La experiencia genial. Fue para celebrar cumpleaños de mi pareja y todo muy bien, la cocina equipada por completo, habían acesorios para limpiar los platos tanto a mano como para poner lavavajillas, drapos etc... Para mi era muy cómodo hacer una cena para dos personas en esta cocina. Baño muy bien cuidado y bien limpio, con secador de pelo. Las habitaciones muy limpias con armarios en cada habitación, todo muy compmeto, habían más mantas en armarios si hacía falta, una tabla para planchar la ropa, caja fuerte, la verdad esq muy bien. La chica de la recepción me atendió muy bien, me explicó como funciona para entrar en la habitación y tal, que va con el codico, más te Dan la llave de portal, también te dan un número por si tienes una emergencia y no están el la recepción donde puedes llamar. En mi opinión volvería ahí sin duda.

The perfect hotel for my overnight stop on a road-trip through Spain. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything in my superior room on the 5th floor was new and shiny. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are basic with no decoration but everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to use the charging station in the underground garage and they made sure I could hook up and charge my car. Good breakfast with staff again welcoming me personally and lots of options. There’s a choice of a buffet breakfast or just a coffee and croissant for a lower price. I will not likely come back to Lleida but if I do, I’ll know where to stay.

Dopo avere passato tre notti nel pessimo Parador di Segovia, abbiamo fatto tappa a Lleida e abbiamo dato fiducia ancora ad un Parador. Valuterò il Parador di Lleida come si faceva una volta con punteggio da 1 a 10, parto: Struttura 10 + Monastero ristrutturato con ambienti di grande impatto, il chiostro trasformato in zona comune e caffetteria, è arredato con molto gusto. Idem per il ristorante nell’ex chiesa. Comodo, anche se un po’ costoso, il parcheggio interno. Camera 10+ La camera era moderna funzionale con letti molto comodi. Aria condizionata perfetta. Pulizia ottima. Ristorante, cafeteria e colazione 10+ Cucina ottima, piatti molto buoni e ben presentati. Servizio cortese e professionale. Colazione molto varia con prodotti di qualità. Una menzione per l’abbondante frutta. Staff 10 e lode Tutto il personale, e sottolineo tutto, è composto da giovani, efficienti, cortesi e disponibili. Non ci hanno mai negato un sorriso ed una battuta. Bravi!! Per concludere, se non si fosse capito, ci siamo trovati benissimo!!

Empatia e moralità nulla. Viaggiare da un gruppo di 53 persone con 26 camere riservate e pensione completa. Una delle compagne malata il giorno precedente e ha un intervento chirurgico di emergenza che lo obbliga a rimanere**** in ospedale a far parte della malattia e sua madre come accompagnatore. Abbiamo fornito documenti dell'ospedale che certificano i dati DNI e le circostanze di queste persone. Si chiede il rimborso dell'importo della camera e dei pasti non consumati. Ci dicono che inviamo una e-mail con la richiesta e che a quattro giorni rispondono dicendo che non restituiscono nulla, e abbiamo avuto diverse incidenze con il cibo perché nei menu che ci hanno servito mancavano ingredienti concordati e pagati. In un caso di dubbio su un hotel simile, non dubiterò di prendere l'altro.

Abbiamo partecipato a una gara sotto 16 di atletica e ci piaceva l'hotel al 100%. Personale super gentile, tutto nuovo e in perfetto stato di pulizia, camere grandi e moderne, colazione super completa e variabile per soli 8 euro. Prezzo abbastanza conveniente. Torniamo al sicuro.

La habitación aceptable, pero la sorpresa viene después. Reservé en abril, y en pricipio pagué al momento. Me salía que todo okey. Llegue al alojamiento y pregunté si faltaba algo. Me dijeron qud todo okey. 1 mes después, recibo un extracto del banco de casi 200€ y nosabia de que. Total, bloqueé mi tarjeta. Días despues se ponen en co tacto conmigo desde el hotel, dicie do que no he pagado, que mi tarjeta era fraudulenta. Total, el gasto de 200e era de ellos, que me cobraron 3meses después. Se ve que me habian ”bloqueado ” el dinero en lugar de descontarmelo. Pongo en conocimiento esto a la directora y, después de varios correos, finalmente me ofrece un misero descuento de el 10%. Yo estube sin tarjetas 2 semanas, pero ella solo me ofrece un 10% de desciento. Fatal. No recomendo este hotel.

PpmdsDopo avere passato tre notti nel pessimo Parador di Segovia, abbiamo fatto tappa a Lleida e abbiamo dato fiducia ancora ad un Parador. Valuterò il Parador di Lleida come si faceva una volta con punteggio da 1 a 10, parto: Struttura 10 + Monastero ristrutturato con ambienti di grande impatto, il chiostro trasformato in zona comune e caffetteria, è arredato con molto gusto. Idem per il ristorante nell’ex chiesa. Comodo, anche se un po’ costoso, il parcheggio interno. Camera 10+ La camera era moderna funzionale con letti molto comodi. Aria condizionata perfetta. Pulizia ottima. Ristorante, cafeteria e colazione 10+ Cucina ottima, piatti molto buoni e ben presentati. Servizio cortese e professionale. Colazione molto varia con prodotti di qualità. Una menzione per l’abbondante frutta. Staff 10 e lode Tutto il personale, e sottolineo tutto, è composto da giovani, efficienti, cortesi e disponibili. Non ci hanno mai negato un sorriso ed una battuta. Bravi!! Per concludere, se non si fosse capito, ci siamo trovati benissimo!!

Abbiamo partecipato a una gara sotto 16 di atletica e ci piaceva l'hotel al 100%. Personale super gentile, tutto nuovo e in perfetto stato di pulizia, camere grandi e moderne, colazione super completa e variabile per soli 8 euro. Prezzo abbastanza conveniente. Torniamo al sicuro.

Fue para celebrar cumpleaños de mi pareja y todo muy bien, la cocina equipada por completo, habían acesorios para limpiar los platos tanto a mano como para poner lavavajillas, drapos etc... Para mi era muy cómodo hacer una cena para dos personas en esta cocina. Baño muy bien cuidado y bien limpio, con secador de pelo. Las habitaciones muy limpias con armarios en cada habitación, todo muy compmeto, habían más mantas en armarios si hacía falta, una tabla para planchar la ropa, caja fuerte, la verdad esq muy bien. La chica de la recepción me atendió muy bien, me explicó como funciona para entrar en la habitación y tal, que va con el codico, más te Dan la llave de portal, también te dan un número por si tienes una emergencia y no están el la recepción donde puedes llamar. En mi opinión volvería ahí sin duda.

UUtente ospiteLa habitación aceptable, pero la sorpresa viene después. Reservé en abril, y en pricipio pagué al momento. Me salía que todo okey. Llegue al alojamiento y pregunté si faltaba algo. Me dijeron qud todo okey. 1 mes después, recibo un extracto del banco de casi 200€ y nosabia de que. Total, bloqueé mi tarjeta. Días despues se ponen en co tacto conmigo desde el hotel, dicie do que no he pagado, que mi tarjeta era fraudulenta. Total, el gasto de 200e era de ellos, que me cobraron 3meses después. Se ve que me habian ”bloqueado ” el dinero en lugar de descontarmelo. Pongo en conocimiento esto a la directora y, después de varios correos, finalmente me ofrece un misero descuento de el 10%. Yo estube sin tarjetas 2 semanas, pero ella solo me ofrece un 10% de desciento. Fatal. No recomendo este hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe perfect hotel for my overnight stop on a road-trip through Spain. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything in my superior room on the 5th floor was new and shiny. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are basic with no decoration but everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to use the charging station in the underground garage and they made sure I could hook up and charge my car. Good breakfast with staff again welcoming me personally and lots of options. There’s a choice of a buffet breakfast or just a coffee and croissant for a lower price. I will not likely come back to Lleida but if I do, I’ll know where to stay.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro. L'hotel é abbastanza moderno, una bella sala a vetrate funge da ristorante e sala colazione. Le camere sono funzionali, utili per un breve riposo. La colazione l'ho trovata molto buona , varia e con prodotti freschi. É decisamente un buon affare per qualità e prezzo
