Location incredibile sul mare, la vista dalla nostra camera(al 13’ piano) valeva da sola il prezzo. Vicinissimo alle piscine Martianez, risulta molto comodo per visitare il centro di Puerto. Entrando si percepisce una sensazione di pulito che si vive in tutti gli ambienti, sempre impeccabilmente igienizzati e profumati. Cortesia e disponibilità sono prerogative costanti riscontrabili in tutto il personale della struttura. Avendo la pensione completa , abbiamo avuto modo di verificare menù sempre squisiti e variati. Quando di nuovo a Puerto, il Best Semiramis sarà la nostra futura casa.

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. All'inizio di aprile abbiamo avuto una settimana molto piacevole all'Hotel La Carabela. Il buffet di colazione era sorprendentemente diverso; abbiamo apprezzato in particolare tutti i frutti e le verdure, ad esempio le mele di forno, le banane fritte, le aubergine e la curgetta, le foglie di salada e i dolci. La pulizia delle camere e la preparazione dei letti erano molto eccellenti e si è svolta abbastanza spesso, quindi è stato bello tornare in una stanza ben pulita la sera (può essere necessario pulire sotto il letto, diciamo una volta alla settimana). Anche se la piscina all'aperto non era in uso, ci sono stati pochi nuoto nella piscina coperta, che è ovviamente molto conveniente se piovesse. La vista dal nostro balcone verso Teide era molto appassionante sia durante il giorno che durante la notte. La vista dalla terrazza del tetto dell'hotel è stata anche molto impressionante e questa zona sarebbe utile utilizzare di più. Anche se c'era bisogno di qualche lavoro di riparazione qui e là (chiusura sulle porte del balcone e del bagno, manipolazione della doccia), l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era tesa e piacevole. Il quartiere era stato ristrutturato, ma il rumore della costruzione non ci ha disturbato. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è tranquillo, ma a pochi passi da una varietà di negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo anche un bel numero di esercizi quando camminiamo verso la parte inferiore della città, la spiaggia e il Lago Martianez, e poi tornano all'hotel.

Siamo state in questo hotel più o meno 15 giorni, hotel di “facciata “ molto bello, posizione eccellente con vista mare. Le uniche cose spiacevoli sono la mancanza del frigo bar in stanza e purtroppo la pulizia della camera , in tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stato pulito il bidet e ne sono certa perché c era un capello sul bordo che non è mai stato tolto , addirittura ho buttato un asciugamano dentro per far sì che fosse pulito , invece nulla e non è stato messo nemmeno l’asciugamano di ricambio, altro episodio , patatine per terra fuori sul terrazzo , sono rimaste lì una settimana e poi altra cosa importante lo spazzolone del water, non esiste che non ci sia ! Per il resto colazione abbondante e cena ottima tutto a buffet, la maggior parte del personale gentile e sempre con il sorriso

Nice clean hotel, rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. There is a kettle and fridge in the room you can ask at the bar for cups to make tea/coffee. Rooms are kept clean and tidy daily by house keeping and are alternated on a Saturday and Sunday. Day trips can be booked at reception and are cheaper than outside we realised this too late and could have saved ourselves 20€ on Siam water park. The pool is small and cold and you can’t use inflatables. There is a huge selection of pools along the sea front which you can access for 5€ each person, you can use the sun beds and stay all day. The restaurant is fast pace and I was surprised by the variety available for both breakfast and dinner, breakfast offers tea and juice with your food but only water with dinner. We was half board and that’s what was available to us. We are a family of 5 with one fussy eater and we were all more than happy with meal times. The bar sells a wide range of cocktails at a better price than the bars and restaurants outside. Staff are friendly and happy and will do their best to help. Just returned home and this was a wonderful family holiday that I will remember forever. Beautiful views and location was within easy access to shops bars and restaurants. The beaches are volcanic black sand and are rocky with lovely rock pools. Larger beaches are about 20 min walk away but the water was contaminated when we was there so you couldn’t go in the sea but the beaches were lovely to sunbathe on. Watch out for people selling fake bags they can be rude it’s not recommended to engage with them unless you are genuinely wanting to purchase a bag regardless of knowing the quality or price as looking is fuel for their persistent unpleasant pressure for you to buy there and then. Would highly recommend this holiday.

Just got back two days ago and what can I say? Firstly, rooms cleaned every day fresh towels there was rock hard tho. Food breakfast consisted of various array of pastries Lots of fruit cereals, yoghurt, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, beans, tomatoes, sausage, not English cooked meats, cheeses and various types of bread to toast lunch was various salads pastas Fries, some stews, maybe fish or Bolognese or other things to go with fries evening meal Every night was different. I had choice of salmon duck veil, chicken turkey venison, pork chop also stews Pastas salads, soup of the day Potato fries, onion rings, squid rings, chicken nuggets, nice cheese board Lots of fruit and ice creams and various cakes. Drinks the draft was San Miguel which was decent also also various spirits wines which were rather nice. Cannot say how people say they struggled to eat or drink. All in all a decent holiday for the price

L'hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato, senza modificare la struttura originaria. Le stanze ora hanno pavimenti in laminato. I mobili sono di tipo minimal moderni e lasciano a vista il vestiario. Il bagno ha una grossa doccia, che sostituisce la vasca da bagno. Non è presente il bidet anche se il posto per installarlo ci sarebbe. Il miscelatore della doccia ci mette un po a regolare la temperatura voluta. Materassi davvero comodi, buona la pulizia delle camere. Ristorazione, il menù è il classico degli hotel. Buone le verdure. È presente il banco cottura a vista della carne e pesce. Carne discreta, pesce così così, Non ho provato i primi, ma a vista non mi paiono eccezionali. Banco frutta, così così. Banco dolci. davvero scadente di bassa qualità, come pure i gelati offerti. Discreta la colazione. Il parcheggio in zona si trova, ma con una certa difficoltà. Recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights (16th to 19th January) in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and surrounding area of Puerto de la Cruz. We booked a Superior Room with Sea View and were not disappointed. Fabulous views from our balcony. Very welcoming staff on Reception, beautiful well maintained grounds, beautiful roof top pool area with adjoining Restaurant. First class food great quality in Restaurant and buffet breakfast (absolutely everything you could ask for and so fresh) locally produced. Rooftop Restaurant for lunch was fabulous. Menus extensive and all cooked fresh. Restaurant Staff Exceptional, courteous and friendly. Plenty of room around the pool, and no-one getting up early to bag a bed. Top Class Hotel and Staff. Just one minor point to make and this is not a criticism, we would like tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's just our personal preference to get up early in the morning and sit on the beautiful balcony watching the world go buy listening to the waves crash with a cup of tea or coffee before going down to the fabulous breakfast buffet.
