El hotel está en una ubicación estupenda en Liérganes, es sencillo y funcional, sin grandes lujos, pero limpio y cómodo. El desayuno nos pareció bastante bueno, con algunos productos caseros y aceptable variedad. La atención del personal del hotel es excelente, Aída y Begoña son encantadoras e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera excepcional. Muy recomendable.

What a treat, my husband booked 2 nights here to spoil me after an 8 hour drive across Spain from Alicante province to the ferry from Santander. The hotel is only 15-20 minutes from the ferry so a great stop over for travellers. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, we checked in and then parked underground. The buildings are quite spectacular and everything inside was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was good, bath and shower in the en-suite. Small fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities sadly. The thermal spa pool was wonderful, we booked access along with the accommodation, definitely worth it. There were also many treatments and extras available- we were happy with the pool. 2 nights was perfect, we got to explore Solares, and eat out in a local restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect - plenty of choice from the buffet and also options to order ‘cooked’ breakfast and omelettes - the coffee machine was the only negative - a pain to use and took a while to work it out, by second day we had it sussed.

L'appartamento ha una vista fantastica sui campi. E' molto tranquillo e pulito. Il letto di grande dimensione re è super comodo. Quindi il jacuzzi è meraviglioso. È completamente isolato dall'hotel principale, quindi dobbiamo andare fuori per colazione, ristorante e controllare. È un po' di rabbia perché pioveva molto quando ci siamo controllati. È difficile gestire tutti i bagagli, i bagagli e gli ombrelli allo stesso tempo. Ad esempio, la custodia non è stata inclusa, quindi dobbiamo gettare il nostro sacchetto di bin al punto di raccolta fuori da noi stessi. Le piscina termali sono quindi molto più piccole della villa spa e sono state più corrode di una piscina pubblica, soprattutto durante il fine settimana, quando c'erano molte famiglie e bambini. Tutti i bambini amavano usare le piscine adulte piuttosto che la piscina del loro bambino! Non valeva il pegno. Abbiamo chiesto la colazione a 7:00 al giorno di check-out perché abbiamo volato presto. Uno dei dipendenti ha rifiutato e ha detto di dover seguire la tabella dell'orario del ristorante, che è 8-11am. Il giorno dopo chiese ad un'altra signora, Rachel, che era molto gentile e utile, che comunicava con il caffè e organizzava un colazione con uova, caffè, acqua e frutta per noi alle sette. Rachel è meravigliosa e l'hotel ha bisogno di più personale come lei che ha offerto il miglior servizio clienti.
