Hotel ben situato, molto vicino alla spiaggia. Buon giardini dove potrete prendere la colazione o leggere, ecc .... Accogliente. Ma non ti indicano sul web che non ha ascensore e ci ha toccato l'ultima pianta ; disturbato per le scale da salire. Manca molto riforma, vecchie camere, lavanderia con bagno; tutto un po 'di rancio. È un hotel per ripetere.

La nostra arrivata al Parador Limpias era tutto quello che ci aspettavamo. Un bel edificio con una grandezza per un re. Dopo l’ispezione, ci divertivamo seduti in sala con un bicchiere di Cava complimentare. La grande camera da letto con un sacco di cabine di legno e un imponente pavimento di legno polverizzato ha migliorato l'esperienza. Il personale era efficiente e apprezzavamo il meraviglioso colazione con le sue opzioni a la carta. Quindi il nostro soggiorno avrebbe potuto essere meraviglioso. Purtroppo, ci sono stati troppo problemi che hanno rovinato l'esperienza. Una volta che abbiamo iniziato a usare il bagno, si sono emersi strani rumori e un odore sgradevole dalla piombo, e quando l'ammonitore ha avvertito il problema, il ricevitore non sembrava sorpreso e ha promesso di avvertire il servizio tecnico. Il personale è arrivato in modo debitamente, ma con un cane con spray per il rinfrescamento come unica soluzione. La serata tardiva e la mattina presto gli ospiti al piano superiore si sono messi in piedi in tutta la loro stanza su scarpe sottili. E infine (perchè ci siamo fermati la notte di domenica), i piatti serviti per cena erano molto deludenti. Ho calcolato il nostro soggiorno 3 stelle su 5.

Nuestra estancia en la Hospedería Villa de Castro fue fantástica. El personal (Montse y Mario) es maravilloso, muy amables y con una atención personalizada y profesional siempre que lo precisábamos. En cuanto a la hospedería, se encuentra super bien localizada a escasos metros de buses y del centro histórico de Castro Urdiales. La habitación era perfecta para 3 personas, limpia y con un precioso ventanal. Muchísimas gracias. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!
