è davvero a 4 minuti e ti porterà ovunque. Tuttavia, se ti piacciono gli sport d'avventura, l'hotel è a sole 3 fermate di metropolitana dal fantastico XMADRID, un centro commerciale dedicato agli sport d'avventura dove puoi praticare attività come immersioni subacquee, arrampicata libera, sci, salto con il trampolino, surf su onde, skateboard ecc. , Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a uomini d'affari e giovani viaggiatori a cui non dispiace spostarsi con la metropolitana.

Questa è la mia terza volta in ibis Madrid Alcoron Trisaguas e non ha disturbato. La stanza e il bagno erano puliti, il colazione con alcune specialità spagnole come al solito. Parcheggio chiuso che è bello e abbastanza grande, può trovare spazio quasi ogni volta.
