I recently stayed at Zero Drach del Mar on May 20th and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. While there were some issues mentioned in other reviews, I personally found the overall stay to be quite pleasant. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were friendly, accommodating, and truly made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The management team was attentive and always ready to assist, which was greatly appreciated. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The culinary offerings at Zero Drach del Mar were amazing, with a variety of flavors and dishes to choose from. However, I did notice that the food tended to cool down quickly, which was a minor downside. It would have also been helpful to have clearer labeling for dietary preferences or restrictions. The pool area was another positive aspect of the hotel. It provided a serene and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there, appreciating the captivating ambiance. While the building itself may require additional work, I could see the positive impact of the partial reform that has taken place. The management's efforts to improve the hotel are evident, and I believe that with further enhancements, Zero Drach del Mar has the potential to be an amazing destination in the future. The exceptional staff, delightful culinary experience, and captivating pool area outweighed the minor issues I encountered. I would recommend Zero Drach del Mar to fellow travelers, keeping in mind the ongoing improvements that are being made, although they are not noticed.

Sol I Vida, un lugar para disfrutar mientras puedes, del que te irás sin querer, pensando en volver... La recepción y atención de quienes trabajan aquí es impecable. Sin agresiones auditivas, los sonidos de la calle prácticamenteno no se perciben, y resulta placentero apreciar la conjunción de variados trinos con el sonido que nos llega desde las alturas...aeronaves que están arribando a Mallorca o están partiendo. Es lugar es pura armonía, personas disfrutando sin invadir al otro. La piscina es bellísima, con un gracioso diseño. El solarium tiene todas las comodidades que uno podría desear. La arboleda que  circunda el lugar brinda una agradable sombra, una alternativa natural a las sombrillas disponibles. El color blanco que reina con esplendor, le da un aire a Costa del Sol. En síntesis es nada más y nada menos que ”Sol i Vida”!!!

Just finishing an 8 day stay here and we’ve had a wonderful time in the beautiful countryside where this hotel is situated. Hotel was as expected for an Iberostar, spotlessly clean everywhere, staff super friendly and multi linguistic. Only downside and this was our own fault as we didn’t do our homework when booking , this is a huge hotel for young families. In the main we could escape as there were different pools and loads of quiet areas but meal times were a challenge at times. If you are a young couple with kids this is the most fantastic place to visit and I’d wish we came when our children were young. But a quiet dinner is not something we achieved, it might be worth the hotel looking at an adults only eating area! However we will definitely be booking with Iberostar again, but just checking for adults only first ❤️
